Show Notes

In this episode, we look at the processes and people needed to ensure employees are happy and connected. Listen too as we investigate ways employees can be measured against core competencies.

Bill Banham and Chris Bjorling are joined by Pauline James, Founder and CEO of Anchor HR Services, a firm on a mission to help organizations with implementing the solutions required to drive a great employee experience and business results during changing times.

Prior to launching Anchor HR, Pauline held a number of senior positions and led employee relations and labor relations in the Canadian market with large national organizations. She has supported small independent units and large complex divisions in identifying barriers to employee engagement and performance. Her track record includes working with Operations and HR divisions to build effective and sustainable programs, tailored to their needs.
