You know, I would even at times call"},{"startTime":318.8,"endTime":325.04,"body":"it burnout. I had moments of burnout and real "},{"startTime":318.8,"endTime":325.04,"body":"vulnerability in those moments when you're"},{"startTime":325.04,"endTime":331.12,"body":"learning and growing and and kind of transforming "},{"startTime":325.04,"endTime":331.12,"body":"and transitioning into like the next chapter in"},{"startTime":331.12,"endTime":338.88,"body":"your career. And when I think about those moments, "},{"startTime":331.12,"endTime":338.88,"body":"for better or for worse, it always comes back to"},{"startTime":338.88,"endTime":344.64,"body":"that moment of struggle that I had. "},{"startTime":338.88,"endTime":344.64,"body":"The people that I turned to, the mentors,"},{"startTime":346.16,"endTime":353.44,"body":"the books that I read, the the knowledge that "},{"startTime":346.16,"endTime":353.44,"body":"I acquired from people much wiser and much more"},{"startTime":353.44,"endTime":361.12,"body":"experienced and how that network really "},{"startTime":353.44,"endTime":361.12,"body":"helped to turn things around to kind of get"},{"startTime":361.12,"endTime":367.12,"body":"over that struggle in those moments of growth "},{"startTime":361.12,"endTime":367.12,"body":"and, and quite honestly, discomfort at times"},{"startTime":368.16,"endTime":375.92,"body":"and uncertainty.
