#21 - Adopting a Mindset for Single Life

It’s easy to think negatively of single life. To compare yourself to others in relationships, feel like it’s never going to happen for you and feel sad and deflated by it.

But there’s a truth to changing your thoughts changing your reality. Our minds are powerful things and our brains can’t tell the difference between the truth and what we make up. If you continue to tell yourself you’re sad about being single, you’ll believe it. The same goes for if you repeat thoughts on how unloveable you are.

And this is why mindset has such an impact. It can’t fix every aspect of your life, but I can set you up to see things from a new perspective so that you can let go and focus on enjoying your single life right now.

In this week’s episode, Chantelle discusses the power of mindset and how to start adopting the mindset to get you through your single life.
