Why A Full Day Of Rest

SPEAKER_02

On day seventh is normally a day of Sabbath. We take a rest. We have got no new teaching. We do our daily disciplines. And then we normally just open it up for people to just tell us just how the week has been, what we have picked so far. So it's normally a free day. We do never take any new teachings. It's a day of Sabbath. And it's normally just a reflection of just the importance of Sabbath, the importance of rest. Finding time when you wind down and take a rest from everything. God rested on the seventh day. And practicing Sabbath is normally a very powerful thing. You can think if you work seven days a week, you will be more productive. But it's been proven that those who take a complete day of rest get much more done. There's something about rest, there's something about the Sabbath. Again, those spiritual laws, understanding, we said one of the things we are doing this week, this 30 days, is to understand the spiritual world is something that happens when you actually wire yourself to take a Sabbath, to take a rest where you're not working, you're not, you basically resting from your labor. What you do, you rest from what you do. You have a complete rewind, you know, rest from the noise of the world and uh just rest. And that's what actually today, which is a Sunday, or you know, depending on which day of the week you want to call it, is supposed to be supposed to be a day of rest where you are completely freed from the day-to-day things that you do. You can focus on God, you can focus on um just you know listening to God, just being alone, resting from the digital world, the electronics, the phones, and just try to just rest. And you know, there are many ways of resting, you know, going to the house of God like we'll do today is one of those where you completely disconnected from everything you do and focusing your mind uh on other on other things and especially on on God. So it is very, very powerful. And today, every seventh day of our 30-day challenge, we completely rest, we don't have any new teachings. And it's our time just to reflect on what we have learned uh this whole week, and also to give back and you know contribute to the the 30-day challenge in terms of just what you have picked, uh, what have you learned was the one thing that has stood out for you, and so we opened it up uh for people to share. So I'm gonna be doing that as soon as we finish. But we do the daily disciplines and then we throw it open and we encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity. We try to give as many people a chance as possible, and then we we wrap it up. So, welcome today's seven.

Deep Breaths And Daily Declarations

SPEAKER_02

Why don't we take those three deep breaths and then we go and get uh started in the daily disciplines? And then we'll just recap what we have covered and then we open it up to you know all of us here this morning in Jesus' name. So three deep breaths, inhaling God's light, love, and energy, all coming the Holy Spirit here, connecting with Him, you know, detaching yourself from the things that have happened. Creative and compassionate with your being living in physical form. I am wonderfully made, I'm valuable, and I am unique. There's no one like you. There's no one who can touch this world like you do. And God created you for a purpose. There's something he has created us for. And when we do that and find it, we are at peace, we get fulfilled. God's divine plan is for me to be connected in a loving relationship with him and all living things. Then I'm not late. There's a reason behind everything that has happened in my life up to this moment. I may not fully understand it now, but I choose to trust God. And surely God's goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. Amen. Amen. Indeed, God's divine plan is for us to be connected in a loving relationship with Him and all living things. That's the best space you can be. When you're connected to God and you're connecting to people in a loving relationship, you are at a very, very special place. Um it's great, it's powerful. And that's why the enemy targets disconnection. The enemy wants to get you disconnected from your core relationships. He puts a wage between brother and sister, he puts a wage between husband and wife, he puts a wedge between parents and children, he puts a wedge anywhere. When he wants to destroy any society, he puts a wedge uh in between. And the relationship is damaged. Reproy in these next 30 days, God's going to restore us, restore our relationships with God Himself and our relationship with our peers, our relationship in the office, our relationships in our families. That's our prayer in Jesus' name. Our daily prayer, God, I thank you for my blessing life and this magnificent universe and this beautiful new day. We ask that, Lord, you bless our living things today with your love, with your grace, and with your abundance. And may you flow to me and through me. You need to let love, peace, joy, purpose, and prosperity during this day you're giving them to us. Amen. Amen. You may have these mantras like just a few, just second a few words. You then do our viewers. Any verse, any scripture that stands out in any meeting you are in, check that scripture, put it and declare it every single day as part of your prayer. Before you go into prayer, declare those scriptures. They are powerful. Before you go into prayer and meditation, declare those scriptures over your life. In Jesus' name, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. And I'm living on purpose. I am on schedule. Say amen to that.

Real Power Means Letting Go

SPEAKER_02

Truth, power in the physical world is measured by how much you can lift up, and in the spiritual world is measured by how much you can let go. That's a key realization in this 30-day challenge. The more you can let go, and Lord will challenge us here. You will learn new truths. You can let go of your former beliefs and embrace new truth. You begin to change your life, you get to elevate yourself, you begin to tune to a new frequency. When you're tune to new frequency, you go to another realm where you begin to experience the extraordinary in your life. So in the spiritual world, it's about giving. The more you can let go, the more you become powerful. That's why it touches on everything, even giving, whether you're giving yourself to others, you're giving your time, you're giving your resources, the more you can let go, the more powerful you become. That's how the spiritual world works in Jesus' name. And so

Giving That Actually Changes People

SPEAKER_02

this 30-day challenge, we encourage you to be a blessing to somebody and just touch them and in a very, very special way. Touch them, just help them step out there and and and just help help people, especially those that cannot be able to pay. We left, we thought we know the route. And finally we decided to ask. I got some border border guy who we saw there. Please can you just get us out of here to the tarmac? You know, we were just going around, round with like the Israelites. And we saw this Bodaboder guy decides to say, You come, I'll take you. And so he's in front of us, he was just helping us. Um, you know, we we reached somewhere, he told us, now, yeah, if you go that that route, you could reach that place. So I gave him something small. Ah, the guy was so encouraged. In fact, I'll take you all the way to Kelulu. He drove in front of us like nothing else. He was so he changed completely, took us all the way uh to the tarmac. And I could see the transformation uh in him and and how surprised he was that um, you know, he was not expecting anything. He thought he was just helping us. Uh, but he was so surprised. And sometimes it's amazing how small things that can really make a difference uh to people, those around us. And I just want us to encourage us these 30 days, just step out there, um, you know, just be there for people. Um, there are small things, especially the poor around us. To you it may look like very small, but the impact it has on people, when you step out to think about them, when you can step into their world, um, you know, uh because there's a lot of pain around us. And I think we've talked about that. You go, you see Muslim at the mosques every Friday. There are poor people surrounding those mosques, they are waiting when people come out of prayers because they expect to get something. We don't see that in the church. What people don't come to church because Christians and gum, people call them conongum. You know, we even inside the church, people are struggling to give, you know, let alone coming out to give people outside of the church, you not see any church. Even the biggest of churches, you never see people coming there because they expect to be blessed. And we should just pause there and reflect on that. Even when we hold big conferences, um, you know, and Huru Park, for example, we had World Fest uh last year, it was World Fest. People were full in Hurpak. You did not see any poor person standing on the fringes because he expects that Christians, when they come out of that meeting, they're going to be willing to think about them and help them. They are not there. And you know, it is something that we really reflect on. You know, how for how how far we have fallen. You remember the story of Peter and John when they were going uh into the synagogue to pray, the Bible says they were um you know, they found that man, you know, who was lame, who are out there in the uh in the temple, and they were asking for arms and up and said, you know, silver and gold I don't have, but what I have I give unto you. There were people around because you know they were they expected that when Christians come out or when people come out of that synagogue, they would reach out and help them. And I think as part of this study, they challenge me just to reflect on that. Um, because we have become so dry, we have become so dry that even the poor around us don't feel us. And it is something just to reflect on. Let me let me go on and on on that one. Key verses, Matthew 6, 33, but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Of course, this verse are the things that God has prepared for those who love us, who love him. No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human mind has conceived. We are believing God that this will come to pass in our in our in our lives. We love God, it will take us to an extraordinary space where we can serve him. Amen. Samuel, uh, first Samuel 10, 16. This has been talking about the way you know God, the Spirit of God comes to transform us. We are praying and believing God that surely these 30 days you could get transformed, and the spirit of the Lord will come powerfully upon you, and you will prophesy with them, and you'll be changed into a different person. Brethren, God wants to change us. There's a song that we says, Nitabadilishua, if anan and I, it abadelisma, and if anan and I, merimet, and if anan and I God wants to change us every day, continuously to be like him, and the Holy Spirit is the agent that brings that change. Let's embrace the Spirit of God, let's allow Him to guide us, allow Him to lead us, be sensitive to Him, to hear from Him. That's why part of our lesson we hear in the first lesson, actually, planning how to connect with God, where you disconnect from the tensions of this world and connect with the Father, and you begin to hear from Him in Jesus' name. So when the Spirit of God came upon someone, he was able to prophesy powerfully. And the Bible says the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him. I pray that the Spirit of God will come powerfully upon us in our services, you know, in our meetings, wherever we shall go, um, you know, the Spirit of God will come powerfully. When the Spirit of God comes powerfully, people ask, hey, what was that? You know, what happened there? Because you can see the where the spirit of God comes, there's liberty, there's freedom. People just they forget about themselves and becomes about God. And yeah, maybe the spirit of God come powerfully upon you. Say amen. Health disciplines, yeah, remind ourselves about our health discipline during the Sabbath. It's a great, great day. Just to connect, you know, with nature. Get outside your garden, sit there, take a walk. Um, you know, just connect with God and um uh keep yourself um hydrated. Um, we say that your body is licensed to be here on earth, so we are very responsible to take care of it. We cannot wait for doctors to be the ones telling us uh, you know, when to take care of our bodies. Let's do it ourselves. And purposely be a blessing to pay, and there's only one that cannot pay you back. Say amen. So as we just recap what we have covered this week, um just you know, several things.

Expect Miracles And Write Them Down

SPEAKER_02

So we picked off this uh 30-day challenge uh this week. I expect that you have written, at least there's that part in the booklet or in your manual, uh, miracles that you expect to see these 30 days. Make sure you have written at least a minimum of three. Those who expect miracles see more of them. So always keep expecting God to come through for you. You know, one of the things that I always do, which I found very interesting, every time I'm going into a parking space, and um you know, you're looking for parking, and you're hoping that you know you get a space. You know, I always tell God I need a miracle. I'm going to this paddle and go round and round looking for parking. I just want a miracle to find the right spot at the right time. And it's always amazing how I, you know, as the right car pulls out when I'm just about to arrive, and I save time. Going round and round looking for parking. All I'm saying is that keep expecting from God, even for the smallest of things, even for the smallest of things, expect God to come through for you. Yesterday, yeah. You know, of course, after going round and round in in Shimba Hills, um, and my my flight was like I was like missing it. You know, we've lost like 30 minutes going round and round in Shimbahs, exploring Shimba Hills. And I was telling God, yeah, we need a miracle, yeah. We need a miracle, and we told, we pulled, you know, we arrived with the remaining 20 minutes. I was when I was arriving at the airport and I rushed in through there, and I was the last person to go in right into the plane, and I'm sitting there, I'm saying, Oh God, thank you so much. I've made it, I've made it another miracle. And I was so, so, so happy. I was thinking, I'm going to miss the flight and this again, and I to disorganized the Sunday. We have a Sunday service today. I was like, what's going to happen here? But God came through for me. So what I'm saying is that live expecting a miracle. So write them down and always expect, whenever you're living the house, expect a miracle, expect God to come through in a very supernatural way uh to connect you with somebody to when you're sitting, um, wherever you're going to sit, expect God to send the right person to sit with you. Um, and it'll be well in Jesus' name. So write some whatever you expect from God, always

Dream Life Vision And Life Balance

SPEAKER_02

write it there in the booklet. You know, there's power in writing. Then um the dream, the dream life vision um is in is one of the things that we want you to write there, which is what what would what does your perfect dream life look like? And write out in as much detail as you can. You know, what's your perfect dream life? If everything was uh was done in your life and everything was perfect, what would that be? Put it down there. You know, what would what would it be? Is it a nice home, somewhere in the beach or in the mountain? Um, you know, just you know, you touching lives, having more than enough, um, surrounded by your children. And what is your perfect dream life? It's there in your booklet. Um, you know, and the best way to look at it is to look at it through your health, which is very important, your wealth, which is your money, your business, or what you do for work, your education, your family, your giving, your fun, and your spiritual world, which is your church, your relationship, your ministry. Look at life through those um eight, don't say eight or seven dimensions, and say what would draw your perfect dream life look like. So please put them in the book that makes you have done that today. It's a day of rest. So maybe I would like it to be a complete day of rest, not a complete day of catch-up. But if you need to catch up, that's great and it should be well. Then we we we talked about um changing uh our language. So, first of all, we we talk about the the lives, eight categories, the eight categories of life. Seven categories can be seven, it can be eight, depending on how you want to look at it. But it's your health. The things that are really critical in life, it comes down to health. We keep saying take care of your body, it's your license here on earth because it also enables you to be here. So health is very important. Then wealth, which is basically your money, what you do um for living, your career, it's very important because without money, you cannot live well. So you need to have a business or work or whatever, whatever you do to make a living. Then, of course, your family. Again, family, very, very important, which is basically your wife, your spouse, your children, as family. Then there's your spiritual life, which is basically your relationship with God, your ministry, your purpose, what you do for God. Very important. Then um, there's of course what you do for other people. We call it philanthropy here, life's big seven. Um so you it's always good to look at life through those lenses. Even when you go to prayer, pray along those lines. If you want to make sure you don't you cover everything, you know, those are the core. When everything is said and done, those are the things that matter. They are the things that are critical. Make sure you're balanced. Talk about life balance. It's ensuring that you've got a balance among those things. You don't neglect any. You neglect one, it is fatal. You neglect your family. You can pursue money, money, money. You neglect your family, it will damage you. You can focus on your family, then you neglect your career, then you have no money to take them to school. You end up in trouble. Then you reflect, you can pursue money, you can pursue family, and then uh you forget about your spiritual life. And then, you know, when you appear before God will tell you, okay, give give an account of what you did here on earth. Um, you can ignore the spiritual, you can focus on your spiritual life, you can have relationships, you can focus on your money, you ignore your health until the doctor tells you, I'm sorry, and you're good. You know, another six months left. Then oh, you wake up. So life is about balance and it's ensuring that you all those things you don't neglect any. You pay attention in those lives, what you call life's big seven. And you see us here repeating that very key.

Change Your Language Change Your Life

SPEAKER_02

Then we talked about changing your language. Changing your language, you can be so prayerful, you are doing many things, but if you don't change the way you speak, your language then they can undermine everything. You feel, oh God, is not answering my prayers, I'm not seeing breakthrough in my life. And it's because the way you speak, the way you speak, you're not careful, but you speak, and this power in the tongue, the life and death is in the tongue. So we say, be very careful, and especially when you use the word I am, I am, say, which very casual, oh, I'm so annoyed. No, no, no, no, no. You're not annoyed. Because when you say I'm so annoyed, it means you are saying you yourself, you are Mr. Annoying. The spiritual world operates as one. So when you say I am, that's why God told most I am who I am. That's who I am, I am who I am. So whatever you say, I am, then it becomes you. So that word is very sensitive about and make sure that whenever you use that word, it is affirmative, you are affirming, you know, you know, good things. Um you say, I'm grateful, I'm blessed, you know, I'm having my best day, I'm going to be successful, I'm going to have a great career, I'm going to be a millionaire. I am, you know, just who God says I am. Be careful. So change your language so that anytime you speak, you're speaking life to your children, speaking life to your family, to your spouse, your relationships, even to our nation, as difficult as it is here. Um, you know, we need to continue speaking uh positively about our nation. I was coming yesterday in the flight. I sat next to another lawyer, and uh we are just talking and talking, and and and and and you know, she was telling me if something you have heard me say, yeah, this country, you know, it's it's a country of everyone trying to take advantage of the other. You know, everyone trying to take advantage of the other. That's what we have reduced ourselves to. If you're not careful, everybody you meet, they want to take advantage of you, they want to con you, they want to take something from you. It's a country of takers. It's a country of takers, and no one we see it so well manifested in our leaders. Um, when they now manifest what we have become. And so as a nation, we need to be very careful because when we are going through those difficult times, we can give up. We need to still believe God for a miracle. That God can change people, God can change this nation, God can still send a revolution to this nation. We can still one day wake up and find leaders that are real leaders. Leaders that that really think about this country. Um, leaders that are not driven by greed and selfish ambition and making names for themselves. We'll not give up. Let's continue proclaiming that it's possible. God can rescue us, however long we have gone, He can be able to bring us back as a country. Um, because we are, you know, it's it's amazing. Um, you know, you know the challenges that we go through. Anyway, so that's changing our language, and I'm just saying, as a country, let's be very careful because in the midst of frustration, that's when you're negative. We don't want negativity to be part of our lives, be positive, and uh trust God and give God for the miraculous.

Purification Through Forgiveness Letters

SPEAKER_02

Uh, we talked about the purification process, um, and we really talked about you know those uh dealing with the unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, anger. We said those things, they are like when you blood, blood clots, when you have a clot in your blood system, the blood can't flow. You are a command functional. Anger, bitterness, resentment, they prevent God's power from going through you. So it is the one of the most important things in this 30-day challenge. You must get rid of it. We say if you don't get rid of it, it's like taking poison and expecting the other person to die. That's unforgiveness for you, where you are full of bitterness, resentment, it continues to build in you, you explode, you lose it, you say, Oh, I lost it. Yeah. Um, you you let this be careful. So let's remove that forgiveness, uh resentment, and say the best way to do that is forgive people. Forgive people, those that have hurt you, those that have done terrible things. Forgive yourself, by the way. Because even as we have, you know, we've made mistakes, so it's very easy. Oh, what was I thinking about? What was that? How did I end up there? You know, how did this happen? Just forgive yourself. Forgive God. Some of us before we we said we, you know, we are very bitter with God. What why were you when this was happening to me when my child was dying? And you know, where were you? How did you allow this to happen, God? How could you choose me to be the one having cancer among these people? All these people here, how do you choose me to have this sickness, to carry this everything? You know, why me, God? And if we can be so bitter with God, let go, brethren. Let go, release yourself, forgive yourself, forgive people, forgive God, go free. If you can purify yourself, you become a miracle magnet. Um, you know, and so choose to forgive. And we said, write forgiveness letters. The best way to forgive is it, sit down, write a forgiveness letter to that person that hurt you so much. As you list down them, write letters to them. Yeah, this is what you did to me. You did this on this day. I felt so bad, I felt so embarrassed, you embarrassed me, and I felt so small, and whatever. You write it down, right, right on that day, write like it's next to you. And you say, you know, despite this, I choose today to forgive you from the bottom of my heart. Just sign that letter and ban it. Let go. The more you do of that, the more free you become. You begin to see really things happen in your life. So forgiveness letters, please, let's do them. Um, is a very powerful thing. And again, I said the power is in writing, write them. And everybody that has hurt you, things that are still wrong, even those that make you cry when you think about them. You know, you begin to cry because it was so painful. Some of them happened in school, happened with your friends, happened somewhere in career, people abused you, you know, the bosses that messed you up, people that retrenched you when you didn't expect to be retrenched and you're still beat up with the company. Um, you know, people that walked away from you, some of them is spouses. Um, you know, that'd be spouses, wives. You thought, you know, you you thought something and it ended up differently, they cheated you. Like, I thought could you do this to me? How did you do this? Forgive them. Write forgiveness letters, write with them saying you're really sad. After all these years, I didn't expect you to do this to me. It's fine. I choose to forgive you. I let go. Let go, brothers and sisters, live free. We talked about that. Forgiveness, prayer and meditation.

Prayer And Meditation With Gratitude

SPEAKER_02

We said the importance of prayer and meditation or meditation and prayer. We said many times we don't spend enough time meditating. You know, prayer is relationship and dialogue, it's receiving and sending. Some of us we you know, we can come, we pray, pray, pray, and we don't wait to hear from God to speak to us. So we need to, because prayer is a relationship, it's a dialogue. You are talking. And then when you talk, we expect God to talk back. And, you know, we said most of our prayers could be egos. You go to God and you are demanding that. God give me that and give me this. And why is that one delayed by the way, God? I need this now, and don't you know? You know, just demands. That's not good prayer. Prayer is a dialogue with God. And prayer has to come from genuine connection with God, where you can talk to God like he's next door, like he's your friend. You can talk to God. That's what prayer is. It's not the length of the prayer, it's the depth of the connection. Um, and then you talked about meditation, meditating on scripture, moving away from the noise, um, and meditating on an idea and saying it's good to take scripture and meditate. What is God saying? Even this study challenge. It's good to spend, take a step and meditate on what God is saying. Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And also every time I go for meetings, even less today, I was a value of you. You want to sit down and meditate. What was that? What was God saying? What went on there? You meditate over it. Meditate over it. Meditation is to meditate, to focus on an idea and become one with that idea. With the scripture, you read it, meditate it, you become one with that scripture. And it's meditation that gets the word from the reason why it becomes the word inside us. It's meditation that the word gets right in into us. And if you meditate, you hang around scripture, you know, it begins to affect you. You get affected by whatever you meditate upon affects you. So if when you meditate about God, God begins to impact you. When you meditate on God's goodness, it begins to impact you. When you meditate on scripture, that scripture begins to affect you. You become one with it. So whatever you meditate on, you become like. Noah is very powerful. Because remember, the word that's hidden in us. In some hidden your word inside me, how do you hide God's word inside you? Meditation. And that's what the enemy is so crafty. He wants us not to have time to meditate. Where you lock yourself, you have a room, you have a corner, somewhere you lock yourself there, and you're just meditating, just reflecting on scripture. Because that's when scripture becomes part of you. And it's only what is hidden in us that is useful. Amen. The word when it's not inside us, we it is not of virtue. So meditation, we cover about that. Then gratefulness. Wow. Being grateful. Start the day with gratitude, end the day with gratefulness. Life is a precious gift, and we often fail to grasp the true value. You know, gratitude is a force that regulates your dreams, your purpose, it unlocks the life of abundance, joy, and fulfillment. Um, so don't finish the day without saying, What am I grateful for today? I don't know what you're grateful for. We said, write a list of things that you're grateful to. You have a roof over your head. Uh you have, we wake up here in Africa, the sun rises uh every morning, your paths, the comfort of your bed today, the breath from your lungs, that you can breathe without a machine. Um, and you know, is not uh just the good things of life. You know, every breath is always shaping us. And so we need to be grateful, even in the face of adversity. You can always find something to be grateful for. Yesterday when I was doing my rounds in Simbayos, and I'm and we are lost, you know, I'm grateful. What about a guy who was able to help us and get us out of that place? Um, yeah, so you can always find something to be grateful for. I'm grateful that I was still able to make it uh on time. We are grateful that our brethren has arrived nicely. So gratitude is the key to unlocking purpose. You know, when you are grateful, you're not denying the challenges that you face, but you choose to focus on the positive. You know, gratitude heals wounds, it can keep you away from anger, bitterness. It's when you are not grateful that bitterness, resentment, and anger starts becoming part of you. And so, um, you know, the problems that you're going through by the way may not disappear, but you can manage them through gratefulness. Amen. So let's be grateful for relationships, um, for the you know the joy that we have, even as a family of Kremlin. Quite grateful that God has put us together to be able to serve Him. Then, lastly, desires. He leads the desires, we said, right-handed and one desires because God wants to give us the desires of our hearts. We talked about desire decoding yesterday, decoding your desires to know actually, what do you really want? Why do you desire? Why do you want that car? Why do you want that job? Why do you want that promotion? Why why build the onion? What does it give you? What does it what does it give to you? Then you begin to realize why you want those desires, and decoding your desires helps you to manage them in Jesus' name. So, brethren, that's what we have done. It's been a long week, and uh yeah, I pray that the Lord has ministered

Community Shares And Closing Prayer

SPEAKER_02

to you. I'm gonna stop there and I'm going to yeah, just welcome us here to um, you know, just add on to what you have picked, and uh yeah, we invite everyone from us this morning and um yeah, and just share what you have picked, and um not in any particular order. Um, but um I always pick up on on people. Um I'll give our sister uh Joyce Joyce Mutua. If you can, I'll give you a chance. Um in the diaspora, cosmos, I'll give you a chance uh to tell us what you have picked all the way from Zambia. Uh the Nzioka family. Um, if you can also like to give you a chance from the diaspora, I want to favor the diasporaans. Um our SGR people, I'm sure they are somewhere on their way. I know they have reached uh the SGR people, you know, they are quite a number here that they've connected. They are at home or they are somewhere still trying to find home. Uh but uh you're welcome, you're you know, welcome here. Yeah, so um let me um uh sister Mary, uh, you'll come to wrap it up for us today, so you'll do that when you're wrapping up the meeting for us at the end, and yeah, we shall be blessed together. So uh Sister Joyce Mutua, I'd be asking to kick it us off, and it's about Brother Cosmas. Um then we have uh Lucy, Lucy Mutinda. We it's great to have you here. You can also say hi to us when that time comes, and uh I'm allowing us. And uh let's see if we also see here. We like to give also an uh Sister Priscilla. Um be great if you can also say hi to us and tell us what you have picked. It's great to see you every morning. Yeah, so and anyone else in case I've jumped you and you feel you must contribute, you are welcome. We don't have much time, we have 21 minutes, but we can use it and do as much as we can. So, sister Joyce, pick it up, hand it over to Cosmos. Come to Cosmos, we'll hand it over to the Nzioka, the Nzioka family, whoever is there can say hi to us, and then um, yeah, then in that order.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, thank you, thank you so very much. Brother Haisa, thank you very much for that resilience, just um taking us through through this. Uh there's a lot that we have learned, and even the way you as you your teacher who's been taking us through this, there's been a lot happening, right? From the mission, um and jumping into the um the challenge and and and all this, just that resilience in itself is a lesson that we are also uh picking. Because a lot of times we we give excuses. Oh, I'm tired, I can't do this. Um but um there's a lot that we are picking from the way you have been able to lead this. Um I also picked the lesson over the Lord being present. Um, there's a way we can look at our you know what God did in the days past. Yes, we can use that to gain confidence, even for now. Um, looking at the future, the Lord will, but now there's what God is doing now. So even as you um you live for the moment, as I live for the moment, um I like the example you've given on the uh parking. And I remember this day I was uh in a in a jam, and I was in a jam with Lucy Martine that we're coming from a prayer session. And we just said, Lord, open, open this jam that we get home, and it just happened. So looking at what the Lord is doing now is powerful because then that helps um really helps us to also remain connected, um, to also remain accountable to God, even for that moment. So that that that was powerful for me. Um, I'm also doing my my desires and and all that, so that then we go through the the according, so that then we remove um that which is not aligned, and we are left with that which is is aligned. So Tim, let's keep going. Um, like we've been told it cannot be the same, the last challenge and this one. Something has to come out different from us. Last time I picked the water drinking, um, and I do that very well now. Um, the exercises and all that, uh, picking that the connecting with the nature as well, extremely powerful. You get to notice things that you never used to notice them before. So, thank you very much. Let me hand it over to Brother Cosmos, brother Cosmos, please.

SPEAKER_10

Thank you so much, my sister, and praise a lot, brethren. This is so powerful. I'm so glad that um I'm sticking in and um uh I'm remaining there, and uh I trust God for being able to consistently be there. This is our 11th um uh third day challenge, and uh I really thank God for my brother, I really thank God for my brother. Um you may never know my brother, but um, we really thank God for you, and uh, we every time I get an opportunity, and thank God for the opportunity and the season I find myself in, we have plenty of time to do the meditation and the prayer, and to have moments, quiet moments alone. And uh, what I've picked now this particular season uh of the challenge, there are so many lessons, but let me just speak on the three. Number one, I want to pick the issue of purification, the issue of releasing everything negative that has happened to me, whether I caused my people, whether I created myself, whether created my circumstances, whatever it is, I don't want to have any market, I don't want to have any weight, I don't want to carry anyone in my journey for faith, and the thought has come so powerful to me, and it has also changed my um my habits, I've picked the habit of working in the morning. I was sharing with you yesterday the other day and telling you that uh you know um the episodes on a workplace all the messages from the previous challenges. Uh, I think I'm already done with 2025. I want to pick on 2024. Um, I've listened to those messages. Some of the messages I've listened to them not once, a couple of times, and the revelations have been repeated in some of the things we say here culturally, and some of the mantras we say here castually, they are coming to me with a lot of more clarity, and the more it's giving me a lot of peace and creating a pathway that. I would not have taken that pathway if it were not for me taking moments, quiet moments, alone to meditate and pray about them. So, brethren, these messages we are receiving, they are so powerful, and if we are intentional and deliberate, at the end of the 30 days and the days to come, we will have testimonies, brethren. We will have testimonies because we are receiving it as it is, and every single day I'm looking at the peeling of the onion, it transforms my heart, it is it moves me from what I have been focusing on to the things that actually are more important than anything else. So there's the peeling of the onion, there's a purification, and there's a meditation and the prayer. Allow me to stop there. I can speak about very many things, but I'm enjoying my life in it to sucker because I'm having ample time every morning and every evening to be able to walk alone in the forest and just be there and meditate and also listen to all the messages that have been spoken here, not even now, but even before. So I'm enjoying my season here in Zambia and I'm loving it, and I'm enjoying it. Allow me to pass it the pattern to the Ziocas family. I don't know whether it's my brother Steven Detty. You can pick it up from there, my brother Steve.

SPEAKER_04

Good evening.

SPEAKER_09

Amen. That is uh Madam Peronte.

SPEAKER_04

Mama, we are grateful to God. The season has been good, and uh, we've really learned a lot as a family, and especially as for the area of feeding the onions. It has really been encouraging, and uh I look forward to interacting more with the sessions and the challenge, and look forward for more blessings. God bless you.

SPEAKER_02

Amen. Thank you so much. Um Andeti, it's great to see you, and it's amazing how this platform is able to connect us in different parts of the world, America, Zambia, Kenya. Yesterday it was so interesting. In you know, we are doing the challenge at the in somewhere in the corner in in the airport, and I'm locking myself there trying to run away from some people that were about to board the flight. And I finished and I'm running to join to go and board my flight. And who do I find there? It's brother and all he was listening from the other corner with the same same airport with him. He's good to kissum. But it's amazing how I'm listening from here and off I'm gone. So it's amazing just how technology can connect us and uh yeah, keep us united together. So let's welcome uh Sister Lucy Mutinda. Uh, you can say hi to us. I think you are fairly new. You can greet us. I think we have had uh Sister Joey talking about you, and then we'll also take Priscilla and then we'll see how much time we have left, and then uh uh Sister Mary will close for us. Uh so Lucy, welcome.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you, thank you, thank you, good morning, everyone. I'm happy to be here. My name is Lucy Mutinda. I'm saved, I love the Lord. This is my first time in the challenge. Actually, Joyce Motua just sent the link almost the last time on Sunday when we met, and uh it has been very powerful. Thank you, thank you, brethren. The um from where is it this uh forum is God is raising priesthood is raising army that is uh for this territory and beyond for the country and beyond the country, and it has been very informative to me. I've learned a lot, you know. Being my first challenge in this one, it's like opening a new page every day. So I'm looking forward, and even when I'm sleeping, the spirit of God is able to wake me up on time and energized. And you know, the way you wake up with a baggage, I'm not waking up with a baggage, I'm waking up so early to prepare and sit down, as if just having an appointment. You you're going for an appointment, and it has really blessed my life. Um, one of the things that I've learned from this um uh uh and the spirit of God just dropped me to in my heart something this morning, and he he was reminding me the things that um have influenced your life are the things that you have heard all the way from your childhood, all the way from um when you became to just understand yourself and the things that you have said, and the best thing that you can do from now as far is everything that you see, to look at it from a different perspective, everything that you hear, because these are the things that have the things that have shaped my life, and I'm like wow, I had never seen it from this ankle. So, my take home is um this challenge I felt. This is my birthday month, and I felt like you this challenge is giving me a birthday gift, and I know henceforth my life will never be the same. To me, I've already um begun to receive my miracle, but even when you called my name, I was like, Oh, they have noticed me. So, to me, one of the prayers that I was praying since December is for God to connect me with relationships that are just building more of my Christian life and my faith. So, I in my spirit, when you just called my name, I was like, wow, the relationships you were looking for have just begun to unfold. So, to me, a miracle has just happened by talking to you. Um to me, it's a miracle. God bless you so much. I'm happy to be here. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Amen, amen. Thank you so much, Lucy, and welcome. It's great to really have you here. And uh we trust that you'll have you have your best days ahead of you, and it's great that we are connected here in Jesus' name. Sister Priscilla.

SPEAKER_06

Thank you, thank you so much, Isaac. This is uh really I don't know what to call it because it is really a renew and a revival. I've seen these challenges all through, but uh was in other meetings at the same time, so I would not be able to join. But this year I just purposed, I purposed to be here, and uh so far I've really, really been encouraged. Simple things like just breathing three times, you know. You you you would if you're not doing it in the spiritual, you would wonder what that is, but you realize it is really doing something in you because you breathe the power, the power that uh the power of God lives in you, and it has been really very powerful for me. And uh the peeling of the onion, I think, has been everything because it is helping us not even to asking uh with the ego that people may see, oh, so I was also there. So I am getting something every day. And uh today I said I I am supposed to be preaching very early, but I purposed to be here 30 days, and I was telling God, help me to be there every day. And I'm really encouraged as you repeat these things. You know, a human being needs things to be repeated and repeated, and they are really sticking. May God bless you, Isaac, for this holding on this many years and holding on to this. We thank God for you, and we pray that God will continue to encourage and empower you and your family. Thank you so much. I purpose to be here to the end of a challenge. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Amen, amen. Thank you, thank you so much, Priscilla, for that. And uh, brethren, we'll continue to give more time next week. On Sunday, we'll have more time. Um, that I will make sure we're supposed to get a chance. But for now, I'll hand it over to Sister Mary. Uh, we'll say a few words, and she'll also wind up meeting for us as we pray today. Welcome, every bumble.

SPEAKER_03

Thank you so much, brother Isaac. We are proud of you for the commitment. I like what our sister Joyce is saying about commitment, brother Cosmas talking about freedom, having some free time and walking around. Our sister Lucy is talking about relationships and all these things we are learning from them. Our sister Priscilla is talking about purposes, all these are words that are building all of us. And to you, brother Isaac, may the Lord richly bless you. Thank you so much. For me, this time, the past one week, what has come clearly, very clearly and freshly, is about meditating, meditation. For sure, what brother, you have explained to us before you come to God, before you say a prayer, before you come for a worship, uh, a relationship with God, it is very, very important to meditate his word because that is what leads us into fellowship. And uh, true to it, uh, this this very day, one morning when I was about to wake up, I heard a whisper in my ear, and I had to search for the exact verse that uh your word, my word is the lamp to your feet, and the light to your path, and I had to search for that word, and indeed in Psalm 119, 105, even as I give ourselves a few minutes to pray, your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. This one verse has really come very strong in my life, and I was just um, you know, assuming I'm walking, walking in a dark place, and on my feet I have tied the lamp, you know, lamp, lamp, leaf lamp, and then the path is as light. Oh, hallelujah! And this is what this 30-day challenge is doing to us. The lack of our feet, each and every one of us under the voice of this 30-day challenge. Remember that the word of God is a lap to your feet, and your path is being lit, even as we purpose to continue with this 30-day challenge. I want to bless the Lord, for He is here with us. So I want to give us around three minutes, we get to prayer. Thank God for what you have read, what you have heard.
