Maybe it's because it's"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":265.98,"endTime":272.64,"body":"misnamed or mislabeled. Right? And then the biggest"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":315.6,"endTime":319.32,"body":"difference between the"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":319.32,"endTime":321.3,"body":"registered apprenticeship"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":319.32,"endTime":321.3,"body":"program and traditional"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":321.3,"endTime":328.11,"body":"apprenticeship is that students"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":321.3,"endTime":328.11,"body":"can earn 40% of their high"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":328.11,"endTime":336.6,"body":"school diploma in the workplace."},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":328.11,"endTime":336.6,"body":"Now, that's not crazy. And they go, yeah,"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":407.88,"endTime":413.19,"body":"that's pretty cool. So then grade 11,"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":430.71,"endTime":435.09,"body":"comes, right. So, so"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":471.69,"endTime":477.78,"body":"often in Calgary, that's the"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":471.69,"endTime":477.78,"body":"most common center. Because of"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":478.38,"endTime":481.17,"body":"some of the perceptions. One of"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":478.38,"endTime":481.17,"body":"the reasons is because some of"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":481.17,"endTime":485.61,"body":"the perceptions around in the"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":481.17,"endTime":485.61,"body":"skilled trades, right. And, and"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":485.61,"endTime":488.19,"body":"of course, you know, if my my"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":485.61,"endTime":488.19,"body":"son or daughter, if they want to"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":488.19,"endTime":492.42,"body":"be in band and, and drama and"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":488.19,"endTime":492.42,"body":"just get those experiences, I"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":492.42,"endTime":496.2,"body":"totally encourage, then they"},{"speaker":"Dan Olesen","startTime":492.42,"endTime":496.2,"body":"come back in grade 11.
