106: Being Gentle With Your Insecurities - With Guest Co-Host Kat Jackson

It's funny how the seeming power that insecurities have over us can melt away when we are kinder and more gentle with ourselves.

This is such an important discussion because insecurities hold even the most successful and well-loved people back from expressing their lives fully.

Today Kat Jackson and I speak about our own insecurities. Through this openhearted and somewhat vulnerable conversation, we wanted to show that what seems like insecurities to some are really just a relatable part of being human.

Realizing that the things we fear do not have to hold shame, we are released to pursue the things that we really want to and to reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been held back.

I hope you find this episode as touching and uplifting as I did - as always, you have our belief and support.
