In this month’s edition, Dr. Thomas White interviews Dr Allen Dobson, a NC family physician for nearly 40 years, and a leader in health care at the local, state, and national level. A true visionary and someone not afraid to “roll up his sleeves” to accomplish the task at hand, Dr Dobson shares stories from his early days in practice, and how he and his partners grew Cabarrus Family Medicine from one little office to a flourishing network of 9 offices and over 50 physicians, with a model residency training program directly embedded into local communities.
