To 2025
HIIII MY FRIEND! As we close out this new year, I hope that you are soooo proud of yourself for how you navigated this year and I hope you look back on this year and CHOOSE gratitude. In this episode, I take some time to reflect on this past year because it was a BIG year for me. There were soooo many highlights, I traveled to 3 different countries in 4 months, I moved to Hawai'i, but with that move came a lot of emotions and negative thought patterns I had to navigate. But even with all of the messy behind the scenes I navigated, I'm CHOOSING GRATITUDE and CHOOSING to focus on the highlights. And I hope you do the same for you too <3 Happy New Year :)
