Josh Stark is an entrepreneur, clothing designer, health expert, biohacking wiz and a true soul brother who I feel honored to walk alongside on the spiritual path.  He is the definition of a self-led creator, evidenced by the organic growth of his conscious clothing brand Lower Beast Side, which creates some of the comfiest tee shirts (amongst other epic threads) that I've ever had the privilege of wearing.

Josh is also an inspiration to me when it comes to all things health, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle - he is a diligent student of the field and is constantly refining his living routines to optimize for his best mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.  I've learned a ton about life and how to live it more holistically from Josh, and in this conversation we chop it up and share a ton of wisdom on how to be more conscious men, humans, creatives and entrepreneurs.
