What If It Did Work?
What If It Did Work?
From Karma To Dharma: How Energy, Choice, and Compassion Rewire Your Life
What if the life you keep chasing is already within reach—once you change the frequency you’re living on? We sit down with spiritual mentor and author Leanne Marie Lambert to uncover how energy, identity, and everyday choices determine what we attract, and how to upgrade all three without getting lost in woo or wishful thinking.
Leanne’s story starts with a double-decker bus and a near-death experience that cracked her open to a wider consciousness. Later, plant medicine revealed a state she calls the “God frequency,” but the real breakthrough came afterward: learning to access it without substances by dismantling mental programs, shedding shame, and rebuilding a self-concept that could hold more light. Together we break down why vision boards fail when embodiment is missing, how “fake it till you make it” keeps you stuck, and why action aligned with worthiness outperforms hustle born from lack.
We also explore the mirrors we ignore: social feeds that reveal our true vibration, music that programs our subconscious, and relationships that repeat patterns until we evolve. You’ll hear practical energy alchemy tools you can use today—like recalling a belly-laugh memory to reset your state, curating inputs that lift you, and using presence to shift from anxious checklisting to grounded clarity. If you’ve ever felt “stuck on repeat,” this conversation offers a compassionate, no-fluff path to a higher timeline: purge what dims you, practice what centers you, and choose the identity that matches the life you’re calling in.
If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a friend who’s ready to shift, and leave a quick review so more people can find these conversations. Your frequency is your strategy—let’s raise it together.

I never told no one that my whole life I've been holding back every time I load my gun up, so I can do for the stall. I hear a voice like you think you are naked.
SPEAKER_01:All right, everybody, another day, another dollar, another one of my favorite episodes of my favorite podcast because I'm biased. What if it did work? But I gotta say, this one I can already tell, even uh right when I your publicist got a hold of me. I'm like, really? Just the title of your book. I love it. Leanne Marie Lambert, she's a spiritual mentor, energy alchemist, karma, dharma activator, best-selling author. Leanne Marie Lambert, spiritual mentor, energy alchemist and author, karma to dharma, a new age guide to becoming superhuman. She's guided countless men and women in clearing their karma, raising their vibration, and stepping into their dharma, living life at its highest potential. I love that already. With the holistic MBA, multiple coaching certs and a background in business entrepreneurship, motherhood. She is a woman, hear her roar. Leanne blends spiritual wisdom, grounded life experience. Her mission is to awaken individuals to their gosh, highest potential. To their highest potential, yeah, you got that right. Gosh, my that's what happens when you're 52 and you still had glasses. I'm like, holy smokes.
SPEAKER_04:I know I can relate, and you will not hear me roar, but roar, but you will hear me giggle a few times, there's no doubt.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, that that that's okay. I I've got to ask you because it says vibrations a lot, and I I'm a firm believer in it. We as society have been singing about vibrations since the Beach Boys. Good vibrations. Uh Bob Marley sings about you know vibrations. I I listen to reggae, which reggae these days, I guess, are from white guys from California and other liberal places, and it's always about vibration. But why is it everybody loves to sing about it, but it it's like a unicorn? They're like, maybe it's real, maybe it's not real. That you you would think, right?
SPEAKER_06:After all, oh, I'm gonna tell you it is real. Bam bam.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, I I agree, I agree with the person's frequency. I just just we it took us a minute to start this conversation just because we are all we are at the same level, and it's like when you you're like that with someone, you can connect easier. Uh, it's like a long-lost friend, but when you have low energy or or your just your vibration is low because you're you're all bent and twisted, you're angry because of something a politician said, or something that Fox News or CNN said, and you're like you're you're gonna attract that same level, yes, and it sucks you down because there's something inside of you that's being triggered.
SPEAKER_05:That's why I wrote the law of karmic entanglement for people to really understand it. And more importantly, the book was written through my personal journey. I was hit by a bus when I was 27 and a double decker bus in London and had a near-death experience. And that is the catalyst to my journey. And I knew I survived that accident for a reason.
SPEAKER_03:And um it truly was a miracle.
SPEAKER_05:And having to go through depression and uh and oppression and frustrations and always looking for that next high outset of myself, I became obsessed with energy and tapping into that high vibration. I even had an ayahuasca experience, which was truly a gift. And I'd like to invite people into plant medicine being teachers, because if it wasn't for that experience, I wouldn't have been able to tap into what I call the God frequency and to truly feel what it is to be the creator of everything and just see everything through divine eyes and hold that high, high vibration. And then after the experience, as I sat in it, I asked myself, okay, it took the medicine to get to that state of consciousness. Why is it that we can't reach that state of consciousness without the medicine? And it really ties into the thoughts, the programs, all those entanglements that are keeping us low. So then that became my focus. How do I unravel all these programs, my identity, all the thoughts that have been keeping me in this low vibration? So I kept getting sucked back in, just like everyone else. And it was through that dismantling and that I was able to reach higher and higher vibration, and then actually had experiences where I could tap into that God frequency again and my light body without the plant medicine. So I am here to say that this is real, no joke. I wrote the book in the simplest way I could so that everyone could read it. It's relatable to everyone, no matter where they're at, even if you're new to what is energy, how to read it, spirituality, and just to invite to share the wisdom that I learned over the years.
SPEAKER_01:Leanne, right in the beginning of the book, you even say not that you think you died, that you know you died. You had that out-of-body experience, yes, and then you woke up, and there's those three doctors hovering over you and whatnot. I have to ask you this because I I know you're an amazing person, but was there ever like the how some people go the other route and go the bent and twisted and the victim and why me? Like a lot you could have had all that anger. I mean, you weren't expecting to go. I mean, you know, here you are at 27, and then you know, like at a blink of an eye, like before that, you weren't thinking, well, you know, I I'm I'm gonna have a major accident that I'm I'm gonna be in a coma for three days.
SPEAKER_05:I I would actually say I've in hindsight, looking back, I was in a coma before that accident.
SPEAKER_01:Well, I I believe all of us are until we I mean what that I I tell people all the time, even in my my book, that you know, we're living in our our dash, we know our our birth date, but a lot of times people are already even dead. They they just go through the motions. You could be in your 20s and and that's it. You you're you're not living up to any of your potential. You you you have nothing planned out, and it it's funny because I know you're a big proponent of manifestation, but they even have that, oh that that's bullshit. That doesn't work because I I bought I went to the grocery store or the pharmacy, I bought a poster board, I bought a bunch of magazines, I I I cut out mansions and and pictures of money and the Lamborghini and parties, and you know, it never happened.
SPEAKER_05:Right. Well, I would actually argue that they are manifesting and they're brilliant manifestors, but they're manifesting from the frequency that they're holding. They're full of dubious thoughts, and um, and they they still believe energetically on a soul level that it's unattainable. They're visualizing without embodying the energy of what it is to be a fulfilled, successful, passionate individual who attracts all those things through their creations, through their hard work, and and because they're just inspired to create and build an empire for themselves.
SPEAKER_01:Well, we are all created in God's image, and it's to to thrive, not to suffer, not for the crumbs of love, crumbs of success. But it's like the universe, and God's like, okay, also you're you're a conqueror, you're a king, you're a queen. Okay, you know what you want. Go get it. And what a lot of people fail to realize is okay, you know what you want. Now go get it, go work for it. Don't it's not like somebody's just gonna knock on my door because I I and give me money, or you know, I it's not like I was like just sitting one day saying, Oh, I just want to have a million downloads on this podcast, and you know, just do a show once once a blue moon, have have a couple of my friends listen, have my buddies on. No, I knew I wanted to have that goal, and I worked at it, and and you have to, it's like what you said, you have to know you deserve it, yes, and take that inspired action and believe in yourself.
SPEAKER_05:The in exactly it it it's are you are you why are we here? We're here to figure ourselves. I believe in reincarnation, I believe that the soul came here to transcend and become their highest potential and and free themselves from whatever karmic energies, whatever the soul came here to learn. This is earth school, in my opinion. So you can either choose to live and see it as a gift and to take hold of the experience that it is to be human, or you can choose to survive or give up. Those are your choices. It's either constructive energy or destructive energy, and that is the timeline you're gonna be on. So you get to choose at every now moment. And it is imperative for me. We talk about a lot of spiritual PT people talk about what is new earth, and I truly believe that in order for us to reach that state of that new earth, we need to start shame needs to be dismantled because none of us come here perfect, although we are truly perfect and whole on the inside. But um as you clear your karma and start to release the identity of who you think you are because it was pushed upon you through society, family, whatever, then you can step into this fresh new energy and start to create from that place, being a free individual who gets to be and do whatever it is that you want in this lifetime.
SPEAKER_01:Well, it's like that we are so wired to worry about what other people feel, or for us to look like we're stupid or we're not worthy. And and this anybody can do this because we've all done this. The first thing, if we when we fall and and trip, instant we look around.
SPEAKER_06:So true, right?
SPEAKER_01:And really nobody cares, and nobody cares. Yes, but it's it's like that. That's it's it's funny because it's like the person that that all they do is promote toxicity. Oh my gosh, my relationship status is complicated. It's like nobody cares. Okay, you're gonna get cyber hugs from a few people, and in five minutes, you're just gonna go your way. But we go our whole lives thinking, yes, we are the center of our universe, but people are the center of their own universe. They're not like, oh my god, Leanne fell, you know, three months later. Oh, remember when Leanne fell out in the quad out there? Because I remember that experience vividly. It was like I was a freshman at college, and and I fell. I I tripped over a cracker. I'm I'm a lefty, so I'm clumsy. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:We we've all been there.
SPEAKER_01:And you know, the the I looked around thinking, you know, my whole world was gonna end that yeah, I I I would never make it as a senior, might might as well transfer somewhere. But that's that's just how we go and operate. I I don't want to go out and and be amazing, do amazing, be great, because people are watching and people are gonna make fun of me. Uh oh my gosh, I I it trust me, Leanne knows she's worthy. But imagine Leanne wrote karma to Dharma. You can buy it on Amazon, Audible. I downloaded it on Audible, and Leanne's like, should I promote this? What if somebody doesn't like it? What if one of my friends laughs? Oh, they're gonna laugh. But but right? I mean, people go through the goofiest crap, and it it's they're gonna laugh, but that's that that's energy alchemy.
SPEAKER_05:If we can't learn to laugh at ourselves, see when you were sharing that story, it brought me back to a time when I was a teenage teenager with my best friend, and we were on one of those little um uh amusement park rides, and we were laughing so hard, I peed myself. And so a teenage girl, and I my bottom is wet, but we got creative. My girlfriend gave me her sweatshirt, I wrapped it around to this daily we we walked off, we giggled. You could either laugh at yourself or feel ashamed. That's my point, and and this is why I love also the the movie culture. I don't know if you saw that that movie K-pop demon hunters, it's the big race with all the teenagers. I have two teenage girls, but have you seen it?
SPEAKER_01:It's on Netflix, right? Yes, yes, yes, no, it's it's on my list. It's on my list. Okay, believer or not.
SPEAKER_05:I highly recommend it because there's a lot of parallels to this book. And and they they refer to the patterns, those are our programs of of shame and fear that we hold on to ourselves. And as individuals, we've learned to mask those parts of ourselves in order to fit in, to stand out, to be accepted. But in the new earth, it's about taking off the mask, taking off the blindfold, saying, This is me. I'm no different than every other human being on this planet. I've tripped, I've had fumbles, I've made mistakes, I've I've cried, I've done bad things. But what am I doing with my life now? We need to let go of the past because it doesn't exist anymore, and stop letting it define who we are because we are only who we are in the present moment.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, but it's it's so hard.
SPEAKER_05:It is hard until it isn't. It's just like riding a bike.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, I I I agree. Um, trust me, I've I I was one of the people. I you're gonna laugh. Did all the personal development, all the business development, and I felt like happiness was like someone was gonna give it to me, whether it was like Tony Robbins himself or saw Zig Ziggler before he died. I you you've known I've I've I've done it all awesome. I've done it all. I a dopamine junkie, and I I did the work, but I would always do the work, and it was always be like, there's gotta be more. Like I was expecting the heavens to open up and go.
SPEAKER_05:I love that you said that because that that right there is the key. We we look and look and look until we get bored or we're unsatisfied, and we just know there has to be something more. That's that inner voice that's just pushing us beyond the the boundaries of limitations. So I'm so glad that you listened to that. So, anyways, continue.
SPEAKER_01:What ended up no, oh no, no. It's it's and it was always like whether it was a twofold thing, like happiness. I I you know, I'm I'm a slow learner, didn't realize that it comes from within that it's unlimited. You don't have to buy it, you don't have to ask for it, you don't have to earn happiness. Well, and pretty much success, too. People, I know everybody believes that there's like some magic number or there's something, and I was always like a doer, like I always had to maybe if I achieved more, I would be worthy, and it's never enough. Oh, it's never enough. It's like trying to fill a colander with water, it's never enough, you can never do it, it's impossible. But I mean, it and it was exhausting. It I it took me, it was only a few years ago when I realized hey, as long as I'm happy with it, and if somebody's like, Oh, I love your that episode, or I loved your books, or I'm like, Thank you, and that's it. But yeah, I know it's good, and that's that's how and uh all as long as I'm happy with who I am and what I'm doing, and as long as I'm on this journey, because I know you're on the same journey of helping people out. That's and so many people say that to be successful, you must help.
SPEAKER_05:The secret of success is to help others find that success without reciprocation, because it's not even a must, it's a it's a need, it's just it just it just feels good, it just keeps feeding into you, and that's that life force energy, and it connects us to everyone. If we really are going to change this really shitty world right now, that I actually see as glorious and beautiful, we we do need to do the work individually, it's the only way we're gonna see this world shift, and I do know that frequency is the means to doing it. Imagine yourselves free from thought to just be in the experience. That's the gift that comes from raising and vibration. That's what allows you to tap into these higher states of consciousness so you can get those insights, so you can get those intuitive hits, so you can create new things, new projects, whatever. And then you want to share it with others. It's it just keeps multiplying from there. It's an it's the most beautiful.
SPEAKER_01:And it's a great thing, but and but to actually be present in the moment. Here's something else about me. You're gonna laugh. I was always like, even on vacation, the guy with the whole list, we have to do this, we have to see this. Uh oh. And and it was with like even my ex-wife and my kids. It's like, okay, let's on to the next thing, on to the next thing. Never like literally be being present and just enjoying the beauty or just enjoying the company, just the surroundings. And it was funny. The the first time that it hit me, um, we were um well, I it was it was to see the statue of David. Uh and I I've seen uh there's an actual reproduction out Caesar's Palace, so it wasn't right, it wasn't like, oh my gosh, I've never seen the statue like this, but but I was actually it was in Florence because that's where the statue of David is, and I just stood and I was like, Oh my god, it and I started crying. I'm sure people like, oh, this guy must must be you know on edibles, but it was like it was just no, it's just his frequency, yeah. Because I was literally, it was the first time in who knows how long that I was actually just there. I wasn't concerned about hey, what are we doing in an hour? Are we gonna make sure we hit all six things that we must see today? And and but that's how it once people realize that you know it's just that exactly who you are, just do who and you know uh you you you probably think this the reason why there it just multiplies like the hate and the toxicity and the negative energies, just social media.
SPEAKER_05:It it just what if uh it's like once one person uh reposts some horrible story, racial story, story full of hate, story oppressing someone, and then it keeps on being reshared, and then people thrive, people also it's also addictive, negative, it it is, but that actually is a beautiful reflection or mirror of the energy the viewer is in. If they're actually looking at those things and forwarding those things, then that is a I'm sorry, I'm gonna say that it's a fucking reality check. So if you are really serious, 100% you're really serious about your your life and holding a higher vibration, take off the mask, take a look at who and what you're following, who and what you're buying into, and then this is where the purging comes in because there's a lot of beautiful. I do posts every day to inspire people, to wake people up. It's it's actually the Ann Marie Lambert underscore official on Instagram, if you want to follow. Um, but uh once you start to follow those types of people, because there's plenty of inspirational stuff out there, then that that make this stuff never comes into your feed. So I say take a good look at what's coming in your feed because that's a reflection of the true vibration that you're holding in the now moment. Don't feel sorry for yourself. This is or feel bad about yourself, this is where the shame comes in. It's okay. We've all been there, we've all entertained fear, and we we tap into that worry. But if you really want to shift, you've got to let that go.
SPEAKER_01:Exactly, and that's why I mean I post zero political, zero social, zero. Why am I for starters? And I tell people you're not gonna convert anybody to your religion, you're not gonna convert anybody that's not already the same belief system, all you're doing is angering other people, and then also why why there's so much outside noise already.
SPEAKER_05:Try try to spread and those are distractions, those are distractions, and why is it happening so that people are so consumed with things to do, stress in their life that they don't have time. I'm gonna say I'm doing my air quotes, they don't have time to take the time to just sit and be present and to actually question the meaning of this existence because we're too busy chasing absolutely nothing.
SPEAKER_01:Well, chasing part of my French, well, you're Canadian, fucking bullshit, you know? It's it's like some of these people are so obsessed over bullshit, it's so true.
SPEAKER_06:And smoke in your hands.
SPEAKER_01:Unless you're you're trying to get that ambassadorship, you're trying to get a cabinet position, or you're a lobbyist. Why the fuck does it matter? Is does is it putting more money? Is it creating a better family? Is it creating a better you? Are you helping out other people? No, then drop it.
SPEAKER_05:Yes, yes, and it shouldn't be about the numbers because I don't even know if those numbers are accurate.
SPEAKER_01:Well, and if you're on a soapbox judging people, other people that don't look like you or don't have the same beliefs as you, wake the fuck up. That's not you're you how can you connect with other people? How can you you're not vibing at all if you come from any place? I I don't judge people at all, I don't care who you vote for, I care what type of person are you.
SPEAKER_05:And to hold compassion for people who just uh don't even see what it is they need to see in order to shift. Uh people do horrible things, and unfortunately, a lot of them were just raised to think and behave from that place, and we can't really fault them for it at some point. Yes, we do need to be accountable, and and there is such a thing as karma and uh and the consequences that come from the energy that you've been projecting, but we do need to hold compassion because to be depressed, to feel like a victim. I've been there, I I know what it's like, but you gotta move past it at some point. Well, you don't have to, you can stay there if you want. I recommend looking for something else, nothing beyond.
SPEAKER_01:Now, before your your accident, because believe it or not, I'm a proponent of things don't happen to you, right? It happens for you. Yes, I'm sure a lot of pain, I get it, but it became you that that monumental moment literally changed your life, your family's life completely.
SPEAKER_05:So at the at the time I was with my first husband, so yes, and then and then we split up. Um, and um that was more dismantling of beliefs, and then I married a second time, and that didn't work out either. And it's interesting because that I started to really look at the pattern of of the law of resonance, and we attract exactly what we need in the now moment in order for us to see what we need to see. Our partners are like our mirrors, and if we don't grow together, then it's inevitable. You will part ways, and there's nothing wrong with that, and and you wish them well, and that they attract exactly who and what they need, and and you will do the same.
SPEAKER_01:But uh, I think well, you just kept on growing.
SPEAKER_05:Well, and that and that's the thing. We need that that's the death and the rebirth. And so to not, I was brought up with two loving, wonderful parents who embedded in us self-development and they chose to grow together. So I was able to witness what was possible as uh as a couple chooses to grow together, but not everyone's growing at the same rate and wanting the same things, and so I think we need to start being a little bit more less judgmental around the dissolution of partnerships and marriages, and um not to say that people will get back together, but we truly do get exactly what we need, as you said.
SPEAKER_01:Exactly. That's why, and you're gonna laugh. Like women do this a lot when they're looking for they've had enough, they don't realize they're attracting who they are. They don't unless you do the work, it's gonna be the same person, exactly, different body, yes, but they don't do that. They're people don't do the work, so you know it it's it's clearly not them. It it's there's a pattern, there's no pattern, which some people will will always, you know. Oh, I'm unlucky in love, or or whatever story they they tell, but then they'll go on like these dating websites or social media dating, and they're like, Well, I want a Nobel Peace Prize winner, a guy that cured cancer, he's 6'5, he is wealthy, he's amazing, and you know, they have this laundry list of all these things, and it's like, but that's not. Who you are.
SPEAKER_06:Exactly. Exactly. How are you going to track that? Exactly. If you want all those things, you better become it yourself, girl. Exactly.
SPEAKER_01:But but people don't get it. It's like that's that's saying it we all want change, but to to change, we have to start from our within ourselves. So yes, yes. If you want all those amazing qualities and attributes, so when's now a great time to change for for everybody and anybody?
SPEAKER_05:Exactly. So you're just speaking of timelines right there. So that I also touched on that in the book. And if you want to reach a higher timeline, then you need to upgrade yourself. And and there are tips in there on how to do that. But and as you're doing it, you're also clearing generational karma and um that we pass on to our children. Because I do not want my daughters to be dependent on their partners or to be users or to be abusers. Well, both ends of the spectrum. So we lead through example and and to not undervalue what it is to just be an awesome role model for the younger generation.
SPEAKER_01:Well, you don't you want them to realize that they're strong. Like I said, I'm a slow learner. And it was always I felt like I didn't deserve greatness. I didn't deserve all this love. So I would always, same person, yeah, same woman, just different, different face. I'm guilty. Yeah, a lot of toxicity. Oh, that's got that's gotta be passion. The drama's gotta be the drama llama. When the drama llama shows up, that's gotta be love because you know we've seen that in movies or whatnot. So oh yeah, that's a great sign. Or always looking for validation or happiness from someone else that didn't have the tools, they weren't happy, or they couldn't even give themselves validation, exactly, and yet I wanted them to give me that, exactly.
SPEAKER_05:That and that's where the compassion comes in, and that's where those hard conversations come in. And we say, Okay, like I want to shift and grow. Will you do it with me? We have we have let's let's show our children that we were perfectly imperfect, and that uh that we will I don't know where I'm going with this, but it it it's my I lost my train of thought in it as I got a little distracted with my daughter in the background, but um to just to just follow your heart and lead through example and invite our partners to come with us. And it not that it's easy, I think in some ways, to be honest. I I'm glad I did the work individually. I think it would be harder to do it with a partner. Uh I don't know. Do you what are your thoughts on that?
SPEAKER_01:I don't know if they haven't I I did it alone, but I I I did the work by myself in in that aspect because I kept on touching the hot stove and I kept on burying myself. And I'm like, you know, I I have all these tools, I I can understand because I you know, and before I would tell people, you know, it's all person, it's all business development. Who who cares? And it was like, okay, so I'm like a realtor of my soul because uh I was uh painting a perfect picture, I was placing my life to look decent, uh, even though there was dysfunction, even though stuff was burning uh in my personal life, uh and uh unhappy and whatnot, and telling people just do it, just do it. Like if I was Nike. No, you if until you fix uh deep what's what's ailing you, you're gonna always run into self-destructive patterns, you're the self-destructive behavior. You're gonna find people that match you because if you don't feel that you are a rock star, then if you're gonna find people that are that that are gonna reinforce it that hey buddy, you are not a rock star.
SPEAKER_05:Exactly. And event that eventually the mask fall falls off that statement, fake it till you make it. It doesn't work, it doesn't work never, never no, it doesn't eventually your true colors comes out, and if you're only allowing the that your true colors from wherever you are in the present moment, I need to preface that because that can always be changed. But if you only allow that part of you to come out at home behind closed doors, then you're just lying to yourself, and and you're just holding your own happiness back.
SPEAKER_01:Fake it till you make it too. That's some mediocre bullshit. Like just show up, showing up, show up, yes, show up, don't do the work raw, real, yes, show up in your relationship, show up at work, just show up, don't do any work, and you know, you're gonna hit pay drive, you're gonna hit success. So though, yes, those two.
SPEAKER_05:I'm like full shivers when you said that. Full shivers.
SPEAKER_01:It is it is what it is. Uh another disempowering quote. So then you're telling me it sucks because it's supposed to suck, instead of just actually like waking, waking the fuck up and saying, No, I deserve better. No, it isn't, it is what it is. You're in this mess because you feel like you deserve it. So you create you, we we create our our own patterns, we create either an exceptional life or a life of pain, a life of misery.
SPEAKER_05:And what's crazy is it's the same amount of energy to do to either or, yes, and that the pain is actually a pathway to that jubilance, right?
SPEAKER_01:Like, oh yeah.
SPEAKER_05:So to not to not that's this is where I say dive in it, explore it. There's a reason behind everything, even if my like today, I'm I woke up this morning with a cold. I don't remember the last time I was sick because when that's one of the gifts of being a high vibrational person is that you like very rarely ever get sick. So I sat in in this and I I meditated and asked my guides, okay, why is this happening? Um, because I truly do believe there's always a higher reasoning behind it. And I was brought back to COVID days when um I got COVID. And back then, spirit told me it's just an upgrade. Don't worry about it, work through the pain, it's just an upgrade. So I sat in it this morning, like, and I reconnected to that moment. And it was that aha moment. This is energy alchemy, um, where it reminds us when we're sick, when we're low, and when we push through and get out of it, we get that zest for life again to feel healthy, to have that energy that if we didn't have that sickness come in, we we take that health for granted. So that was the message in it. There's always a silver lining, there's always a note of positivity if you choose to look for it, and that is energy alchemy, looking for the positive intention behind every situation.
SPEAKER_01:Well, Leanne, that reminds me, if somebody wants to be more human than human, it's sort of like a white zombie song. In fact, it is. I would recommend anybody you get karma to Dharma. We're talking to the author, Lianne Marie. Is it Lambert?
SPEAKER_05:Dude, well, it's actually you could do both. You could do Lianne Marie Lambert or Lianne Marie Livers.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, I I I took French in high school and it influenced me a lot my life. Wound up in Louisiana. So Lianne Marie Lambert, the author. You can buy it. Uh what I would recommend. Um I'm I'm gonna buy the hard copy, but I first had to listen to it. It's worthy of it, of uh buying well.
SPEAKER_05:I actually did all the audio for the the audiobook.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, I I know I I listened to it halfway, so so yes, and it's one of those books, it it's very entertaining and it's very thought-provoking, and and I told you, I'm I'm a mixture uh of of the woo-woo personal and business development. And when I looked at the title, I'm like, okay, because I you your publicist said it was an amazing book, and that you're Canadian and whatnot. Because I'm like, just just send me a digital copy, and like you can't do that in Canada. I'm like, whatever.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, I know. So weird as shit.
SPEAKER_01:So I I downloaded it on auto. They're like, Do you know how to do it? And I'm like, Yeah, I I listen to two books a month. On you know, I've I've got that and it's worth it if you have that subscription, one or two books. This is definitely one of them because it might look completely woo-woo, but knowing that I mean, this is a book that like at my lows, if I would have it would have snapped me the fuck awake. Because a lot of times that's the intention behind we love to beat ourselves up, we are our own worst enemy. You know, we want the Titanic soundtrack playing at and usually what happens is when bad moments they're not really bad moments, it's God, it's the universe saying, You deserve more.
SPEAKER_05:Yes, yes, and there are there's short chapters, it's an easy listen. I talk about magic, secret societies, dreams that I've had. It's a lot of fun. So uh I'm glad you're enjoying it. And my intention behind it was to just elevate people into the magic that's within.
SPEAKER_01:And and we're we're like-minded energy and people. We both dedicate the book, our book to our children. Yes, yes, the love's right off the bat. When I heard that, when I heard, I'm like, I'm like, I I get it, I get it. And yet, and yes, originally, because sometimes I mean, I I love the woo-woo and I love the personal development. And I'm like, read whenever I think of the the karma dharma, I'm like, oh my gosh, it it the is this gonna be too much? And it's not, it's not like if it's a person that's never had any personal development, I I would have to say it ranks up there with top 10 books in personal development to read.
SPEAKER_03:Thank you, thank you.
SPEAKER_01:It it to me it's it's a business book because who how the hell can someone be successful in any aspect of their life until they reclaim their power, until they they raise their vibration? Yes, that they they are a rock star. So because I I know a lot of people that do listen, they hate that aspect that I I'm the woo-woo guy. I I I mix it. How can someone literally just uh at a snap of a finger, their their energy sucks, their vibration sucks? What can a person do?
SPEAKER_05:Take a moment to just pause and think back to one time in your life where you had that belly laugh. That is one of my favorite tricks. I go back to that moment and I just relive it. Another one is listening to high vibrational music, it just anything that gets you out of your thoughts in that moment, just to center yourself again, raise your vibration, then you could go back and explore what it is that that was holding you back or keeping you low.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, Leanne, I would that's something else. Like in the past, I would listen to like sad music, like uh corn or like Lincoln Park stained. The best part is like, you know, oh, I I don't know why there was no signs of Chester Bennington killing himself with Lincoln Park. It's like, yeah, I mean, since every song was about depression and and loneliness, I see me you see the projections that are happening there, keeping people low. Exactly. It it's like it and you know, I I made this that's why I'm like uh a hundred percent like now into like reggae or uh like the B52s and anything that just about hat happiness, and and it's yes, you know, beef everybody, an old song, Katie Pearson, REM, shiny happy people. It might be corny, but I mean, what I love the oldies. Oh, I do too, but a lot of times, you know, people are into the oldies and they're they're they're saying and I love back, uh but I I I quit singing the song, I'm a loser baby. So and even says it in Spanish, boy with Penador, I'm a loser baby. So why don't you kill me? So how are you gonna think you're a right, you know, you're you're amazing if you keep on telling yourself you're a loser.
SPEAKER_05:Hey, well, you just you just gave another till right there. Start purging any messages that are of a low vibration because it is affecting you on a subconscious level. So if these little things that we could do in our lives that by removing that toxicity, you can't help but start to feel better. And as you feel better, you see even the hardest of situations from a different higher perspective, and that's the gift of raising and vibration.
SPEAKER_01:And then it that little shift will show you that life is truly beautiful. It's it's it's a gift. Every and I tell this people think I'm corny. Oh, how are you doing? I I'm the I'm not, I never give the super. Oh, I'm doing okay, I'm doing fine.
SPEAKER_05:I'm living the dream, don't the dream, or don't ask if you don't want the honest answer. Oh, they're always like, Oh, okay, Tony Rollins.
SPEAKER_01:People would no, I'm living the dream. I'm I'm alive, I'm healthy. My two daughters might be a pain in the ass, but but they're both alive, they're thriving, they're well. My mom, there's so much to be grateful. Why why would I just be okay? Oh, life isn't meant to be okay.
SPEAKER_05:Yes, you are living proof that this is real, and the invitation is there for all those who are ready.
SPEAKER_01:So, you had this book, and it's an amazing book. Do you do coaching?
SPEAKER_05:I I do, I haven't gotten back into it yet, um, but I am actually working on a course right now. I just uh launched my website. So there actually is a free um lifestyle guide that you get if you go to the website, which is leanner.com. And I am going to be starting a group coaching program to work with people and to help them shift into that higher vibration. So, yes, it's in the works, it's part of co-creating with the universe and manifesting new things. And uh I will be doing that uh in the new year.
SPEAKER_01:And you're doing both men and women because oh, I both are specialists. Because so many people, oh, I only work with women. And no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_05:No, I'm I don't really care about gender, no offense. It is about the individual and it's a it's for all those who are are ready and they're they have the courage to say, okay, I need to transform. And working with me is an opportunity to just not be judged to come real and raw, and I I can guide you through it because I've been there, I've done that.
SPEAKER_01:You know, you would do amazing with um live workshops, like uh, like like the like boot, like boot camps where you you get people.
SPEAKER_06:I would love to do a boot camp.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, and then and hey, do ayahuasca. I I'm I'm the most I don't even need it anymore.
SPEAKER_05:I can actually I can reach those states of consciousness, like I think.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, but you would you would need to help others reach it.
SPEAKER_05:Yes, yes, I can yes, and just by being actually in my energy, especially for an extended period of time, you will shift. That's just through a tuning by being in in the same vicinity of my vibration. It's it's a it's gonna happen, it it's an absolute. My job is just to hold it high and not allow it to draw.
SPEAKER_01:Well, your your your job right now is there's a lot of pain and the frequency needs to be changed. Yeah, because people are just like wigging out over if when people ask are like wondering why the mass shootings, it's because the vibration is like it's bleak. It actually looks like all those sci-fi movies that we're we grew up that showed a shitty future.
SPEAKER_05:It's a cry for help, it's a reflection of the vibration we're all holding, and it doesn't need to be that way.
SPEAKER_01:It doesn't none at all. I mean, I I want to leave behind a world for my grandkids, yes, future generations, a happy one. I don't want it to look like Mad Max or the Book of Ella or all these you know movies that show the the world just imploded and it it's just awful.
SPEAKER_05:We save the world by saving ourselves, and it's it's an easy thing.
SPEAKER_01:I mean, what one of the things is just you don't need to watch the news. Watch K-pop, demon hunters, exactly, right right there. I I was actually watching I uh the last thing I watched on Netflix was um, and this was from Canada. I I just watched season two, um, slasher. It's on Netflix, it's uh three seasons, yeah, yeah. Um, it's unique, it's one of those you'll never each season it's a different killer, but it's like one of those thought-provoking because it's not like a slasher like Jason, it's one of those that you have to think, and there's always there's a reason why uh the slasher or the killer is killing all these people.
SPEAKER_05:There, yeah, there's a reason behind everything. I actually just watched Josh Ake Production again, and really brilliant movie, and it's so heavy, but you know what? There's so much truth in it, and like that movie is the perfect description of karmic justice at its best, and and what it is to keep living, to stay in your vibration, keep moving forward, and to stay in your integrity three three steps ahead. Even at the end, when he took his cut from the money, he helped the uh the master of the prison. I forget what they call him, but uh the warden. Yeah, the warden, thank you. Um he he took a percentage of it because that was his cut for the work he had done, because and it it it it made it fair, right? So to I don't know, I I it I truly, truly appreciate works of art that help us think, and because it really is not that far from our reality if you start to put the pieces together.
SPEAKER_01:Well, and before that, I watched uh the Charlie Sheen documentary. Oh, I wanted to watch that. Oh, you have to watch it, it's amazing because you could tell uh the producer and whatnot, no personal development. The theme is why does Charlie Sheen keep on overcoming all these things and doing all these uh fame, money, and each time he burns it down, comes back, burns it down, comes oh he's at energy harvesting, yeah. But but it's also it's someone that doesn't believe that they're worthy that until the ending, he finally five, six, seven years of of not doing any of it. You see, I I I miss that.
SPEAKER_04:My kids are a little older, but right sorry about that.
SPEAKER_01:No, hey, that that's I've I've had dogs barking. I've had I've I've had all it it makes it real. Yeah, you you you can bring her on too if you okay. I can I can bring her on the show. It's okay. She can wait, she knows we're almost done. We're almost done. Well, how so how do we find you?
SPEAKER_05:Well, through um social media, I have an Instagram account, I'm also on TikTok and YouTube, but I'll I'll be honest, transparent. I'm most active on Instagram. I find it's the most, uh, it's the quickest for me. Um, and then also my website, Leanne MarieLambert.com, and you can shoot me an email there and uh you can message me on Instagram. And uh if you want to message me and do a recording with me, and I could do even a fun coaching session with somebody, um, I can keep their bits out, but with the intention to help others who are working through their problems, I'd be happy to do that. This is what I live for. This is everything to me. I think this is your purpose. It's my purpose. I dedicated the book to my girls. Why? Because they're the future. It's not just them, it's all children.
SPEAKER_01:All children are future. Here's my my final question. I I I always have w wear the hat of the person that that doesn't believe in any of this, or okay, the helpless person. So this this is my question to you. You know what? Leanne, whatever. You know, I hear this karma, the dharma, whatever. You know what? You don't know my situation. I I go from relationship to relationship. These women break my heart. I can't believe it. Ugh. And it does, and it just my whole life, you know. I go from job to job. Each job my I work, and you know, the boss doesn't even appreciate me. Eventually, I have to quit or I get fired. Karma, I'm in a I'm a good guy, I'm a winner. I think my life's gonna change one day, I guess, but you know, not anytime soon.
SPEAKER_05:Okay, karma isn't about being good or bad, and that and I think that is the first thing I would say. Second of all, I if for anybody who doubts in the most high, and you ask and wish for certain things to happen, what if there was such a thing as a soul contract that can't be overridden? And this is why you came here was precisely to go through it, whatever it is that you're going through in order to transcend out of it. So, my answer to you would be you can keep staying on that loop that you're in, or you can start to explore something beyond that. Those are your choices. So I'm not gonna make it fancy, I'm gonna keep it real. You can keep doing what you're doing, or wait to get hit by a bust. Uh and which I call the tower moments, and and then start to explore what it is to live beyond limitation, to no longer identify in the good guy who keeps getting the shitty end of the stick because you're so much more than that.
SPEAKER_01:We were all meant for so much more. We just have to know it, not only believe it, but completely know it. Thank you. Thank you for the time, thank you for the opportunity. This is the one, the amazing Lian Marie Lambert, the spiritual mentor, the energy alchemist, karma, dharma activator, and the best-selling author of the book, Karma to Dharma.
SPEAKER_06:It's a must guy to becoming superhuman.
SPEAKER_01:I was in the cliff notes, but but thank you for finishing. All you have to do is Google, all you have to do, go on Amazon, buy the book, do the download. She's an amazing reader. She reads her own story. It's a great story. Thank you for thank you for being you. Thank you for being the light that this world needs.
