HAPPY NEW YEAR MY LOVEEE! In this episode I talk about my intentions I'm setting for this year but also this idea of HIGH INTENTION & LOW ATTACHMENT. And alsooo...thinking about this idea of who do I want to BECOME in pursuit of these intentions/goals/resolutions for this new year. Because YES, I do want you to set goals/intentions/resolutions for yourself...but I also want you to enjoy the PROCESS and enjoy who you are BECOMING in pursuit of your intentions <3 I hope this resonates with you :)
