075. An Interview with Andre Cajeron: From Hidden Pain ... to Authentic Worship

In this episode of Greater Formation & Power, Coach Tom talks with his longtime friend, student and coaching client, André Cajeron about identity, healing, calling, and learning to live with greater authenticity before God.

André shares his journey from Brazil to the United States, the confusion of trying to find his place in ministry, and how God gradually clarified his calling as a worship pastor. He also reflects on how music became a deep language of expression, comfort, and connection with God.
