Dr. Sue McNamara is a professional certified coach. She is the Regional Director of 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network (The largest EQ network in the world). She teaches, researches and coaches emotional intelligence using evidence-based tools and methodologies to support transformational change in individuals, teams and organizations.
She blends the neuroscience of change with practical processes to improve learning and application of EQ skills and facilitates 6 Seconds.
She's ICF Accredited coach, EQ Coach Certification along with the full suite of 6 Seconds Certifications and Advanced Certifications. Dr. Sue has PhD in Education with her doctoral research in emotional intelligence.
She has 30 years of leadership and board experience and she is a Mum of 3 wonderful children.
