Well, I have been thinking a lot  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":298.92,"endTime":306.48,"body":"about that question and I don't think, that's not, "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":298.92,"endTime":306.48,"body":"we did not elicit those demographics in terms  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":306.48,"endTime":315.12,"body":"of describing our particular participants. I think "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":306.48,"endTime":315.12,"body":"it's a really great point. I might say, because  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":315.12,"endTime":323.08,"body":"I've really been thinking about this, that these "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":315.12,"endTime":323.08,"body":"attributes, when you think about them, the four  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":323.08,"endTime":334.84,"body":"major ones I think really are pretty universal. And "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":323.08,"endTime":334.84,"body":"so I wonder whether or not I would want to explore  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":334.84,"endTime":342.24,"body":"whether or not different populations perceive it "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":334.84,"endTime":342.24,"body":"differently. I mean, it's an interesting thought and  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":342.24,"endTime":351.12,"body":"one to pursue because I'd love to be proven wrong "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":342.24,"endTime":351.12,"body":"as always. But I really wonder about that.  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":351.12,"endTime":358.16,"body":"I was just reading another book on leadership and "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":351.12,"endTime":358.16,"body":"and the qualities are things like gratitude  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":358.16,"endTime":364.4,"body":"and empathy and resilience and I would argue "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":358.16,"endTime":364.4,"body":"that irrespective of who we are we all bring  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":364.4,"endTime":373.68,"body":"those to the table so that's, I'll yield to Anne. I "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":364.4,"endTime":373.68,"body":"agree 100% with Karen. I do think there's value  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":373.68,"endTime":379.28,"body":"in looking at the data to see whether there are "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":373.68,"endTime":379.28,"body":"significant differences and I think we'll have the  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":379.28,"endTime":388.2,"body":"opportunity going forward. Already we're getting "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":379.28,"endTime":388.2,"body":"a lot of nurse researchers asking for use of the  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":388.2,"endTime":396.0,"body":"instrument and so we will have, as they share their "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":388.2,"endTime":396.0,"body":"raw data with us, we will have the opportunity to  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":396.0,"endTime":403.16,"body":"possibly explore other populations that it's used "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":396.0,"endTime":403.16,"body":"with. And even we've asked by  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":403.16,"endTime":409.68,"body":"individuals globally to be able to translate the "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":403.16,"endTime":409.68,"body":"instrument and explore it from that perspective  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":409.68,"endTime":419.52,"body":"as well. Well, oh go ahead Karen. Correct. We see that for certain. And again,   "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":629.64,"endTime":634.64,"body":"a nurse leader not being like a formal"},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":629.64,"endTime":634.64,"body":"definition but how we self-identify maybe  "},{"speaker":"\"Assessment of Nurse Educator Leadership","startTime":634.64,"endTime":639.72,"body":"as a leader.
