Paperback Behavior
Paperback Behavior is a podcast about books. Shane and Patrick are both behavior analysts deep diving into interesting books within the field of behavior analysis that are often overlooked or unheard of. Each season will cover a unique book, where the hosts will discuss major points and chapters from the reviewed sections. This podcast will be released seasonally, with each season being a unique title and guest hosts for the duration of the season. Season 1 will cover How to Rethink Human Behavior by Bernard Guerin!

S4E10 - Chapter 10 (Building and Sustaining Meaningful and Effective Relationships as a Supervisor and Mentor)
For this last stretch, we are kicking off Section 3 of Building and Sustaining Meaningful and Effective Relationships as a Supervisor and Mentor by LeBlanc, Sellers, and Ala'i-Rosales. Chapter 10 starts us off with evaluation, one of the most misunderstood and unplanned parts of supervision (in my opinion). I think this will be a must listen episode for those entering the supervision workspace!
