My good friend anxiety has been visiting me the past couple of days and honestly it has been quite ANNOYING. Especially because I feel as though there is nothing to “be anxious about.”
Today I recorded my first ever mini, solo podcast to discuss how I navigate through the feeling of anxiety without identifying with the feeling.
I also get super vulnerable by sharing a little poem I wrote to help me get into flow // release some self expression // move outside of the anxious feeling I was having.
This mini podcast is special to me and I hope it can provide you with some insight, inspiration or simply some love.
