Jennifer and Raquel are joined by Klara Sedlacek, an emotional wellness coach and keynote speaker who helps stressed moms of tots transform tension into connection. She is a trauma-informed, certified EFT (aka "tapping") practitioner. Klara's approach is rooted in "Nurturing the Now" and "Releasing the Past". In this episode, we cover intergenerational trauma and how to heal from it, emotional awareness and regulation, and self acceptance. As Klara says, "'I am having an emotion but I am safe'; that's what children want from their parents." The healing truly can start now.
