Welcome And Halfway Momentum
SPEAKER_04Today we are just there on the 50% mark. And so you have every reason to congratulate yourself of being here every morning, leaning in there to just get the best from God. And uh as we have said here, say, you know, release the good so that you can be able to get all of the best. And uh, you know, we congratulate you for being here, for pushing in and taking your seat uh to receive from him. And this morning we expect as well, you know, that he's going to speak to each one of us in a very, very unique way. So welcome and look forward to another great week in his presence as we journey together on this half-time place in our 30-day challenge, but also uh as we journey in the year 2026.
Three Deep Breaths And Naaman
SPEAKER_04So get ready, let's get started, let's take those three deep breaths. Uh, we are bringing ourselves into the present, uh, letting go of every tension, every toxicity, and welcoming, uh, inhaling God's light, God's love, and trusting it for his grace, welcoming the Holy Spirit to minister to us. And uh, you know, just welcoming him to this week. We want, as we go out, we want to go with him. As we come in, we want to go with him. Everywhere we go, we like this God, just Jesus to go with us every step that we take, and uh, we want to welcome him just to do exactly that today in Jesus' name. So, three deep breaths, your hands lifted up high, inhale deeply, hold your breath. Deep breaths are powerful. If you have been watching the footballers doing the World Cup, you'll have noticed them before they take that special kick. You see them inhaling in taking those three deep breaths before they do the kick is powerful. You know, I was remembering it. The man of God um, you know, told the prophet the general Naaman. He told him, you know, you will come all the way here from uh Syria to come and receive healing. And he sent him to a river down there. He told him, Go to that river, Jordan, and I want you to dip yourself there seven times. And you'll be fine. You'll be fine. And Na Man was so annoyed, he was so upset. He said, You know, there are no rivers in where I come from. Why should there are even better rivers where I come from? Why would I come all the way here for you to send me to a river to go and dip myself? And he left completely annoyed and he was actually on his way back. And then the servants, his attendant spoke to him. He said, If he had told you to do something big, wouldn't you have done it? Wouldn't you have done it? If he had told you to fight or pay or give something, would you not have done it? So, what is it about just taking some dips in the river? Go and do it. And he finally obeyed. And the Bible tells us he came out of that, his skin was restored. It was as young, he is like the way he was when he was young. He got healed of his depression. And you know, sometimes when I was thinking about it, the things of God are so simple. We want big things, we want big things. The man of God said, just go dip yourself in that river just seven times, you'll be fine. And so sometimes the things of God are so simple. But we like to complicate them. That's why the salvation is so simple. Just believe. Just believe. Put your faith in Jesus Christ and He's welcome Him to your heart and He's done. If we were doing something so big to get saved, there'll be a lot of people fighting for it. I said, No, just believe. That's so simple, and yet it evades us many times. So, anyway, let me not get carried away by that. Three those three deep breaths are powerful, brethren. Take them as often as you can when you find yourself in a crisis. You find yourself doing something very important, about to get into that important meeting, um, about to go and do that important presentation. You're about to go into that critical hour. Take those three deep breaths and welcome God's presence in and allow him to be your guide. Nah man left healed completely of his leprosy on a very simple thing. You're steeping yourself seven times. Hallelujah. Amen. Let's dive into it. It's day
Pledge, Prayer, And Weekly Mantras
SPEAKER_0415, and um, I know God is going to bless us. Let's do our daily pledge. I am a creative, compassionate spiritual being currently living in physical form. I am wonderfully made, I am valuable, and I am unique. God's defined plan is for me to be connected in a loving relationship with Him and all living things. And I am not late. There's a reason behind everything that has happened in my life up to this moment. I may not fully understand it now, but I choose to trust God. And surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. And you can say, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever. Say amen to that. And today we're going to be talking about part of this receiving healing. We trust that God is going to speak to us in a very special way. Let's do our day prayer. God, I thank you for my blessed life in this magnificent universe and this beautiful new day. And we ask that you please bless all living things today with your love, with your grace, and with your abundance. May you flow to me and through me infinite love, joy, peace, purpose, and prosperity during this new day that you're given to us. And we say, Amen, amen. Surely God's prosperity, may God's purpose is infinite love. We ask that it flows through you in a very special way until you get surprised. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Let's do our mantras this morning. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. And even this week, we declare whatever lies ahead of us in this week, uh, you know, we declare that we can conquer it, not through our own strength, but through Christ who surely strengthens us. And then I'm living on purpose, I am on schedule. Tell the enemy that speak it into your life. I'm living on purpose, and I am on a schedule. I'm exactly where God wanted me to be. I'm at peace with it. I'm who I am. This is me, this is where I am. Yes, this is it. This is all you can get. And I'm at peace with it because I choose to trust God. I'm living on purpose, and I am on schedule. Say amen
Power Means Letting Go
SPEAKER_04to that. A key truth this morning, power in the physical world is measured by how much you can lift up. But in the spiritual world, power is measured how much you can let go. And today we're going to be looking again at another, another very important topic. And I pray that you'll be able to reach a point where you can let go and heal. Because in the spiritual realm, in the spiritual world, power is measured by how much you can let go. Do you want to be powerful? Let go of those hearts, let go of those offenses, let go of those people. Um, you know, let them go, let them go. You'll be set free and you remain powerful in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. And we have to set ourselves to try to understand the spiritual realms, understand the spiritual world. Because you know, we said we are spiritual beings living in physical bodies, and so it is important for you to understand how the spiritual world works. Because we are spiritual things, we cannot operate in the flesh alone. We live in the flesh, and so there will be that tendency to operate in the flesh. When you operate in the flesh, you go by your feelings, you go by your emotions, you go by your own understanding. The things that the body um, you know, drives and tells you, the body will tell you I'm hungry. Uh the body will tell you I need this, I need that. You'll have all those bodily things, but we cannot be controlled by them, our appetite. They control our bodies. That's the physical wow, that's this the the flesh, as we call it. Cano that we cannot allow ourselves to be controlled by that because we are spiritual beings living in the physical body, so we must operate in the spirit. That's why sometimes we have to bring those appetites under control. We say, I'm not going to eat, I'm sorry. I'm going, I'm giving up food, I'm giving up that, I'm going to commit myself to prayer. I'm fasting. You are bringing those appetites under control and telling the flesh, you will not control me. I'll not obey you, I'll obey the spirit. That's why prayer and that's why fasting is so powerful. If you want to get into the spiritual realm, you must get control of your appetites, you must deal with them. It's powerful. One of the key um uh tools that pushes you into the spiritual realm is fasting. So take time, especially now when you are coming to the half part of the year. Take time and take time and fast from food, from all these things that the flesh always wants, and it will usher you into the spiritual realm. You begin to see things you have never seen. You start to get revelation you have never seen. It ushers you into a new level, and that's why no one other enemy fights it like nothing else. The things that the enemy hates and that are powerful, the enemy fights. So you can you for you to launch into the spiritual, you must live in the spiritual realm. And I pray these 30 days, you're gonna be encouraged. We just keep depositing this small piece of truth, but they are powerful, they are powerful. You can never ever walk in the spirit if you don't understand the spiritual world. And part of that is fasting. Take time and fast, and it will usher you into the spiritual. You won't die, you won't die, and go down and check, you'll find all the men that God used. Even Jesus before he began his ministry, he spent days fasting in the desert, fasting. Then he came and began his ministry because we must understand the spiritual realm, and you can never operate in the spirit when you are completely controlled by the flesh. You have to deal with it, deny the flesh and embrace the spirit. Hallelujah. Let me not get on, get
Fasting To Live In Spirit
SPEAKER_04carried here. Abadas mentality, Deuteronomy 15:10. Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart. Then, because of this, the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put. And to this study challenge, we have reset ourselves to be generous, to be a blessing to the poor, to those around us, a blessing to the church, a blessing to the ministry, a blessing to those around us. It's got the mentality, abandoned mentality. And when you do that, the Lord promises that He will bless us in every way, in everything that we do, and everything that we put our hands to, it shall be blessed of Him in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. Matthew 6:33, seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. What a promise! What a promise. Again, it's the other way around. People are busy seeking things. They are seeking things, they are seeking that, fighting to get it. But here he tells us the secret to getting everything is seeking his kingdom and the righteousness. And he says, things begin to follow you, they begin to run after you. You know, you attract things into you. You don't chase things, and blessings begin to chase you. And what a place to be. And the secret there is seeking fast his kingdom. I pray these thirty days, God is going to reset us, and things will begin to seek you. You know, relationships will seek you. Things that you have been pursuing, now you're not pursuing them anymore. It will begin to chase you. Things that you why you always desire to have, and they seem to evade you. I pray that they shall begin to chase you in Jesus' mighty name. Resources, finances, relations, promotion, breakthroughs, opportunities, uh, deals. Um, you know, they will begin to chase you in Jesus' name. And 1 Corinthians 2 9, what no eye has seen, what no ears had, and what no human mind has conceived, the things God has prepared for those who love Him. Brethren, God has prepared great things. Let's believe that. It does not matter your current situation. You may not be feeling it now. You may be in a place of drought, in a place in down in a valley, in a slippery place. Um, and you don't feel like they are good things. You know, believe this. The things that God has prepared for those who love him, they are mighty, they are encouraged. No human being has seen. It's going to come to pass in Jesus' name. Say hallelujah. Samuel 10:16. The Spirit of the Lord will come powerfully upon you, and you will prophesy with them, and you'll be changed into a different person. That's a prophetic scripture that we've had for this 11th-day challenge. That the Spirit of God will come powerfully upon all of us here. And as we come to graduate on July on June the 30th, the Spirit of God will come powerfully upon us, and we shall be transformed. And 2026 is going to be an extraordinary year for you. You'll go places you have never been, you'll touch things you have never touched, you will you'll see things you have never seen in your life. Uh, because the spirit of God is going to come powerfully upon you. And that's his promise. That's our prayer, it's our desire for this 11th, third-day challenge. And you'll be changed into a different person. Wow, what happened to her? Is she the same person? Because the spirit of God will come powerfully upon you. That's what they did with Jesus. Hey, was indeed the carpenter's son. Things had changed. The spirit of God had come powerfully upon him, and he was now leaving his purpose. We pray that that will be true for you, for your family, be free, it'll be true for our nation, be free, true for our ministry, even as we step forward and do what God has called us to do in Jesus' mighty name. Say hallelujah.
Generosity And Seeking First
SPEAKER_04Our health disciplines, let's remind ourselves. I trust over the weekend we've had time to connect with nature and uh just be there in you know, looking at the trees and looking at the birds and allowing yourself to connect with God, take a lot of water, ten glasses or clean water. Uh, let's take care of our bodies. For indeed, our body is our license to be here on earth, and we purpose will be a blessing to someone today, especially one that cannot pay us back. Say amen to that. With that, let's dive in into today's teaching.
Health Disciplines And Kindness
SPEAKER_04This is what we have been able to cover these last two weeks. Um, I won't go over it a lot because you have been part of it. If you have maybe missed a session or so, take some time. They are recorded, you have them on the podcast. Uh, go there, click, go to the specific day, pick it up, listen over and over again, and uh be at exactly where you need to be. And but today we want to dive in into receiving healing. This is huge, this is big, this is powerful, it is amazing, and I pray that it shall come to you. And we say by key truth, hundred percent of all that has happened was there to make you better and not bitter. Everything that has happened um was happened in your life, um, has happened to make you better and not bitter, and that's what we're gonna talk about today, and how you can you receive healing. Um, you know, um, how can we heal from the wounds of the past? And maybe you are here and you say, Oh yeah, I've not had a problem. I've been great, everything has been awesome. I've not had um, you know, I've not had tragedy, I've not had losses, you know, things have been, everything has been fine, you know. And maybe I don't should I even be associating with people that are wounded, that are hurting. Maybe you need to be healed from that spirit. And maybe that's the type of healing you need to receive. But I we pray that today God is going to help on us because you know what we've had. A lot of us, many of us, we've gone through tragedy, we've gone through loss, we've gone through pain uh from the past. And today we are to try to see how can we heal from that? How can we heal from those things that have happened? And I know this is a very dangerous ground that I'm treading on here. Some of these things are painful, they are they are memories that we sometimes wish we don't remember. Um, because they are painful, they are deep. And I pray that the grace of God could be sufficient to help us because we need to heal from this uh in Jesus'
Receiving Healing Through Joseph
SPEAKER_04name. And so we build our scripture here on the book of Genesis, chapter 45, uh verses 1 to 11, and capture the story of Joseph. Bible says, then Joseph would not restrain himself before all those who stood by him, and he cried out, make everyone go out from me. So no one stood with him, while Joseph made himself known to his brothers and he wept aloud. And the Egyptians and the house of Pharaoh had it. Then Joseph said to his brothers, I am Joseph. Does my father still live? But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence. And Joseph said to his brothers, Please come near to me. So they came near. Then he said, I am Joseph, your brother, whom you sold into Egypt. But now, but now oh hallelujah! But now do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here, for God sent me before you to preserve life for these two years. The famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. And first seven says, and God, I am you to underline that in your Bible, and God sent me before you to preserve posterity for you in the earth and to save your lives by great deliverance. So now it was not you. I want you to mark that again. It was not you who sent me here. Hallelujah. It was not you who sent it who sent me here, but God. And he has made me a father to Pharaoh in the Lord of all his house and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. Brethren, Joseph is a good picture of tragedy. He has dreams, great dreams. And when he tells these dreams to his brothers and his family, brothers come together, they decide to kill him. And then they changed their mind. They threw him into a pit. Then they changed their mind and then decided, like, let's make some money from him. And they sold him into a bunch of traders from Egypt. I mean, how bad can it get? At this young age, he's a teenager, he's a young boy, his brothers, whom he trusted, whom he thought they would pres you know, they would defend him. They came. Against him, they sell him, they want to kill him, you know, complete and look at the age. This boy was loved by his father, it made a special garment for him. You know, the father loved him, he's torn away from his father. Such a young age, sold by his brothers, not anybody else, not for an outsider. His own people betrayed him. And he finds himself in the foreign land, working as a slave, not being paid. Um, just imagine working as a slave, you know, working hard, not being paid. Um, and then he ends up in prison for crimes he never committed, and everything just went south. Nothing seemed to be working. And maybe you are here this morning and your life is like this. Maybe things have just gone bad from one, you know, from bad to worse, and things are just going down, down, down, down. And the other God, what have I done? I thought I had vision, I thought I had a dream. And this is painful. But we see here in Genesis chapter 45, uh, chapter 45. Now, God orchestrates things, and finally, his brothers end up in Egypt looking for food. And now, here Joseph is coming to reveal himself to them. And you can imagine what had happened to Joseph. Over the years, Joseph has endured that pain. Imagine the nights he thought about his father. Imagine the nights what you know as he slept there and thinking about his brothers. Why could you, how would you do this to me? And he did nothing, nothing, nothing wrong. I know there are people of us here who have suffered for doing nothing. You look at your life and you say, I didn't have nothing I did. I was genuinely everything I did right. I didn't deserve this. I didn't deserve to be in this place. Everything I did, I lived well, I I obeyed the parents, I was doing everything right. I don't deserve this pain, I don't deserve this punishment. I was a good girl, I was a good wife, I was a good husband, um, as a good citizen. Why am I here? How did I end up here? Something like you can't explain it. Why would all the people, why would God choose uh Joseph to be the one being sold? How did Did he allow this to happen? And you you know, you can imagine the emotions that he carried along as he slept in Potiphar's house, as he slept in the prison and is being punished. And just imagine the emotions that he carried over all those years. And finally, God delivers him, he's now in Egypt, he's a prime minister, and bang, his brothers show up there. He never expected them to come. The brothers never expected him to be there as well. You can see the revelation that Joseph has. You know, he's been through all these things, trying to pretend his brothers, um, you know, initially he hit some things with them. He didn't want to reveal himself until the right time. And you can see now, as Joseph is doing this, he's been processing. He's been processing. What? Oh, now I understand. Now I understand why I'm here. You mean they're alive? My father is alive, and yeah, I'm I am now. I'm in a position to help them. And as he played these games with them, put you know, some things, they went, go bring my, you know, go bring the my brother. As he did all these things, Joseph is beginning to process, he's beginning to process the reason. Why did God allow this to happen? And you see, brethren, we receive healing. When we begin to understand that 100% of all that has happened in your life was there to make you better and not better. The beginning point of healing is when you begin to see things from God's perspective. When you begin to see, hey, why did God allow that to happen? You begin to see that. And it doesn't happen at the time when it's going through. It's later on when you process and you begin to look at things in a different perspective that you're able to say, Wow a minute. Oh, I can actually. I was meant that way. Maybe God had a purpose, then you begin to heal. And that can help you even in forgiveness. I know we have been writing the forgiveness letters, but also this brings healing when because some of those experiences, not only do you need them to forgive them, but you also need to heal from them. So they leave deep wounds. And when the wounds are not healed, they become a problem, a problem for you. So in this example, yeah, we see that Joseph had managed to process and he now tells them, Now do not be grieved or angry with yourself because you sold me here. For it's not you now. For God sent me before you preserve life. He's now not taking it on them, he's not taking it on his brothers who wanted to kill him. He's not taking it on his you know why why did you do that? No, he said, No, no. He now has come to understand. Oh, mate, this is the reason why I went through this pain. And he says, It was not you. God sent me here. And in the next scripture, he says, It's God sent me here to preserve you. So it was not you, it's not you hurt me, it was not you who caused that pain to me. You caused the pain, yes, but it was God had a plan for it, and he made it all this so that I could be able to be here for you for this hour. And brethren, I don't know what you have gone through in your life. But we need to, if we can reach this point of looking back now, this didn't happen immediately, this takes time. It took time for Joseph to process all these things, but eventually landed here where he says, Oh, it was not you. And I don't know you to know that all those things that have happened in your life, all those things, all of them, 100% all of them, you look back and you say, Oh, there was a reason. There was a reason. And I pray that you it will come a reality in your life. So, how can we heal from the wounds of the past?
The Stories We Tell Ourselves
SPEAKER_04You know, one of the things that you what that happens is that when things happen to us, we be we we form a story. We we create a story for ourselves. And you know, Joseph could have created a story of people who hated me, people didn't love me. And that's what normally happens when we have issues. We create a story about what has happened. Maybe you conclude that people hate me. And you are sitting here and you are all the people that are in your life that are betraying you, you have come to a realization. You have a story that you have created for yourself, and you have come to a conclusion that maybe people hate you. They people don't appreciate you, they don't appreciate the gift that you in you, they don't appreciate you as a person, they don't love you, they hate you, they are scared of your abilities. Um, you create a story for everything that happened in your life, and that story could be people, could be God because he's against me. Maybe there's something my parents did. That's why, you know, God is against me and he has allowed this to happen. We tend to create a story for all the things that happen in our lives. And I pray that through this today, that story will be changed to see that story from God's view. For example, I was reading the story of another man who was giving his example, and he was saying, you know, he is as he was growing up, he felt that he was unlovable. He felt that nobody loved him, nobody could love him, was unlovable. Um, did he conclude this? How did you come to that point of thinking that nobody loves you? And you know, a lot of us here, we could be in that state. You feel people don't love me, you know, I'm not lovable, I'm you know, I'm a victim, people are always doing this against me. We have stories that we tell ourselves. I don't know which one. But this man felt that he was unlovable. And then he was questioning where did this unlovable story come from? Where did he believe that his family didn't love him? How did he end up there? And then it turns out that when he was small, again, this tends to happen. When he was small, one day he was left in the house alone. And the family went to uh, you know, ashore, you know, these shows, like, you know, the shows that we normally have, as you know, the events that children love to go, but he was left in the house alone, and the family went off uh for a shore, or he was left with the house help, then the house help left Ali. And so he was basically left in the house alone. So what happened was because he was scared of being alone in the house, he locked the house. He went and locked, he put that lock in that chain on the on the door and went and slept. So when the family and the friends came back at night, they knocked the door, they knocked the door, it was locked from inside, and his father had to break that door to get into the house. Now, when of course his father you know came in, he was so distraught, he had been sleeping. But he was utterly convinced that his family didn't love him. How could they leave him in the house to go for a show and look leave him alone in the house? And this honored him. He believed truly that his family didn't love him. That was the story he told himself. Now, later on, again, I'm just talking about healing from this thing. That thing honored him. He felt that his family didn't love me. That's it. How could they leave me here and go and do this and not bring me in and and and and isolate me? And how could they do this to him? That ordered him and it affected him in his relationships. He didn't feel he could be loved, it affected his relationship, his marriage, everything was just that simple incident, it convinced him that he was unlovable. Now, many years later, is when he realizes that actually when he was young, every time they went for events like that, the few times that the family went on a show like that, he had a problem. I think it was a condition called ADHD, uh, attention something syndrome. And every time he was in a crowd, he would always get lost. He would see things and he would scare, he would get lost, and he'll go and hide. And every time they went for an event like that one, he would get lost. And his family would look look for him. It would end up with his father being so annoyed with him, beating him up, because he would always get lost. Every time they went out, he would get lost. You know the way you are with a child, and then all of a sudden you realize the child is not there, the child is lost, then you start looking for them. It's a problem for everybody. It happened all the time he went out in a public place, and so he's he was always scared of events like those ones. So for the family to protect him, on this day when they are going for this show, they later they felt it was better for him for them to leave him behind. Because if they went with him, it will end up again badly, it will end up being lost, and who knows what's going to happen. So they left him behind. Now, later on, when he came to realize that, he now revisited the same story, the same thing that had haunted him for so long. And he began to say, actually, the reason why they left me behind is not because they hated me, it's not because they didn't love me, but actually they loved me. My father was so concerned about my welfare, that's why he left me behind with the house elbow. And when we the house elbow left early. It was actually out done out of love. And you see, when he revisited that event and put himself there in that situation, and he looked actually the parents, all his family loved him so much that they were able to leave him behind so that he didn't end up in trouble. And you see, when he revisited that thing, it brings healing in his heart. He realized, oh my god, actually, it was not out of hate, it's actually out of love. And then now he's able to heal from that situation. He got delivered from that situation. The same thing that was releasing him, negative things, now became positive because he realized his father loved him, his family loved him, not the not the opposite. And this morning, brethren, I know I've used a very moderate thing as an example, but all of us have gone through those things: tragedy, losses, pain, some of them from our family, from our teachers, from school, from relationships, from friends, people that are, you know, things that have happened in our lives.
Rewriting Pain Through Reframing
SPEAKER_04The only way you can receive healing is if you revisit those situations. Now, as an elder person, you go back into that situation and play it again, revisit it. Go into a time of meditation and prayer, and I've given it for you the steps that you can follow through down. But you need to go into that portion of your life, go back to that story, revisit it, and interpret the story um differently. You know, get back there, interpret that story, look at that young version of yourself experiencing that pain, and and encourage go in there and encourage that young version of yourself and say, you know, yeah, you'll make it, you'll come over the other side, you'll be fine. You you know, you you you'll make it, you know, you'll be fine. You you know, hang in there, you'll be you'll be able to make it, and then um help him to understand, um, help that young version of yourself to feel that that pain, but encourage them, um, you know, to that it'll be okay. And then give that love, the encouragement. And now revisit the experience from our larger perspective and begin to see it differently. When you are able to revisit, when you're able to revisit that story, see it in a different way. The way Joseph did, you receive healing. It'll be pain, there'll be tears that will come along the way. But when you see it differently now, you begin to receive your healing. And I know it's not an easy process because some of these things are painful, they are difficult, some of them involve really big pain and losses. But I'm telling you, this is the best way to heal. When you begin to look at things, because the Bible says all things work together for the good of those that love him and those who have been called according to his purpose. All things, 100% of everything that has happened in your life, is designed to make you better, not better. And the only way to heal from those things, if you go back and revisit like Joseph, and he's saying, Wow, oh, this is why it happened, this is why I got sold, actually. That's why I'm here now. If I'm not here, they would be gone. This family will be gone. But God brought me here. And because of that, he's able to heal from that. Of course, they was crying. The Bible tells us he cried until people had, it was painful. And some of us, you cry. And but as you do that, you heal. And some of you, some of us, yeah, you feel like maybe your parents didn't love you. They did some things and you interpreted it to mean that they didn't love you. But now when you revisit back, it's actually, oh, my dad was actually trying, he was doing his best. He was actually doing his best, the best that he knew. And it's not because he hated me, but because he actually loved me. And he was doing the very best he couldn't do at that time. Brethren, when we do this, we are able to heal. And this is powerful. When you rewrite your past, you rewrite your future. And you may finish practice this today's exercise, practice with many things, speak a story. You know, anything that you are telling yourself, people don't love me, people are against me. You know, there's always a story that you try to give yourself, but ask yourself why, then go back, revisit it, revisit it and ask yourself questions. Maybe actually they meant good, maybe they they were protecting me, maybe they were not sure. You know, there are a lot of things that you can play around. And when you rewrite your your past, you rewrite your
Healing Becomes Your Ministry
SPEAKER_04future. Brethren, we need to heal, we need to heal so that we we don't call we don't we don't hurt others. You know, when we are hurting, we hurt people. When we heal, we're able to go and actually heal others. And I believe that God has called us, you know, whatever has happened in your life becomes your ministry, but you need to heal from it so that you can begin to be used of God to help those that are going through that. Maybe you are going through grief through tragedy. You are the only person that can help others who have gone through grief and tragedy. But you need to heal from it yourself. You need to reach a point where you say, This is God's plan. It happened, it happened. I've gone through it, I'm stronger, I'm a better fashion of myself. God has given me grace, I've been able to go through it. I've not died, I've come out alive. You know, Joseph came out alive in all those things, is alive. And he says, you know what? Now that I'm alive, all the experiences that I've gone through, let me use them to help my family. And I believe it's the same thing for us, all of us here, in our pain, our tragedy, in whichever form and shape. But now that we are alive, we cannot allow those things to continue to draw to dominate us. We need to heal from them and then use those experiences to be able to touch this world in a different way, to help the heart in, to help those who are going through the same things. It becomes our ministry, it becomes our testimony, it becomes our setting. That's why Paul writing the in in the New Testament, he says, when you get saved, don't change the setting in which you are in. And he was talking to people at that time, you know, people are getting born again, and those who are born again wanted to divorce their wives because they are not born again, or divorce their husbands because they are not born again. And Paul said, No, no, no. When you get born again, the setting in which you have been born again is critical. Because that setting becomes your ministry. So the setting that you have, the setting that God has given you, that pain, that tragedy, that grief is your setting. And that setting, you don't erase it from your life. That setting becomes your stepping stone for your ministry. Because nothing ever gets wasted in your life. God has a purpose for it and it's unique. They unique the situation, they unique your ministry. They unique the pain, they unique the amusement. But we need to heal from it ourselves so that we can be able to be used of God to touch other people.
Practice The Exercise And Close
SPEAKER_04Brethren, this is so critical. Let us heal so that by the time we finish the 30-day challenge, we are all healed. We are now people that God can use. And it's, I know it's painful, it's tough, it's not easy, but go through it. Every situation, every story that you are telling yourself, heal from it. Go back meditatively, prayerfully, and revisit it. Let us heal. Let us allow the Lord God to use us as vessels as we go forward. Allow us to reach there, brethren. There's a lot of work to do today. I pray that you will keep doing it, keep doing these exercises, think one story at a time.
