Lexi Oestreich, Program Director at Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation describes how their impact investing program works - hitting a goal of $1M invested in their community.  She also details how learning stories from their grantees helps inform and impact their donors. 

Lexi Oestrich is responsible for the Foundation's annual grant round, scholarships, caring catalog, community engagement and is the nonprofit liaison for the Foundation. She oversees special programs and initiatives, community/special events and nonprofit services. She joined the Foundation in January 2014.

Lexi is a graduate from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in public health. She is mom of three and enjoys spending her time with her family watching football and enjoying Minnesota lake country.
