Expectations
Welcome to Cornucopia Strategy for Entrepreneurs, the podcast that offers sensible, relaxed, and no-hype conversations about powerful business strategies. In each episode, we share proven, clear, and practical ways to locate, evaluate, and acquire distressed proprietary business and product rights. We focus on low-stress, low-risk bootstrapping techniques that you can apply without hype or high risk.
Before we dive in, just a quick note: the ideas and strategies shared in this podcast are for informational and educational purposes only. They’re based on personal experience and research and shouldn’t be taken as professional, legal, or financial advice. Always do your own due diligence and speak with qualified advisors before making any major decisions.
This episode is the first of a two part presentation about expectations.
And now, here is Sherman.
Hi.
Today, I want to talk with you about expectations. It is proper and reasonable if you have expectations, aspirations, and even concerns about how this podcast series and the strategy itself can help you to reach your goals. All of that is important to you as it should be. I realize that.
So, we will be discussing expectations from a couple of different viewpoints. I will address this topic from our viewpoint today and in one of our next episodes, I will address how your expectations and our expectations complement each other.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Our prelaunch will be a quiet launch. As we move forward, we will be explaining why a quiet launch is required. The starting point of our official launch of the strategy is called. “Ground Zero”. Because our launch is quiet, private and will only be accessible to a limited number of foundational members, we will ask them to assist us to grow our Cornucopia community. This will be part of their free initial training and early participation.
Our system monitors the levels of member participation, their diversity, and the volume of active opportunities that are being reviewed within the community. When certain community membership thresholds are reached, we release additional features, adjust the flow of opportunities, admit more members for training, and modify our training procedures as required, etc. Our careful attention to these factors will help us to ensure that we create and maintain the level of community synergism that the strategy demands.

Here is a special note to remember: All internal activity runs through our Cornucopia Opportunity/Collaboration Bulletin. All members are anonymous while using the Bulletin but can interact in the ways required by Cornucopia Strategy.
You are always in total control of your projects. You remain anonymous until you decide not to be. Even though you are anonymous during the process, you are always able to review “opportunities” and interact with them in a safe and manageable manner.
We expect that you will take your interactions with Cornucopia Strategy seriously because it monitors the volume and specifics of your participation.
Our Cornucopia software does this for two reasons:
1) If you are not participating, you will not be rewarded with opportunities.
2) If you do not participate steadily, Cornucopia will automatically make you less visible to other entrepreneurs who want to work with you.
Our logic is simple and direct about this: If you are not participating, there is no reason for our software to encourage other entrepreneurs to chase you. Also, if you are not participating, the software reduces the number of opportunities that you will be shown because of your lack of interest.
We fully realize that you may have very proper and important reasons for not being able to participate as you might want. We are not punishing you but protecting you. As soon as you can or whenever you can, just participate. The strategy will continue to wait for you, but it will not chase you.
Our next episodes will provide you with more insights and details. I will see you then. Take care.
That’s it for today’s Cornucopia conversation. Remember—clarity beats chaos every time. Stay close, because what’s coming next could be the key that connects what you already have to what you’ve been waiting for. Be sure to join us in the next episode.
