Opening Prayer For Healing

SPEAKER_02

Thank you, Jesus. We love you this morning. We honor you, Lord. And indeed, we are so glad to be able to have the opportunity just to be in your house this morning. We pray that, Lord, you minister to us. We pray that you speak to us. Lord, we look unto you. We come here just as we are. We know we are going through different seasons in our lives. But Lord, we know you love us, you care for us, you are concerned about every single thing that is happening to us. And you are here to minister to us. And we pray that, Lord, even as we fellowship here among one another, you'll reach us and encourage us. Those that are feeling down, Lord, we pray that you uplift them. Those that are feeling discouraged, Lord, may today's session be a source of hope and encouragement, Lord. Those that are hurting one way or another, we pray that Lord, you shall release your healing. Here, healing that can only come from you. You'll heal our hearts, you'll heal our minds. Lord, you heal our relationships in the name of Jesus Christ. And those that have suffered loss, Lord, we pray in the name of Jesus. Lord, you'll be the God of comfort and you'll be the God of restoration in the name of Jesus Christ. So we are surrender to you here. You'll speak to us in a very special way. In Jesus' name, we do pray and believe. Amen and

Day Nine And Daily Declarations

SPEAKER_02

amen. Brethren, welcome this morning. It is um day nine of our 30-day challenge, and congratulations for making it all the way to day nine, a day a time of just receiving new uh teachings in our lives and um allowing the Lord to change us and to help us to vibrate at a different frequency, uh, where we begin to experience the miraculous, begin to see God doing and new things in our lives. And uh, you know, congratulations for being able to make it to day nine, and we continue to press on and believe in God for the extraordinary. So if you're joining us for the very, very first time, you're very welcome. It is never too late, you are exactly on schedule, and let's lean in there. Let us allow the Lord to touch us in a very special way. Amen. And so, as we go get started on in receiving these teachings, why don't we get ready? We normally start taking those three deep breaths, and we are connecting to God, we are bringing ourselves to the present. Um, so we are not focused on our past and its failures. Because, as we always say, you can be focused on your past, where you're looking at the things you've done in the past and the mistakes you made in the past that have you know landed you where you are, um, you know, the wrong turns that you took, and you can be so obsessed with the past. No, we disconnect from it, bring ourselves to the present peace where we are focused on this is me, this is who I am now. Doesn't matter what what life has done to me, but this is me, and I'm at peace with it. And God can begin to create me afresh from here. I can have a fresh beginning, I can have a fresh start. The God we serve is always a God of a new beginning. He's ready to give you a fresh start, he's able to give you a race, a new lease of life. That's the God we serve. So let's take those three deep breaths and begin this day with a daily pledge. Declarations, they are there on your screen. Make it yourself, make it personal. Uh, it's it's power when you begin your day with declarations, and we'll talk about that today in our teaching as well. I am a creative and creative and compassionate spiritual being currently living in physical form. And I am wonderfully made, I am valuable, and I am unique. God's divine plan is for me to be connected to Him in a loving relationship with Him and all living things, and I am not late. There's a reason behind everything that has happened in my life up to this moment. I may not fully understand why it happened, but I choose to trust you, God, and surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. Say amen to that. May that become a reality in your life. May God's goodness follow you. When you take a corner, God's goodness follows you. You go underground, God's goodness and his mercy and his favor, most important, may his favor rest upon you. You know, when the favor of God is upon your life, you get things that you don't deserve, you get things that you're not even qualified for. You enter places that you are not even supposed to enter. You get to meet people you're not supposed to meet them. Why? Because the favor and the goodness of God and his mercy are over you. And we pray this morning, may that be your portion, even as we trust him for the extraordinary in Jesus' name. Say amen to that. Let's do our daily prayer. Lord, I thank you for my blessed life and this magnificent universe and this beautiful new day. And we ask that you please bless all living things today with your love, with your grace, and with your abundance. May you flow to me and through me infinite love, joy, peace, purpose, and prosperity during this brand new day that you've given unto me. Amen. Amen. Let it be so. That's a very powerful prayer. Let's do our man trust this morning. These are powerful declarations, and we continue to add them on as we go along. And we declare with Paul here that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Whatever challenge that is standing in front of you, however deep it is, however, you know, tough it is, however tough the season may be, because there are some times when we have really, really difficult seasons. There are times when you know the enemy just brings confusion and things are not working. But we stand with Paul and we say, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Maybe you're feeling, you know, you don't even feel like you don't even have strength. But declare it with Paul. Let it become your portion. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. And I am living on purpose and I am on schedule. The enemy wants you to feel like you have lost time, that you have wasted time. That, oh, why did I go down that route? Why should I dare do that deal? Why did I do that investment? Oh, I've lost money, I've lost time, I've lost relationships. You know what? You are living on purpose and you are on schedule. God wanted you to be there, he wanted you to go through that which you have gone through for a particular reason. Sometimes we don't understand it, but God knows why He's creating maybe a ministry out of you that you'll be able to help others navigate such seasons. You'll be able to help people going through those situations. You never know what God does and why he does it. But we choose to trust him. And so we are on schedule. We are not late, you're exactly where God wanted you to be. Say amen to that in

Spiritual Power Means Letting Go

SPEAKER_02

Jesus' name. Key truths are this morning, part of this 30-day challenge. You keep encouraging us, we need to understand how the spiritual world works. The things of the spirit, there's a formula for them, there's a key to the spiritual. And many times, as we have declared, we are physical beings. We are spiritual beings that living in a physical body. So it is absolutely critical for us to understand how the spiritual world works so that we can be able to live our best possible version of ourselves. Because if we are spiritual beings and we don't understand spiritual things, then there's a dimension of life that we never live. That's why Nicodemus, when he when he couldn't understand it, and he had about Jesus and he was just not getting it completely. He told him there are some spiritual things. And the the devil and his agents, they they they they understand it, they understand it, and and that's why they are uh you know, sometimes you know, we the the we can feel overwhelmed because the the devil is agents, they understand the spiritual world, but us, you know, Christians sometimes we are ignorant of some things, and when you don't understand the spiritual world, then there are levels that we never reach. And we pray this 30-day challenge, we could understand the spiritual, how the how the spiritual world operates. And one of that is this physical in the physical world, power is measured by how much you can lift up. But in the spiritual realm, power is measured by how much you can let go. You want to become powerful, be willing to let go of stuff, be willing to let go of things. And this study day challenge designed, you'll be challenged to let go of things. Um, things that you believe that you have held, and we will talk about that. Things that you have picked up along the way that have defined you. Some of them you pick them over the fireplace, the dinner table in the evening, in the night when you are growing up with your parents. They whispered things into your life that have formed deep embedded beliefs. And until you delete those things and begin to rebuild your life, you'll continue to be limited. Because some of those things were not true, but they have become embedded in your heart of hearts. And now they drive everything you do. And you wonder, why is my life not progressing? Yes, there are some things that have been spoken into your life along the way, some of them were done by your teachers in school or by your friends when you are growing up or the environment that you grew up. And those things become limiting factors in anything that you're ever going to be doing. And so, part of this 30-day challenge, you get, you know, you those things will be challenged, you let go of those things and begin to embrace, embrace new things. And you, and that's what it's like to talk about vibrating at a different frequency. When you change the frequency in which you are vibrating, you begin to receive different wavelengths and different things that God's releasing to your life. I pray that that will be a portion today in Jesus' name.

Generosity And An Abundance Mindset

SPEAKER_02

Hey, hallelujah. Deuteronomy 5, 15, 10. Give generously to them and do so without grudging at who are those things, the poor. Out of the 30-day challenge, we are encouraged to shift our mindset to start being a blessing to those people around us, being sensitive to the people around you, and just blessing them with what you have. You know, financially, um, you know, it could be just a word of encouragement, you know, responding basically to the needs of those people around us. The Bible says if you live from a position of generosity and the poor around you are a priority, God says, I will indeed bless you in all your work. And he says, in anything you ever put your hand on to, you shall be blessed. That's a promise from God if we are sensitive to the things of God. And this study challenge, brother, the abundance mentality uh will come over as well you don't say, Oh, maybe I'm not blessed enough to give. No, you are absolutely far too blessed. Uh, and you can be, you can, you can start giving because it's a mindset. There are those of us who think, oh, I will only ever think the poor when I start driving, or when I get that promotion, or when I get that job. No, if you can't do it today, with the little that you have, even if you got a million shillings, you're not going to do it. So start today. Change your mindset, start walking like a blessed person. Um, start working with your head high and respond to the needs of those around you. Not with what you don't have, with what you have, whatever little that you have. And then, you know, God promises us if you are faithful in small things, I'm going to make you, I'm going to bless you and add more to you. And that's how the spiritual world works. You know, the physical people who are the opposite in the world is that I'll only do it when I have mine. No, in the spiritual world, it's a start with what you have. And when you start operating with that mindset, you become a channel for God's blessings. Say amen to that. Let me not get carried away by that. Key verses here, Matthew 6:33. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. These are key verse for us in every 30-day challenge. This is our 11th challenge, and this verse is always there. Why? I believe it's the key to very many things, and it also identifies how the spiritual world works. The worldly people are seeking things, they're seeking you know things, but in the spirit says, Seek first his kingdom. Says if you want, um, you know, uh all things to be added to you, seek the kingdom of God, seek his righteousness. And these other things will be given to you, stuck with water. And then in 1 Corinthians 2 9, we have the promise here that what God has prepared for those who love him is mighty, it's powerful, it's extraordinary. No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no human mind has conceived things God has prepared for those who love him. So this morning, let's lean in here, let's desire to love God, love him with all our heart. Love the way um, you know, uh David kept saying, he's talking to Solomon and he's giving wisdom, he's saying, My son, you know, love God with all your heart. You know, you can love God with a quarter of a heart, you know, you can love God with a piece of it. Um, but he says, No, no, when it comes to loving God, love him with all your heart. And he says, when you do that, uh it's going to do the extraordinary in your life. And let's be our desire this morning to lean in there to get to know him more and more, to fall in love with him again and again and again. Um, and we shall be blessed together in Jesus' name. Uh, let's uh um dive on there.

Changed By The Spirit Of God

SPEAKER_02

Uh let me get back. I hope it is still showing there on your screen. Um, another verse for us here is 1 Samuel 10, 6, 10. Um, the spirit of the Lord will come powerfully upon you, and you'll prophesy with them, and you'll be changed into a different person. Again, yeah, brethren. Um, the point we keep saying here is that um, you know, we will be changed. When the spirit of God comes upon you, we are changed, we become different. And our prayer and our desire this morning in this thirty-day challenge is for God to continuously change us to be different. Yeah, you know when God is working in your heart, people around you will know, the office will know that something has happened to you. And we pray that this 30-day challenge is going to bring that change in your life where you're going to have a change in the way we walk, the way you talk, the way you relate with people, the your priorities um you know are going to be reorganized again so that you can begin to prioritize the things that are actually important and you begin walking in a different direction. May the Lord help us. The Bible says, you know, a soul turned to live as fast as nine. A soul turned to live. A soul turned to live somewhere. God changed soul's heart, and all these signs we are fulfilled. And our soul turned to live. I pray this morning as you leave this 30-day challenge, as you take your well, your next steps, as you move on to the assignment that God has called you, as you step into that new job, as you step into that office, as you step into that um endeavor that you had to do, you know, that God is going to change you, and the signs will be fulfilled. You say that that the Bible says that day the spirit of God came powerfully upon Saul. May the Spirit of God come powerfully upon you, and all of us here this morning as we continue doing what God has called us to do. Say amen to that. And finally, of course, our health disciplines. We encourage you during these 30 days, say, spend some time outdoors and just connect with God. Uh, spend time in nature, walk in the park, go under the tree, you know, connect with God, look around and see what is happening, disconnect from the digital world. He, you know, throw away that phone, get out of that TV, get out of that Facebook, TikTok, just go out there and connect with God and nature. There's something that God builds when you begin, uh, when you connect with Him. And uh and just begin to observe what He's doing, what He's doing, what's happening around you. Because we can be so harassed, moving from one thing to the other, to the other, to the other, the children, the deeds, the school, the food, the cooking, the all these things that you actually have got no time to tune in to see what God is doing. We pray that we will be able to do that. Just up 10 minutes, if you can make it more the better. Take a lot of water every single day, 10 glasses of clean water. It will keep you hydrated, it takes care of your body because your body is your license to be here on earth. When that body cannot function, you will not be here. That physical body that you have is your only permit that allows you to be able to walk here on earth. And so we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves. We don't wait until doctors start giving us those prescriptions and telling us you have to stop things, stop doing this, stop doing this, and come and see me again in the next 30 days. No, no, let's not wait for doctors to change our behavior. Let us do what we can to take care of our bodies as much as we can. And of course, purpose will be a blessing to someone today, and there's a one that cannot pay you back in Jesus' name.

Recap Of The Challenge So Far

SPEAKER_02

Wonderful. So let's diving in today, a quick recap of what we have covered before we go into today's lesson, which I think is absolutely amazing, very important. We have talked about connecting to God. That's been the first lesson. These lessons are recorded in our podcast. Uh, we've updated everything until I think yesterday. They are fully um uploaded, so you can go in if you have not been able to listen to attend your missed a session or so, go in there and go through them so you can be updated on where we are. We're talking about forgiveness, purification for the miraculous. You know, the you know, and forgiveness is plots your blood system, and so you have to forgive yourself, forgive God, forgive those that have hurt you. And we have been saying write those forgiveness letters and and let people go. Let people go. It does not matter how they did it, how painful it is. Some of you I know when you remember, it brings you tears when you remember what they did to you, uh, how they betrayed you, how they hurt you, they tap you at the back, and how they let you down. It can bring pain and tears, but you know what? Let go, let go. And forgiveness, we say, is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Just let go. And the best you do that, write them forgiveness letters, let go, and just release yourself and begin to see how um you know you begin to attract new things into your life. We talked about prayer, we've talked about meditation, we've talked about changing our language, and today actually we have a uh we are repeating that again. We talked about gratefulness as the door. Um, you know, today uh you can be so clocked with what you don't have, you forget about what you have. So focus on being grateful. You know, your parents, parents have paid your school fees for you, they've they've taken care of you, they've brought you this far. So, however difficult it is, be grateful for that. Um, you know, and many other things that God has made to do to us. Desires, we have done the desired decoding. What's the benefit? What does it give you? We talked about the power of Sabbath on Sunday. We covered that and visioning. So we've covered a lot, it's all recorded. Take your time and listen over it over and over again, and it shall be a blessing.

Self-Actualization And Romans 7 Struggle

SPEAKER_02

But for today, let's go into you know, very, very important subject self-actualization, self-actualization, part one. And we read from Romans chapter 7, verses 15 to 20. The Bible says, I do not understand what I do. What a way to start a scripture! I do not understand what I do. I might identify with that. You know, sometimes we don't know how am I doing what I'm doing? You know, why did I do this again? You're not alone. Um, you know, Apostle Paul here will believe in the writer of this letter to the Romans said that I do not understand what I do for what I Want to do, I do not do. But what I hate, I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it. But it is sin living in me. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me. That is in my this in my sinful nature. For have the desire to do what is good. I know. Many of us, we have a desire to do what is good. We have the desire to do what's good, but I cannot carry it out. You are not alone. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do. This I keep on doing. Now, if I do not what, if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I will do it. But it is sin living in me that does it. Brethren, these are very, very important scripture. And you may be here this morning and you have wondered, why do you do what you do? Why you why did I have a bad day yesterday? I started off well. I went to the office, but why did it end up so badly? You know, why was I so mean to that person? Why did I speak to that person like that? Why did I respond to that person like that? And you're wondering, how did that get so bad? You how did it end up in that argument? You know, what went wrong? Why did I break my dietary rules? I had agreed I will not eat the chips, I'll not eat the ice cream, I'll not go the shopping. Why did I end up doing all of them? And I had just made up, I committed that I will not do it. Some of you got new year resolutions that you passed in January, and you have broken all of them, or 30% or 50% of them, and you are back again with the former self. Why, why, why did you spend the money on something despite promising yourself that you'll save? Oh, I'll save. But you ended up actually spending the money. Um, you know, why did you make that call despite saying it's over? You have a relationship that has been draining you and it's not really going well. And you say, I'll not call him again, I'll not call her again. But then after three, four days you find yourself making that call. Why? So, you know, why do we um you know why that why do we do these things? You're not alone. The apostle Paul in Romans captures that that struggle of us as human beings, and because we are we are always seeking to live in alignment with what we call three prime directors. And today we're going to look at one of those prime directors, which is self-actualization. There are three things that drive what we do. And you know, before we go into it, the ego, which is a big enemy of every one of us, yeah. The ego is the state of a man when separated from God. When you don't know God, when when you are when you when you know when you don't know the Lord, when you're not connected to the God who created you, you are controlled by what you call ego. And ego is a false identity of yourself. It's made up of maybe things that people told you when you were growing up, people told you, you know, you are this, maybe you are your teacher said you are very smart, and you know, the your friends, oh, you're very beautiful, um, you are very organized, and uh, maybe you are good at this, you're good at that. People spoke those things as you were growing up, and you went ahead to accept that as yourself. So those things have come to define you, and they are actually a forced identity of yourself. It's wrong. That's what people say you are. You only know who you are when you're connected to God. When you're connected to God, you have the you are in your soul, then you will be able to know your purpose. Then you get your identity from God. God is able to reveal to you who you actually are. So when you are separated from God, you have a false identity built on things you have picked along the way. Maybe you have come to believe you are, you know, this is me, this is who I am. And and that's why it's very dangerous to be controlled by your ego. Okay, so very important to say it, you know, to say that even as we dive into uh this subject of self-actualization. So you always respond. Your life is driven by those three things, and key among them is self-actualization. The second one, which we'll talk about, is your conscience, and the third one is survival. But let's look at first of all your call your self-actualization.

Ego And Maslow’s Drive To Grow

SPEAKER_02

This was highlighted, was brought into force a lot by psychologists called Albert Maslow. We really studied this a lot. Um, and basically, self-actualization, you can say, is the complete realization of one's potential and the full development of one's abilities and appreciation for life. And he said this concept is the top of the hierarchy of needs. So not every human being reaches it. So we all want to, you know, realize our potential. We want to develop our abilities and our appreciation of life to the very, very best of life. And it's something that we all aim at. So we we are driven by that and desire to um, you know, to reach our full potential. It drives what we do, it drives how we respond, how we act. That's why you most of us who are in the corporate world, you understand about office politics. Um, people planning, scheming, plotting, and you know, doing this to get promotions, to get, you know, to get close to the boss and whatever. All those things, um, you know, they drive what you see happening there in the office, the desire to live to one's potential, to um, you know, develop your full ability, this appreciation of life and being the best possible version of yourself. We all have this drive. And everything that lives self-actualizes to the extent that it can respond to its environment. So, to the extent that you can respond to the environment that you have been kept, then you should self-actualize. Plants grow. When you plant a tree, um, it just sucks water, minerals, and just goes for it. Um, the fish in the sea, they have been placed in that environment, they just grow. Um, they use growth they want to be the best, you know, they just keep growing and growing. Animals just, you know, they thrive. You'll never find um, you know, a living thing that's choosing to underperform nothing, whether it's the cows, the fish, the lions in the park, every human creature that breathes is trying to be the best that it can. No tree refuses to take water and not grow. You never go and find a tree, you know, maybe there's just a tree that's planted near the river. And, you know, it's growing, it's sucking all the nutrients and growing and growing. And you never find the tree, looking at the other tree that is not near the river. Say, oh, that tree there is really struggling and is not giving any fruit because there's no water there. So maybe I should underperform. Let me not take a lot of water. I don't want to, I don't want to be seen to be greedy and taking all the water while the other tree next to me is not growing. And you never see that. And the tree they go for it. The tree will suck in the water, grow and keep growing and keep growing. It will never be influenced by what is happening around. No living thing on earth aims for less, except the human being. This great creation that God did in his own image is only human things that choose not to self-agonize, that choose not to perform. We are the only species that aims for less. And that's why today, many people they die with gifts inside them, they die with music that was never written, they die with messages that we are never preached. It's in them, it's in us. Um, you know, inventions that never got done, um, you know, gifts that we are never utilized. Um why? Uh, because the human being is the one that chooses not to actualize. And today, here, as we you know, we gather here this morning. We want to say God wants us to go for it. He wants you to be the best possible version of yourself. We cannot under agree to underperform the enemy who ejacks us, ejects our ego, wants to short circuit us, wants us not to achieve our potential. And there are many things that he uses to do that, to blow us back, to you know, brings conflict and you know, things that we should have progressed. We don't progress because now our relationships have been cut. We are doing so well until that relationship got cut and it was damaged, and now you are back again and you're starting again. You know, the enemy is a master frustrator. And I pray that this study challenge is going to help us to begin to self-actualize, to begin to want to be the best possible version of ourselves. Um, you know, and we learn new things here every single day that will push us uh to being the best possible version of ourselves. And so today we need to activate our self-actualization, we need to break it back, that which has been hijacked by the ego, we want to bring it back so that we can live the best possible version of ourselves. That's the essence of this challenge, and all the exercises you see us giving here, they are designed to unlock that in you, that lion in you, that growth in you, that you know, that potential that's in you, that man in you, that woman in you, that you know, that gifted person in you, in Jesus' mighty name.

Conscience And Survival Mode

SPEAKER_02

Now we said the second thing that drives, you know, makes us do what we do is our conscience. The conscience is the knowledge of right and wrong, and it's only the human beings that are what conscience. Cows don't have no other living thing has got sense of right and wrong. And you remember what happened in the Garden of Eden. Um, you know, um when Adam and Eve fell, human beings, we are the only people with a conscience when you're doing something wrong, you know. Because that this that conscience of knowing right and wrong is in you. When you begin to go towards dangerous terror, there'll be all those warning signs. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Stop, stop, stop, stop until you ignore it and you fall in. But there are the warning signs were always there because we have a conscience, we know it's right, and we know it's wrong. It's in a built in us as human beings. The challenge we have in humanity now is when people want us to believe like there's really no the the the gap between right and wrong is like narrowing. So people don't know what is right and what's wrong. Oh, yeah, you know, I'm a man, but I'm also a woman. No, no, no, no. You know, God has to be very clear um, you know, on who you are. When we begin to not have a clear line on what's right and wrong, that's when society gets damaged. And you can see all the debates, you know. I I think in the country today in Kenya, there's been a huge debate around what's happening in schools, um, you know, the the mess that's in the school system, and you know, because of course the children that got bad now, we were debating and asking, is it the parents who are wrong, is it the government that's wrong, the teachers that are wrong, and there's a lot of debate there on really who is to blame here. Who is to blame? But you see, when society begins to operate in a manner when we know what's wrong, that we choose a blind eye and it's like blood. You can see something is wrong, but we are blood. Some of us work, we work in schools a lot, of course. As Crem, we go to schools, and you've seen the state of our schools. And I'm not saying that's the one to blame. You've seen the congestion in our schools, you know, the environment that children are growing up in. And you stand there and you say, Wow, this is what we have agreed, this is what we have accepted. This is how what we have reduced our children to as a country, as a nation. Now, there are many things, of course, you know, our parents we will bring our children also, you know, the in selling them the values, brother. We all have our contribution, our small contribution to the crisis that we have at earth. When people are not here about what's right and wrong, and we are debating there on what's right and wrong, you know, you know, let me not go on, but conscience is something that we have as human beings. Then survival is another thing that drives us. If today we are in this meeting now and you hear a gun, a gun is like, you know, we all run for cover. People will be under the bed, others will be on the roof. If there's danger, we all move into survival mode. So we react to danger. We go into what we call survival mode when something is wrong, it is happening. That is something that's ingrained in all living things, whether it's a dog, um, a cow, anything that's when there's danger, we all move into survival mode, into instinct. That is a building us, and we all respond differently. So, um, all living things, whether animals they all have put number one and number three, is only number two, that is in man only. So, and that's why when we begin our meeting today, you are saying we are creative and compassionate, you know, spiritual being, you know, living in physical form. We're making those declarations, be able to understand who we are. Wow,

wonderful. So, self-actualization, let's spill it a little bit. It's also important for you to understand uh who you are. For you to understand who you are, you need to know what comprises you, you know, or me. We have a soul. Your soul is who you really are, and that's the most important thing to remember. Your soul is who you really are, not the ego that people told you you are, you have a soul, and that soul is who you are. That's why when you go to barriers, we don't you are saying let his soul rest in peace. We don't say let the body rest in peace, we say let his soul rest in peace. Because the soul is who you really are, your spirit is your connector to God and all living things, because we are living in a physical body, but we have a spirit, and that spirit is what connects us to God and all living things. Again, you hear us making those declarations when we begin the meeting every morning because we need to understand your soul, your spirit, and then you have got your mind, and your mind is your thinker, it's your knower, and it oversees making sense of anything that's going to be made sense of, and it manages the gap between the spiritual world and the physical. And your brain is thinking consciously and unconsciously, even when you are asleep, your brain is at work. When you are awake, it's thinking consciously. So your brain is what manages the gap between the spiritual world and the physical world. It starts in there. So for you to understand all this, you know, uh, this whole subject of self-actualization is important to understand who you really are. Because many times we don't know who we are, we think it's just the body. No, your soul, your spirit, and your mind. And each another must got a very, very unique uh thing to play. The next is your heart. Your heart is at unique level of consciousness, and it is your center of action and attraction, and it plays the role of servant master. And this is where your will and belief are built. Anything that you hear or comes through your mind, and you have a strong emotion on it, it gets more and more embedded in your heart, it goes rest in your heart, and it then becomes a belief. Anything that you hear, then you attach an emotion to it. It goes right into your heart, gets embedded there, and becomes a belief. And that's where your will and belief. Will is your ability to do something, belief is what really causes you to do that thing, so it gets built in, and therefore, what you say therefore matters, and and that's been a huge subject here in this day challenge. Therefore, what you say matters because you're actually programming your heart. You know, when you open a computer, it works because it has been programmed. You get on, you click a mouse, it opens. The computer is programmed. We program our hearts, and we program our hearts through what we say. Whatever you say, you are basically programming your heart to believe it to be true about yourself, and therefore, it's that's why it's critical for us um to clean those negative beliefs and thoughts about yourself, the things that you're programmed today. You are where you are because of the things you're programmed into your hearts, and that means that you can reprogram your heart afresh, you can get a different person, you can get a different version of yourself. And this 30-day challenge, brethren, is designed to help us get control so that we can actually begin to program our lives to be who we God has called us, wants us to be. So, the heart of heart is the most powerful center. You know, that's why you say in the Bible, you say guard your heart. Because from it flows everything. So we have to be very careful about guarding our hearts. Guarding our hearts, what does that mean? Being careful what's going into your heart. Because once it goes into your heart, it becomes a belief, and it's starting to control you are. So we have to guard our hearts. We have to be careful what we are listening to, what we are saying to ourselves. So telling your hearts, you know, because in the 95%, by the way, it's been proven, 95% of self-talk is always negative. We always take talking negative about ourselves. And you really do it. Self-talk is the things you say about yourself when no one is listening. Hey, really? Are you really beautiful? Can you really make it? And you really do that job. You know, 95% is negative. You we want to demean yourself. Um, this is the common nature. So, and you see, when you talk like that, you are telling your heart who you are, and immediately your heart picks and executes. Because that's the way you know the art is designed. It actualizes. For example, our family, we are always angry. You know, we we come from men and women who are angry. It was in my mother, it was in my dad, it was in my grandfather. And when you talk like that, the heart has got nothing, nothing more, it just executes. Because you have agreed that actually you are an angry person, the art just executes, and that's why you have to talk about generational curses, all those things. It's things that have been programmed in your heart, and you can break them by reprogramming your heart afresh so that you can begin to be who God wants you to be in Jesus'

The Power Of “I Am” Affirmations

name. And that's why, as I as I finished, and I think we have made the reference to the scripture in verse 14 of Exodus 3, God said to Moses, I am who I am. This is what you have to say to your the Israelites, I am ascend you to you, I sent me to you. God was trying to introduce Himself to the Israelites, and Moses says, But who are you? He says, Go and tell them, I am who I am. That word, the Hebrew word for it is Yahweh. And that's why, even in the earlier past, it was not allowed to use the word Yahweh or I am, because it's the name of God, you know, because anything that you say, I am, it becomes you. And that's why part of um, you know, this world said about self-actualization is beginning to change the way you talk, changing, um, you know, make sure that you are whatever comes out of your mouth is positive. You are we call them positive affirmations. And part of today's exercise is for you to look at that and begin to change how you speak uh to yourself. Um, so what you affirm, what you know, affirming yourself, conveying something that's positive. Um, these affirmations always start with I. And part of the exercise today is to try to change how you speak, how you talk, how you program yourself, change your language, um, affirm yourself, um, speak positive things about yourself, and you begin to see yourself living the best possible fashion for yourself, reprogramming your heart. And that's what I'm saying. Today, as part of this exercise, and as we go in this that day challenge, you need to change. When you are in the matato, you're going to work, just talk to yourself positive things. I'm blessed, I'm favored of God, I'm going to be great. Um, I'm going to make it, I'm going to exile. Um, I'm I'm going to show you know people it's possible because we are reprogramming your heart. And what once you reprogram your heart, you begin to live that vibrate at that frequency. You change your life completely. That becomes your prayer when you're in front and praying. Speak God's word in your life. I'm not using a few things, but speak God's word in your life. Speak what God sells you. You are remove the things that people are put in your heart. You know, don't live for people. People said you can do this. Forget about what people say. What does God say about you? He says, You are blessed, you are beautiful, you are valuable, you are unique, he has got great plans for you, he wants to prosper you. That is the language that you begin to speak. And once you begin to do that, you're on your way to becoming the best possible passion of yourself. You'll never be the same.
