Hello and welcome to the power of positivity. Make it a great day, Ryan Lee. Coming to you live and direct. It's been a little while, and I'm excited to be talking to you today. Today we're gonna spend a little bit of time thinking about what? Whoa, Before we think about what we're gonna talk about got to start with a quote. We love the quotes For those of you they're turning in. You knew it was coming because you'd have not welcome to know that we always love to start with a beautiful quote and hear it. ISS When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around. I think about that. When I started to count my blessings, my whole life turned around the man, the myth, the legend, Mr Willie Nelson blessings, things that were thankful for the goodness that is happening. It happens every day. It's always around you. But how after you stopping to think about those versus thinking about things that you don't have negative things that have happened to you Are your blessings always at the top of your curve? Are you always being thankful for what you have and remind yourself chances are there's some of that probably has a lot worse. It really is that mindset that empowers you to truly change your life. If you think about what has happened and what the goodness is, more things will come because you see him. That's the mine, said that you'll be in when you think about being thankful. What is thankful mean? We hear. Thank you a lot. But being thankful is a consciousness of being having a benefit being received. Its understand that something good has happened. You're well pleased. Your expressive of thanks thankfulness. We talked a lot about on Thanksgiving. What we thankful for. We practiced really hard around our dinner table every day, talking about what we're thankful for. But how often in your life is that thankfulness and those blessings top of mind. It's really hard in our society, and I think really deeply into our DNA, that negativity and what we don't have. I don't know why, but it is really what gets the news headlines. It's what people love to gossip and talk about, and when that happens, that starts to really fill up your mind and you start to see what you don't have and forget to think about what you do. Have we got a lot everybody out there. No matter what circumstance they're in, there are good things happening now. There might be bad things happening to. I'm not saying they're not. But how often are we just taking the bad things and on Lee thinking that that's the only thing that's happening? And we're forgetting to think about the blessings. It happens. A lot happens to me, happens to all of us. But if you want to turn your life around and you want to come at it from a positive perspective, you first have to just take a second or minute or 10 minutes every single day to think about what your blessings are. It sounds pretty easy, but it's not something that's natural. It's something that you're gonna need to practice. One thing that I have been doing, there's some great people out there. John Gordon talks a lot about this. A few others is at the end of the day or the beginning of the day, take time to do a gratitude walk, go somewhere where you could be by yourself, walk around and think about what it is. You're grateful for what your blessings are. Remind yourself of those process those. Bring those to the top of your mind. When you do it, you're gonna surprise yourself with how much greatness is even happened in a bad day. How bad things are gonna happen always. And I'm not saying that we can't take bad things and dwell on them for a while. Human nature to do so. All I'm asking for you to d'oh is have a cap on that and think about Listen, if I'm gonna spend some time in some negativity, I better spend twice amount of time thinking about the blessings that I do have. There's a great proverb out there and they talk a lot about someone a child or a young person comes to a spiritual leader and says, Hey, I got this battle inside of me always. I got negativity and I got positivity and they're pulling me both sides. How do I make sure that the positive one always wins? And the elder said, Well, that's easy. The one that's gonna win is the one you feed. How often you feeding yourself the energy that's positive? How often are you thinking about those blessings and not thinking about those negatives? It's not that hard journal. Start writing down at the end of their everyday things that were blessings for you today. Things that you're grateful for. As you start to build that mindset and start to feed that side to you, you're gonna Seymour of them. You're gonna experience less of those negatives. Thanksgiving is not the only time to be thankful. You should be thankful every single day, and you should count your blessings every single day. And if you do so, maybe your life doesn't need to turn. It is necessary for you to turn around. But if you focus on your blessings, you're gonna have such a better life. And that positivity we've flown through you. So with that, let's practice our journaling. Let's practice our gratitude walks and let's make it a great day because the power is yours. Thank you for listening. If you love us, raid us
