Episode 57 - Jim Hundrieser Yes to Innovation
Dr. Jim Hundrieser is the inaugural vice president for consulting and business development at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). At NACUBO, he matches higher education institutions with new strategies to that focus on growing revenue, building capacity, providing pragmatic solutions, conducting operational assessments, and increasing student success and completion.
Over his 30-year career in higher education, Jim has served in a variety of roles, from residence hall director, to faculty member, to institutional vice president, to consultant. The core of his work has focused on providing ways for students to gain access to and succeed in higher education.
Prior to joining NACUBO, Jim was the managing director of institutional strategies at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, the vice president for enrollment and student affairs at Plymouth State University, and vice president of student development at Lynn University. Jim also served in a senior role at Noel-Levitz as its vice president for strategic enrollment management.
He holds a BS from Northern Michigan University, an MEd from Plymouth State University, and a PhD in leadership and education from Barry University (FL).
