I'm going to have to refer "},{"startTime":64.36,"endTime":70.8,"body":"back to that which I was familiar with quite a  "},{"startTime":70.8,"endTime":77.16,"body":"few years back and you know having worked in "},{"startTime":70.8,"endTime":77.16,"body":"New York and had a simulation Center I know  "},{"startTime":77.16,"endTime":82.12,"body":"that we had tried to form a consortium so I know "},{"startTime":77.16,"endTime":82.12,"body":"there's a lot involved in creating a consortium  "},{"startTime":82.12,"endTime":87.0,"body":"and again, you've been around for a long time "},{"startTime":82.12,"endTime":87.0,"body":"very successful so we want to learn more about"},{"startTime":87.0,"endTime":93.56,"body":"how do you put a consortium together and tell "},{"startTime":87.0,"endTime":93.56,"body":"us a little bit about your MCSRC. I am Dr. Monique Davis I serve as "},{"startTime":181.24,"endTime":186.88,"body":"dean of Health Sciences and director of nursing  "},{"startTime":186.88,"endTime":195.32,"body":"at Montgomery College and I'll just go ahead and "},{"startTime":186.88,"endTime":195.32,"body":"start off by sharing how the consortium began. So  "},{"startTime":195.32,"endTime":206.2,"body":"in 2014, the idea came across the state with our "},{"startTime":195.32,"endTime":206.2,"body":"previous director Barb Nubile had worked with the  "},{"startTime":206.2,"endTime":212.76,"body":"Maryland Higher Education Commission nurse support II"},{"startTime":206.2,"endTime":212.76,"body":"program coordinator. Her name was Peg Daw and the  "},{"startTime":212.76,"endTime":217.8,"body":"two of them had a conversation about the state "},{"startTime":212.76,"endTime":217.8,"body":"of Maryland needing some guidance and support and  "},{"startTime":217.8,"endTime":225.24,"body":"funding and equipment and materials for simulation "},{"startTime":217.8,"endTime":225.24,"body":"to streamline it throughout the state. So in 2015,  "},{"startTime":225.24,"endTime":232.56,"body":"we were awarded just a little over $3 million and "},{"startTime":225.24,"endTime":232.56,"body":"those funds came from the Health Services Cost Review  "},{"startTime":232.56,"endTime":239.84,"body":"Commission. So the state of Maryland is the only "},{"startTime":232.56,"endTime":239.84,"body":"state in our country that requires hospitals to  "},{"startTime":239.84,"endTime":248.0,"body":"provide 0.1% of their revenue to nursing education. "},{"startTime":239.84,"endTime":248.0,"body":"Part of those funds go directly back to hospitals  "},{"startTime":248.0,"endTime":254.44,"body":"to fund their education programs, nurse residency "},{"startTime":248.0,"endTime":254.44,"body":"programs, things like that, their competency fairs,  "},{"startTime":254.44,"endTime":260.32,"body":"and things like that. The other percentage of "},{"startTime":254.44,"endTime":260.32,"body":"those funds are directly spent through the Nurse  "},{"startTime":260.32,"endTime":267.88,"body":"Support II Program. And so at the time, there were "},{"startTime":260.32,"endTime":267.88,"body":"23 pre-licensure programs and we're able to submit  "},{"startTime":267.88,"endTime":273.92,"body":"grant proposals and it's a competitive grant "},{"startTime":267.88,"endTime":273.92,"body":"process. However, the Maryland Clinical Simulation  "},{"startTime":273.92,"endTime":283.92,"body":"Resource Consortium, affectionately known as MCSRC,"},{"startTime":273.92,"endTime":283.92,"body":"was a state initiative so the $3.1 million  "},{"startTime":283.92,"endTime":292.4,"body":"that we received for the five years from 2015 to "},{"startTime":283.92,"endTime":292.4,"body":"2020 was a direct fund source for Montgomery  "},{"startTime":292.4,"endTime":300.08,"body":"College to be the host site to offer simulation "},{"startTime":292.4,"endTime":300.08,"body":"education and best practices and then simulation  "},{"startTime":300.08,"endTime":310.72,"body":"equipment and materials. Over the first 3 years or "},{"startTime":300.08,"endTime":310.72,"body":"so we did a evaluation or assessment across the  "},{"startTime":310.72,"endTime":317.52,"body":"state with those 23 pre-licensure programs to see "},{"startTime":310.72,"endTime":317.52,"body":"what equipment they already had. And Sabrina Beroz  "},{"startTime":317.52,"endTime":323.96,"body":"was very instrumental as the faculty lead in going "},{"startTime":317.52,"endTime":323.96,"body":"out and doing those on-site assessments as well as  "},{"startTime":323.96,"endTime":329.88,"body":"developing the curriculum for the train the trainer "},{"startTime":323.96,"endTime":329.88,"body":"program. So we call them simulation education  "},{"startTime":329.88,"endTime":337.28,"body":"leaders and they have three different levels that "},{"startTime":329.88,"endTime":337.28,"body":"they can complete. I'll let Sabrina and Jasline  "},{"startTime":337.28,"endTime":343.96,"body":"talk a little bit more about the faculty training. "},{"startTime":337.28,"endTime":343.96,"body":"But also in those three years, we provided funding  "},{"startTime":343.96,"endTime":349.6,"body":"for the schools to receive an adult manikin,"},{"startTime":343.96,"endTime":349.6,"body":"a birthing manikin, a toddler and a newborn  "},{"startTime":349.6,"endTime":358.16,"body":"manikin so that all the 23 schools across "},{"startTime":349.6,"endTime":358.16,"body":"the state would be streamlined. In 2020, we had  "},{"startTime":358.16,"endTime":366.28,"body":"this wonderful experience called Covid "},{"startTime":358.16,"endTime":366.28,"body":"and our world came to an immediate halt and  "},{"startTime":366.28,"endTime":374.0,"body":"the need for simulation and the need for virtual "},{"startTime":366.28,"endTime":374.0,"body":"activities just skyrocketed. So I'm sure Sabrina  "},{"startTime":374.0,"endTime":379.28,"body":"and Jasline can talk a little bit more about the "},{"startTime":374.0,"endTime":379.28,"body":"work that we did in that space and offering forums  "},{"startTime":379.28,"endTime":385.12,"body":"and helping the schools to integrate virtual "},{"startTime":379.28,"endTime":385.12,"body":"simulations and just offering faculty support  "},{"startTime":385.12,"endTime":390.47,"body":"during that most difficult time because we were "},{"startTime":385.12,"endTime":390.47,"body":"all trying to figure out how to get this streamlined.  "},{"startTime":390.47,"endTime":397.44,"body":"Also during that time, the state of Maryland opened "},{"startTime":390.47,"endTime":397.44,"body":"up some additional nursing programs. So to date, we  "},{"startTime":397.44,"endTime":404.76,"body":"have 30 pre-licensure programs in the state. All of "},{"startTime":397.44,"endTime":404.76,"body":"the schools have received a Pyxis machine. It was  "},{"startTime":404.76,"endTime":410.32,"body":"streamlined across the state and now we're working "},{"startTime":404.76,"endTime":410.32,"body":"on virtual reality goggles and the software that  "},{"startTime":410.32,"endTime":416.2,"body":"goes with that. So not only are we providing "},{"startTime":410.32,"endTime":416.2,"body":"what's necessary for education but we're also  "},{"startTime":416.2,"endTime":422.44,"body":"innovating as we're going through these processes "},{"startTime":416.2,"endTime":422.44,"body":"and integrating those newer technologies into all  "},{"startTime":422.44,"endTime":429.8,"body":"of our schools across the state. So one thing I do "},{"startTime":422.44,"endTime":429.8,"body":"want to share quickly is your question was how  "},{"startTime":429.8,"endTime":438.84,"body":"did this even get started? It took a lot of buy-in. "},{"startTime":429.8,"endTime":438.84,"body":"And Sabrina and I went across the state. We met  "},{"startTime":438.84,"endTime":445.68,"body":"with all of our stakeholders. We created a steering "},{"startTime":438.84,"endTime":445.68,"body":"committee where we had representation from all of  "},{"startTime":445.68,"endTime":452.0,"body":"the areas across the state, so from our rural areas, "},{"startTime":445.68,"endTime":452.0,"body":"from our urban areas, from our suburban areas. We  "},{"startTime":452.0,"endTime":457.6,"body":"included community colleges and universities. We "},{"startTime":452.0,"endTime":457.6,"body":"included private schools and historically black  "},{"startTime":457.6,"endTime":463.64,"body":"colleges and universities so that we had equal "},{"startTime":457.6,"endTime":463.64,"body":"representation or equitable representation across  "},{"startTime":463.64,"endTime":468.0,"body":"the state to sit on our steering committee. "},{"startTime":463.64,"endTime":468.0,"body":"So those were very instrumental things that  "},{"startTime":468.0,"endTime":477.32,"body":"happened in the first three years. In 2020, we got a "},{"startTime":468.0,"endTime":477.32,"body":"re-up for additional funds to go from 2020 to 2025  "},{"startTime":477.32,"endTime":484.84,"body":"and so we called it MCSRC 2.0. And I'm very, "},{"startTime":477.32,"endTime":484.84,"body":"very proud to say that in January we submitted  "},{"startTime":484.84,"endTime":495.56,"body":"another grant for MCSRC 3.0. All right. Thank you "},{"startTime":484.84,"endTime":495.56,"body":"Monique for that very thorough overview. And like  "},{"startTime":495.56,"endTime":501.08,"body":"you said, you know, you are one of the only states "},{"startTime":495.56,"endTime":501.08,"body":"that receives that funding to support your  "},{"startTime":501.08,"endTime":506.96,"body":"simulation consortium. If only all the states had "},{"startTime":501.08,"endTime":506.96,"body":"that same opportunity. So that is wonderful. Sabrina,  "},{"startTime":506.96,"endTime":510.96,"body":"I know that, again, you were very instrumental in "},{"startTime":506.96,"endTime":510.96,"body":"getting this consortium started. Can you tell me  "},{"startTime":510.96,"endTime":515.04,"body":"a little bit about the initial steps that you "},{"startTime":510.96,"endTime":515.04,"body":"took because it sounds like there was a needs  "},{"startTime":515.04,"endTime":519.88,"body":"assessment that was done first in order to kind "},{"startTime":515.04,"endTime":519.88,"body":"of progress this project. Can you tell us a little  "},{"startTime":519.88,"endTime":525.48,"body":"bit about that? Sure Kellie. That's a really good "},{"startTime":519.88,"endTime":525.48,"body":"question. And I think it's helpful for those  "},{"startTime":525.48,"endTime":529.8,"body":"who will listen to this podcast and trying to "},{"startTime":525.48,"endTime":529.8,"body":"start their own consortium what are the real  "},{"startTime":529.8,"endTime":534.2,"body":"details that you need to do in order... so funding "},{"startTime":529.8,"endTime":534.2,"body":"of course is prime. I mean, you need funding in  "},{"startTime":534.2,"endTime":540.64,"body":"order to get it started, but after that, we, because "},{"startTime":534.2,"endTime":540.64,"body":"we had the funding, our first task was to  "},{"startTime":540.64,"endTime":547.12,"body":"do a needs assessment of the state and figure out "},{"startTime":540.64,"endTime":547.12,"body":"what is it that they needed for education. I think  "},{"startTime":547.12,"endTime":553.48,"body":"what's important going out to each one of those "},{"startTime":547.12,"endTime":553.48,"body":"schools was not just say what we can do for you  "},{"startTime":553.48,"endTime":559.68,"body":"but what do you need from us so that we "},{"startTime":553.48,"endTime":559.68,"body":"understood their needs. And once we collected all  "},{"startTime":559.68,"endTime":567.96,"body":"that data and all that information, we took that "},{"startTime":559.68,"endTime":567.96,"body":"and developed this curriculum model for the state.  "},{"startTime":567.96,"endTime":572.56,"body":"We realized that one size did not fit all that "},{"startTime":567.96,"endTime":572.56,"body":"we needed to have these three levels that Monique  "},{"startTime":572.56,"endTime":577.64,"body":"talked about so that we knew we had a novice level, "},{"startTime":572.56,"endTime":577.64,"body":"we had a confident level, and then we tried to move  "},{"startTime":577.64,"endTime":584.68,"body":"everybody up to a leadership slash expert level. "},{"startTime":577.64,"endTime":584.68,"body":"So that was kind of the trajectory and   "},{"startTime":584.68,"endTime":592.08,"body":"the thought. Now to measure that, back in "},{"startTime":584.68,"endTime":592.08,"body":"2015, you know, we did not have any needs assessment,  "},{"startTime":592.08,"endTime":598.48,"body":"formal evidence-based needs assessment in order "},{"startTime":592.08,"endTime":598.48,"body":"to do that. So we developed a tool called the  "},{"startTime":598.48,"endTime":604.04,"body":"PASS tool so that stands for Program Assessment "},{"startTime":598.48,"endTime":604.04,"body":"Survey for Simulation. We used all the standards.  "},{"startTime":604.04,"endTime":608.72,"body":"We used the standards from accreditation, the "},{"startTime":604.04,"endTime":608.72,"body":"INACSL standards, now the Healthcare Simulation  "},{"startTime":608.72,"endTime":617.48,"body":"Standards, and we use at the time in 2015 the "},{"startTime":608.72,"endTime":617.48,"body":"National Council came out with their guidelines  "},{"startTime":617.48,"endTime":623.0,"body":"for simulation programs. So we put all of that "},{"startTime":617.48,"endTime":623.0,"body":"together and then sent it out to simulation  "},{"startTime":623.0,"endTime":629.56,"body":"experts like Pam Jeffries, Suzie Kardong-Edgren "},{"startTime":623.0,"endTime":629.56,"body":"to just give content validity. We had to do this  "},{"startTime":629.56,"endTime":636.52,"body":"so quickly in order to have a train the trainer "},{"startTime":629.56,"endTime":636.52,"body":"program, so we did this in the late fall, finished  "},{"startTime":636.52,"endTime":644.44,"body":"it in January, put the curriculum together, and "},{"startTime":636.52,"endTime":644.44,"body":"then our charge was to have  "},{"startTime":644.44,"endTime":650.68,"body":"in the spring, was to have the first train the "},{"startTime":644.44,"endTime":650.68,"body":"trainer program, which we did. And those were kind  "},{"startTime":650.68,"endTime":655.72,"body":"of those initial steps, really important was that "},{"startTime":650.68,"endTime":655.72,"body":"needs assessment so that we weren't just providing  "},{"startTime":655.72,"endTime":661.68,"body":"education to people who, say the more competent "},{"startTime":655.72,"endTime":661.68,"body":"individual, we weren't giving them the basics and  "},{"startTime":661.68,"endTime":669.64,"body":"I think that was key and important to the first "},{"startTime":661.68,"endTime":669.64,"body":"step. When we went out ... in order to do  "},{"startTime":669.64,"endTime":676.24,"body":"the needs assessment we interviewed all of the "},{"startTime":669.64,"endTime":676.24,"body":"simulation coordinators, simulation directors of  "},{"startTime":676.24,"endTime":680.96,"body":"all of the programs. So we wanted to have the "},{"startTime":676.24,"endTime":680.96,"body":"right person who had knowledge of simulation  "},{"startTime":680.96,"endTime":688.6,"body":"in each institution and we were nurse-centric. "},{"startTime":680.96,"endTime":688.6,"body":"So I think as others look to start programs they  "},{"startTime":688.6,"endTime":695.28,"body":"first have to decide, you know, is it going to be "},{"startTime":688.6,"endTime":695.28,"body":"nurse-centric is it going to be interprofessional.  "},{"startTime":695.28,"endTime":702.6,"body":"And what is it that you want, what's the purpose. "},{"startTime":695.28,"endTime":702.6,"body":"And the purpose of ours was really to, really"},{"startTime":702.6,"endTime":708.72,"body":"in the end was to provide equitable simulation "},{"startTime":702.6,"endTime":708.72,"body":"education and equipment to all of the programs so  "},{"startTime":708.72,"endTime":715.92,"body":"very forward thinking as far as providing that"},{"startTime":708.72,"endTime":715.92,"body":"for the state of Maryland for the undergraduate  "},{"startTime":715.92,"endTime":723.72,"body":"programs. We did add a few graduate NP programs "},{"startTime":715.92,"endTime":723.72,"body":"as we moved on and moved forward. And Jasline will  "},{"startTime":723.72,"endTime":731.2,"body":"talk about how she broadened it out further past "},{"startTime":723.72,"endTime":731.2,"body":"nursing, nursing-centric. But I think in starting  "},{"startTime":731.2,"endTime":736.4,"body":"consortiums, they probably need to know their real "},{"startTime":731.2,"endTime":736.4,"body":"purpose. Is it just to do a conference every year?  "},{"startTime":736.4,"endTime":742.96,"body":"Os it to do professional development? So they "},{"startTime":736.4,"endTime":742.96,"body":"just need to make that decision. We did, also, which  "},{"startTime":742.96,"endTime":749.36,"body":"I'm really happy to say we did an evaluation plan, "},{"startTime":742.96,"endTime":749.36,"body":"which made a big difference for us those first few  "},{"startTime":749.36,"endTime":756.52,"body":"years. We had goals, indicators, who was going to "},{"startTime":749.36,"endTime":756.52,"body":"measure, what was going to be measured, and then we  "},{"startTime":756.52,"endTime":761.76,"body":"were able to see what kind of impact we would "},{"startTime":756.52,"endTime":761.76,"body":"have within the state. So that's kind of how we  "},{"startTime":761.76,"endTime":768.84,"body":"started in a nutshell. And I'll let Jasline speak a "},{"startTime":761.76,"endTime":768.84,"body":"little bit more to how we moved forward from those  "},{"startTime":768.84,"endTime":777.72,"body":"very beginning stages. Thank you Sabrina. So I'll "},{"startTime":768.84,"endTime":777.72,"body":"add-on. I think the key, like Sabrina had mentioned,  "},{"startTime":777.72,"endTime":782.24,"body":"is continuously having an assessment of what our "},{"startTime":777.72,"endTime":782.24,"body":"learners need. I think that's one reason we're  "},{"startTime":782.24,"endTime":789.64,"body":"able to sustain and continue to grow. I just, you "},{"startTime":782.24,"endTime":789.64,"body":"know, I'm starting to plan for this spring cohort  "},{"startTime":789.64,"endTime":796.92,"body":"and we had over 80 applicants and 75 are going to "},{"startTime":789.64,"endTime":796.92,"body":"be participating so to have those numbers 10 years  "},{"startTime":796.92,"endTime":803.44,"body":"out really talks about our ability to sustain the "},{"startTime":796.92,"endTime":803.44,"body":"program. And I think key pieces of that like during  "},{"startTime":803.44,"endTime":808.6,"body":"the pandemic, you know, we realized we couldn't "},{"startTime":803.44,"endTime":808.6,"body":"have in-person training so we pivoted quickly  "},{"startTime":808.6,"endTime":816.36,"body":"and adopted some hybrid models that continues to "},{"startTime":808.6,"endTime":816.36,"body":"be very popular with our audiences because we're  "},{"startTime":816.36,"endTime":822.44,"body":"spread out across the state. I think that really "},{"startTime":816.36,"endTime":822.44,"body":"has helped grow our program and sustain it. We  "},{"startTime":822.44,"endTime":828.2,"body":"also realized early on that, you know, although "},{"startTime":822.44,"endTime":828.2,"body":"we're nursing-centric we lean heavily on our  "},{"startTime":828.2,"endTime":833.8,"body":"simulation operation specialists to continue to, "},{"startTime":828.2,"endTime":833.8,"body":"you know, grow simulation within the programs. So  "},{"startTime":833.8,"endTime":839.52,"body":"we've offered some training for that population "},{"startTime":833.8,"endTime":839.52,"body":"and then really tried to build a community of  "},{"startTime":839.52,"endTime":846.36,"body":"practice. That's, you know, something that might have "},{"startTime":839.52,"endTime":846.36,"body":"not been the biggest intention early on but now  "},{"startTime":846.36,"endTime":851.28,"body":"it's always on the forefront is how do we build "},{"startTime":846.36,"endTime":851.28,"body":"this community practice for our educators because  "},{"startTime":851.28,"endTime":856.36,"body":"although simulation is growing, there's still "},{"startTime":851.28,"endTime":856.36,"body":"that feeling where you're the lone wolf, right.  "},{"startTime":856.36,"endTime":862.24,"body":"Many times at your institution you have a few lone "},{"startTime":856.36,"endTime":862.24,"body":"wolves at your institution. And so we have expanded. "},{"startTime":862.24,"endTime":867.48,"body":"So we've created open forums. I just got off one "},{"startTime":862.24,"endTime":867.48,"body":"earlier today where people just come together  "},{"startTime":867.48,"endTime":873.96,"body":"and share wins, share challenges, innovation and "},{"startTime":867.48,"endTime":873.96,"body":"it really keeps us connected. And what we found was that they had  "},{"startTime":1243.32,"endTime":1252.24,"body":"started to have the based debriefing methods, they "},{"startTime":1243.32,"endTime":1252.24,"body":"were using a theory to underpin their simulation  "},{"startTime":1252.24,"endTime":1260.68,"body":"program. And if you look at Kirkpatrick's levels "},{"startTime":1252.24,"endTime":1260.68,"body":"of evaluation we looked looked kind of far out at  "},{"startTime":1260.68,"endTime":1269.08,"body":"that level four to see if we had an impact on "},{"startTime":1260.68,"endTime":1269.08,"body":"click and the data that I had collected found  "},{"startTime":1269.08,"endTime":1277.36,"body":"that 70% of the schools that were involved in the "},{"startTime":1269.08,"endTime":1277.36,"body":"MCSRC, now I know there's other other pieces of"},{"startTime":1277.36,"endTime":1284.4,"body":"NCLEX success besides the MCSRC, but 70% of those "},{"startTime":1277.36,"endTime":1284.4,"body":"schools did improve the NCLEX scores that were  "},{"startTime":1284.4,"endTime":1292.44,"body":"involved in the MCSRC. So I think that's a pretty "},{"startTime":1284.4,"endTime":1292.44,"body":"big impact because the purpose of the funding  "},{"startTime":1292.44,"endTime":1297.92,"body":"is to increase the number of graduates and to "},{"startTime":1292.44,"endTime":1297.92,"body":"increase the number of faculty so that in the  "},{"startTime":1297.92,"endTime":1304.84,"body":"end we increase the workforce. And if we can do "},{"startTime":1297.92,"endTime":1304.84,"body":"that and we can show that, you know, through, you  "},{"startTime":1304.84,"endTime":1309.96,"body":"know, them being successful in only one attribute, "},{"startTime":1304.84,"endTime":1309.96,"body":"but, you know, successful in NCLEX then we know that  "},{"startTime":1309.96,"endTime":1317.28,"body":"we have increased the number of nurses who are "},{"startTime":1309.96,"endTime":1317.28,"body":"graduating. I don't think back when MCSRC  "},{"startTime":1347.8,"endTime":1353.96,"body":"was initiated, so we never really had that "},{"startTime":1347.8,"endTime":1353.96,"body":"opportunity to look at that big level and this  "},{"startTime":1353.96,"endTime":1359.0,"body":"kind of let me know that we've really made an "},{"startTime":1353.96,"endTime":1359.0,"body":"impact here. Eeveryone from administrators to sim  "},{"startTime":1359.0,"endTime":1367.92,"body":"team faculty to sim technicians to clinical "},{"startTime":1359.0,"endTime":1367.92,"body":"instructors. The average, you know, response was that  "},{"startTime":1367.92,"endTime":1374.72,"body":"they're mostly ready. So that really shows that "},{"startTime":1367.92,"endTime":1374.72,"body":"they have been exposed to simulation, they  "},{"startTime":1374.72,"endTime":1381.12,"body":"feel like they're ready. They have the resources "},{"startTime":1374.72,"endTime":1381.12,"body":"ready to adopt so that was one big thing. So not only did your  "},{"startTime":1509.12,"endTime":1516.12,"body":"CHSE get paid for but then you got just a stipend "},{"startTime":1509.12,"endTime":1516.12,"body":"in because we were super proud of your success. And  "},{"startTime":1516.12,"endTime":1521.52,"body":"so when you have projects and people are doing "},{"startTime":1516.12,"endTime":1521.52,"body":"really well with their work that they're doing  "},{"startTime":1521.52,"endTime":1528.36,"body":"you want to reward them so we advocated in the "},{"startTime":1521.52,"endTime":1528.36,"body":"future to get to increase the honoraria. So I've done a lot of research and work  "},{"startTime":1601.28,"endTime":1606.92,"body":"in OSTEs, objective structured teaching encounters, "},{"startTime":1601.28,"endTime":1606.92,"body":"which are being used in medical education to  "},{"startTime":1606.92,"endTime":1612.92,"body":"train educators in this role. So I would love, that "},{"startTime":1606.92,"endTime":1612.92,"body":"that's our next big project that we're going to  "},{"startTime":1612.92,"endTime":1618.52,"body":"be embracing over the next 5 years is building "},{"startTime":1612.92,"endTime":1618.52,"body":"OSTEs and then bringing our educators back either  "},{"startTime":1618.52,"endTime":1625.0,"body":"virtually or live to go through them and then "},{"startTime":1618.52,"endTime":1625.0,"body":"see where their gaps are and that might require  "},{"startTime":1625.0,"endTime":1628.6,"body":"additional curriculum. So I think that's going to really help "},{"startTime":1628.6,"endTime":1635.12,"body":"provide us with the information in terms of how we  "},{"startTime":1635.12,"endTime":1641.64,"body":"move forward so I'm really excited about OSTEs. I'm "},{"startTime":1635.12,"endTime":1641.64,"body":"looking at you know if we could have the expertise  "},{"startTime":1641.64,"endTime":1648.68,"body":"with AI exploding right now, AI generated learners "},{"startTime":1641.64,"endTime":1648.68,"body":"and do it you know virtually because logistics  "},{"startTime":1648.68,"endTime":1653.48,"body":"is always challenging to bring people back. You know SSH accreditation is there,  "},{"startTime":1665.04,"endTime":1670.8,"body":"which is sometimes a lofty goal, so we're looking "},{"startTime":1665.04,"endTime":1670.8,"body":"at INACSL's endorsement program.
