What if aging isn’t an inevitability but a system you can learn to influence? We sit down with Jay Campbell, author, founder of Bio Longevity Labs, and longtime voice in hormone optimization, to pull back the curtain on peptides, GLP-1s, TRT, and the habits that actually move the needle on biological age. No fluff, no hype cycles, just a direct path through the noise so you can stop guessing and start compounding wins.

Jay explains why only a sliver of people truly understand peptides, how GLP-1s can slash obesity risk when used with intention, and why most failures come from bad sourcing and worse guidance. We cover the core stack of real-world results: protein-forward nutrition, intelligent strength training, daily movement, high-quality sleep, and targeted therapeutics. If you’ve felt stuck between social media extremes, miracle claims on one side, fatalistic “it is what it is” on the other, this conversation gives you the signal you’ve been missing.

We also tackle the stigma around testosterone replacement therapy and the sports-era myths that still scare people away from safe, supervised care. Jay breaks down how to vet vendors, avoid counterfeit peptides, and recognize when AI-fed summaries are confidently wrong. Along the way, we talk recovery gains after 40, the danger of chasing the cheapest vial, and why mindset is the master lever: your thoughts shape your routines, and your routines sculpt your biomarkers.

If you’re ready to trade shortcuts for strategy and turn back metabolic drift with data and discipline, this is your playbook. Press play, take notes, and then take action. If this resonates, share it with someone who needs a nudge, subscribe for more contrarian health truth, and leave a review to help others find the show. Your future self will thank you.

Opening And The Big Question On Aging

SPEAKER_00

I never told no one that my whole life I've been holding back. Every time I load my gun up, so I can shoot for the star. I hear a voice like who do you think you are?

SPEAKER_01

All right, everybody, another day, another dollar, another episode of my favorite podcast because I'm biased. What if it did work, man? And I gotta say, what if aging wasn't something you had to accept, but something you could actually influence? Today's guests were the most, the most outspoken voices in the longevity and optimization space. Joined by Jay Campbell, founder of Bio Longevity Labs. Jay is known for challenging outdated health narratives around hormones, aging, and normal decline, and for pushing a proactive, data-driven approach to human performance and longevity. Talking testosterone, baby, peptides, biooptimization, the lies we've been sold about getting older and why most people are aging faster than they should. Welcome to the show, brother.

SPEAKER_03

Omar, thanks for having me, man. You gotta whoever wrote your bio, I think I need to hire him. That was pretty awesome.

Introducing Jay Campbell And Mission

SPEAKER_01

Thank you so much, brother. Dude, dude, that that two dollars and fifty cents and a lot a lot of money to get a worthless degree in journalism.

SPEAKER_03

That's awesome, man. Good job.

SPEAKER_01

Brother, I gotta have to ask you on this one, man. Why why do people just say it is what it is when it comes to aging? Especially with everything that's out there, they're like, uh let the cards fall where they may on that.

Why Most People Accept Decline

Peptides 101 And Global Awareness Gap

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I mean, it's a good question. Um, I mean, people like us don't, right? And thankfully, you know, I influence enough people that are like us. Um, and so that's not happening. But, you know, I like as I told you off air, I've done you're my fourth podcast today. And and and just so you know, for the record, I had a uh goal of 2026 of doing 75 podcasts, right? And I one time had a podcast that ran for literally 10 years, and it was a top one percent podcast. It was called the J originally was called the TRT Revolution Podcast, and then I became the Jay Campbell podcast. And I met a lot of amazing people and I interviewed people for 10 years, and you know, it started as like a one-man operation, and then it became just you know, giant three-card Monty deal with all these people involved in it. All I did was show up, but I just grew tired of it. Um, yeah, as you know, like we all have like a window of like, hey, I love doing this, it really burns my soul, and it was great. But I knew that it was time for me to get out of doing my own, and so I was like, okay, I still do a live show on Sunday nights for my audience, and I bring people like yourself and you know, various subject matter experts on, but now I just want to guest. And obviously, my company, you know, we're becoming quickly the Amazon for biohackers, uh, you know, people interested in peptides, bioregulators, and small molecules. So I was like, you know, how many shows can I get on and really preach and evangelize, you know, these incredible products? And you know, to answer your question, it really is just a knowledge gap. You know, one percent, and I know this because I'm in a big documentary that's coming out later this year, it might be early 2027. It's called Peptide Society, you're either in or aging out. And one percent of the global population knows what a peptide is, right? So it's like peptides truly represent a blue ocean opportunity for so many people. And I think as a person who's been using them, as you told me, seven months now, you understand that they're dramatic. I mean, they uh they address the underlying root causes of you know disease, illness, dysregulation. And so if we can get that 1% to 5%, and then eventually that 5% to probably 10 to 12, which is probably where it'll level off. That's dramatic, world shifting, world-shaping stuff. And you know, very honestly, I wrote a book which you probably don't even know yet because I'm not really promoting it very much. Maybe it was on the one-sheet, or if you did get that from my crew, I mean my podcast agency, it's called Metabolic Awakening with GLP peptides. And it comes out February 24th, supposedly. Uh and it's my magnum opus. And you know, I've written eight books, you know, five are international bestsellers already, but this is a monster. And I really honestly, my goal, dude, is to end obesity. And I think I think that GLP1 peptides, you know, GLP three, and obviously four and five are coming. There's all sorts of stuff in the pipeline. I think if we can expose them to enough people in the world that I think we can end obesity, I think we can end insulin resistance, metabolic derangement, etc. And as you know, by 2035, that's what they're saying, and it might be faster. That's going to be the number one killer of people is obesity. And so if we can stop that now by educating people on these incredible tools and how to use them correctly, because as you know, pharma teaches you how to use them incorrectly, uh, we can make a huge dent in society. And so that's why I love to come on shows like yourself and really evangelize these things. And obviously, I can talk about peptides and hormones and stuff, but I really think that right now, next to you know, the hormone optimization, the biggest tool in the tool belt is using GLPs correctly, and 95%, and this is all discussed in the book, 95% of people use them incorrectly.

GLP-1s, Obesity, And Using Them Right

SPEAKER_01

Well, I have to say I'm a huge fan, and you're gonna laugh. I I thought more than one percent would know just because my social media feed both is like and none, you know, like from every company to people doing reels on it.

SPEAKER_03

It's insane, dude. It's literally insane. I mean, because as you know, social media is just a giant echo chamber, right? So they know you buy peptides and instantly you're behaviorally targeted, and lone star peptides and all these fake scammers, you know, brewing shit in their basement, their kitchen are everywhere now, but it really is still a tiny, tiny subset. Because whenever I talk amongst groups of people like I told you I was in a mastermind down in your neck of the woods this weekend, and these are super ultra wealthy and successful, sophisticated people. Nothing, not a clue. You know, you talk about this stuff to them, and their eyes are beady-eyed and buzzing, and it's like, how can I get that? You know, they come up to me and they're like, Hey man, can you write this down for me again? So you just know where this is gonna go. And I like I say, like among sophisticated, affluent people, this is the biggest thing going. This is the topic because they know that they can lower their body fat, they can, like you said, lower their biological age, they can feel better, look better, have more energy, better sexual function. So it really does represent like an attack on aging. But you obviously, like you said, you have to get your information from the right people because, dude, the signal-to-noise ratio on the internet is almost all noise and very low signal.

Social Media Hype Vs Real Science

SPEAKER_01

Well, full disclosure, at the age of 52 and a half, I would say I'm in way better shape than I was at in my my late 20s, my late 20s. I was into power eating and just being married and saying it is what it is, that's it. Uh I mean, before the show started, just be because of peptides and whatnot, now I I I did work out or I would do two a days, but then sure I would feel like crap. And I mean, I pad myself on the back because I've done 75 hard. I thought maybe Andy Frisola would just pop out the door if I did it two or three times. But because of it, I feel my recovery is way faster. I've literally um February 1st marked seven months of doing two a days and not like you know walking. I I am a member of CrossFit. I I do lift at the Globo Gym, I do a Peloton, and so yeah, I I go out and I I go hard, and it's never been like uh oh my gosh. Uh just like five years ago, I was feeling it in my mid-40s that I'm like man can I can can can I sustain working out? And in fact, some sometimes you can't. I I do have a torn ACL. I used to be a marathon runner, but besides that, I I feel great and uh focused and just you know it way better than that when when you learn that there it isn't it is what it is, because a lot of people, I mean, you and I know people that are in our age group, and you're like, holy smokes, are we the same age?

SPEAKER_03

They're dead.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, they're dead. They look like the crypt keeper.

Personal Wins: Recovery, Training, And Midlife

Tools, Therapeutic Hormones, And Misuse Risks

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, one foot in the grave, as I like to call them. Yeah, I mean, dude, I'm the same way, by the way. I'll be 55 on February 24th, and I look better now than I looked in my 20s. And you know, this book, um, I've always been in really good shape. You know, I'm an ex-pro athlete, college athlete. I I've but I wasn't like this muscular and this lean until I learned how to manipulate peptides, I learned how to manipulate therapeutic hormones, etc. And you know, as I tell people, you know, and and and again, you know, I like to say, you know, be the living demonstration, be the living instrument. Um, when people see me and I talk about this, they see how impressive I look. And my wife looks just as impressive, if not more. And so it's like it really resonates more when you are a living demonstration. And so it's like I I know for a fact that in my mid-30s and even in my early 40s, I didn't look this good because I didn't have these tools. It wasn't that I wasn't working hard or I wasn't doing all the things, but I didn't have these tools like GLPs. I didn't have these technologies that allow us now to be leaner, firmer, stronger, more focused, more energetic. Yeah, sure, I had therapeutic testosterone. I've been using therapeutic testosterone since I got kicked in the nuts when I was 29. But and that's a great thing too. But like now we just have these incredible, you know, call it biomedical technologies that allow us, if you understand how to use them, and that's the big issue, the divide is still like a lot of people use them, but they don't know what the fuck they're doing. So it's like if you understand how to use them correctly, they're the greatest cheat codes of all time, and it's only gonna get better. And I write about that in the book. Like what I recommend now, which is amazing and can change the world and end obesity in two years, may not even be relevant because that's what's in the pipeline, you know. So it's like it's a really awesome time to be alive. But again, as we said at the very beginning of the show, make sure you're getting your information from people that know what the hell they're talking about. Because, bro, and I mean this when I say this I've been using therapeutic peptides since I was since how old was I since 2003, right? So that's early 30s. And 90, and I mean this in all sincerity: 95% of the people talking about peptides on social media have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. None, zero. They do not understand the pharmacodynamics or the pharmacinetics. They listen to other people like me talk about peptides and then they regurgitate shit. Uh, there are so many, as you know, scammers in the space now selling fake, bunk, counterfeit, watered down, not even real shit. So it's like you got to be really, really cautious and careful where you get from. And sadly, the social media algorithms are awarding the retards. Like the loudest, yeah, the loudest, clueless morons get the most play. And so the saddest part is that the people that are well-meaning and well-intentioned, it's very difficult to get good information. And then, dude, we got to add this, right? Because we'd be lying if we weren't. I know you're a smart guy and you talk about this, but AI is completely nonsense. I play this game, I play this game a lot, right? Because AI uses my data, and I'll ask it, what would Jay Campbell say? And I give it six questions. And we have a bot, I've spent a lot of money. We built a bot, you know, for my private community. And bro, I get and I, you know, I use all of them perplexity, Claude, chat, or uh chat GPT, and then Grok. I get six different answers. And by the way, six different answers, all wrong. So imagine the average person using AI right now to get information on peptides. It's not good.

SPEAKER_01

Well, it says right off the bat, hey, we're not a hundred percent accurate. Imagine having to go to your heart surgeon or your brain surgeon, and it's it's major, and he's like, you know what? I might fuck up, I might not do my best, right?

SPEAKER_03

Or or the number two cause of death in the world is literally, as you just said, doctors practicing medicine. But yeah, dude, it's AI has made it worse.

SPEAKER_01

Well, and then people make it look like AI. You and I have written books. Have you seen all the bullshit that hey AI, you can just spit out a book with you know, 30 minutes, an hour. You you and I could just knock out another five or six books, according to all those ads and all that. And that's just flat out bullshit, dude. But people believe it to buy the the program from the fucking guy selling something.

Scam Vendors, Quality Control, And Safety

SPEAKER_03

Exactly, who's a scammer himself. Exactly. You know, it's awesome that you just I'm glad you said that because and I am very outspoken and vocal about this, and I will continue to be as I do more and more podcasts exposing the book because I just agreed to a big deal today, uh, a media campaign, uh, pre and pub or pre and post, excuse me. Zero AI. Did not use AI in any ability of this book. I have two copywriters and myself, uh, one researcher, and we spent eight months. There's uh there's 1400 scientific references in this book. It's 720 pages, and we've never once used any AI. You know, there were times where one of my copywriters was like, Hey man, I I just want to do the key findings and just see what it does compared to what we wrote. And I said, Absolutely not. It will contaminate the whole document, it'll contaminate the whole document, then it's bullshit. It'll contaminate the entire document just to do it one time because it'll it'll change your mindset of like, oh, well, maybe I'm not doing it right. No, we did the research.

SPEAKER_01

Once you go down that, okay, it's just exactly what what about one chapter? Exactly, bro. It's like one paragraph, 100% citation, 100%, 100% pages.

AI Misinformation And Knowledge Decay

SPEAKER_03

Bro, I'm serious when I tell you this. I'm so clueless with AI. When my friends or people in my network send me, like, hey, put this prompt and watch what comes out, I'll be like, I don't know how to do it. And they'll be like, What are you talking about? I've never used AI one time in my entire life. My daughters, if I need something out of AI, I will literally send to my 16 and 18-year-old daughters, I'll say, Hey, can you put this into one of these fucking bullshit bots and tell me what it sends back? Because I, dude, I don't want to use it. I don't want to contaminate my brain. I want to use my brain to think, to discern. As soon as you outsource your brain to fucking AI, like you said, you're going down a rabbit hole and you might never get out.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, what dude, when people, oh, did you use it? I'm like, motherfucker. I'm like, look at the years that that both my books came out. Don't give me that shit. And if it my third book, when it comes out, why would that a book should be from your heart, man? Exactly. Not not from T2000, not just cyber dying. Exactly, dude.

SPEAKER_03

It's totally true. And honestly, dude, like that's the other thing is most books today are sloped. They're literally written by AI.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, dude, for right for sure, man. But but before I I would complain about the gurus because it's the same book, they just fucking moved the chapters.

SPEAKER_03

100%, bro. 100%.

SPEAKER_01

Same fucking small talk, the same stories, they just move the chapters around.

SPEAKER_03

No doubt.

SPEAKER_01

But I at least those assholes got the first book. They they are the ghostwriter, and then they're just moving it around. Totally true. Like, oh, here, let me let me type in whatever bullshit. I I mean going to you and a premier expert on peptides, I would want to know from you. You personally, and said I'd I'd be shocked if you're like, Hey, you know what? I haven't done shit in years. I just I just go to a machine and go, hey, pretend I'm Jay Campbell.

SPEAKER_03

What imagine how many influencers are actually doing that?

SPEAKER_01

Oh dude, you know how many people are basing career choices and all exactly because it it it spits out some bullshit. It's insane. Once again, though, at the very beginning, it says it's not accurate, right?

SPEAKER_03

Right. It's not accurate. I mean, again, if you actually have knowledge, you know the answer before you ask the question, and you're testing it to see if it has a clue, and it's like, holy shit! I mean, like I said, we built a bot because my community was like wanting more of me, and I just don't have the time. I have a wife and kids and a wife. Oh, dude, that's that's that's different than like you know, I was against doing it, but we did it so that we could outsource some of the knowledge to the bot. And like I said, so I'm testing the bot every now and then, and it's constantly having to be updated because, as you said, it's picking up the collective consciousness of the stupidity of the fucking people, and so it takes what they say and then it puts it together and regurgitates it. And so if it's like it it's what's that statement, garbage in is garbage out.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you're gonna laugh. I I learned from one of the reels on AI, just like on peptides and of course, what you need to do with AI is ask it something that it knows about you that you don't know, so it it's spit out like you know, this fucking holy shit, yeah. Exactly. And I read it and I'm like, this is this isn't even fucking me, man. Of course, I don't know.

unknown

I don't know what this is.

SPEAKER_01

Isn't that insane? It literally hallucinates. If you don't know who you are, that you need to ask, not even a person, an actual you like what would a computer, you know, what would AI know about me more no shit than I know about myself. And I wasted my time because I watched that 90-second reel, and and then I was the the moron to follow it, and I could imagine if I I I read it, I'm like, oh my gosh, this this is who I really am. Maybe this is who I am.

The Social Media Grift Economy

SPEAKER_03

Well, I mean, uh you know, we're talking about it, and I know we're going a lot of different directions on this podcast, which is great. Thank you for keeping me engaged. Um, bro, at what point, at what point, and it's not long, do we j do we doubt anything we see on social media? Because deep fakes, you know, fake video.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, at what can't be long, dude. No, dude, no, man. It's like that movie Idiocracy. People get dumber and dumber, man. You know how many times I've seen, like, have you you've seen these, right? Where the whale or the shark has all those barnacles and and it jumps up on the ship and people are scrubbing it down, and the friggin' humpback whale is like, you know, thank you guys, this is awesome. And yeah, it looks real, but you have to be fucking mentally not there to, and you read everything. This is so amazing, man.

SPEAKER_03

Dude, they hypnotize you. They, if you go, I tell people this all the time, and I don't do it anymore. And by the way, I made the decision yesterday in the morning with my team that I have deleted, I mean, they're constantly deleting me on Instagram. I'm delete, I was deleted off TikTok three years ago. The only social media platform that I'm allowed free reign is X right now, and I'm still invisible there. I cannot go viral, they do not show my account to non-followers. Uh, but Instagram is we decided yesterday that that's it. I'm done. I'm not going to post on there anymore because they keep giving me strikes. They remove, dude, they remove content from 2018 and 19 about peptides that I posted back then. So it's like it's not a real platform, it's all bullshit. They reward again, as you know, the fucking loudest morons.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, it's just not worth it, dude. Jay, they reward people that are hey, you know what? Six months I was mowing lawns, and then now I'm living in La Jolla for only$49.99. Send that to me, and I will show you how you too can be in a mansion. I was mowing lawns and now I live on a beach house in La Jolla, right? Yeah, dude. I it's so many, so much of that bullshit. And it was so true, dude. What one of the first speaking gigs that I got was with a guy doing that and about how success, how you can do it quick. And I'm like, I can't I can't do it, man. Yeah, because there's there's no such thing as this exactly, it's all bullshit. You know, like bullshitting people young people and a believing, hey man, you know, boom, boom the bus, the no time. You can be like, you know, washing cars, then all of a sudden you're CEO of a Fortune 500 because you know, you you bought this guy's program or you follow him.

SPEAKER_03

Dude, you notice that's funny you're talking about this. I you the I believe that social media, like numbers-wise, attracts more psychopaths than any profession.

SPEAKER_01

Well, dude, uh dude, you know, could you imagine if if Ted Mondi was picking up chicks left and right back then? The power of if that motherfucker had to be a good thing.

Gen X Grit, NIL Money, And Sports Culture

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, to amplify his reach on social media exactly. Insane, but but but it but it also goes to show you man social media most people that follow me well all my new people are people trying to sell bullshit to me right exactly it's exactly true it's exactly true imagine if this was the way you did business I'll follow this guy I'll start liking a couple of posts and then I'll send him a message oh hell yeah I'm Mother Teresa brother I'm do you want do you wanna it's it's like I I I can get go make you go viral guy's got like 50 people following him I I can get you a million appointments I know dude it's like please man please dude I I the best thing I ever did it's funny because I had that happen years ago too is I put many chat on my Instagram so if anybody sends me a message it's just the autoresponder stuff hey you want this this is free blah blah blah so nobody ever gets a hold of me and through Instagram and so now I avoid all those people because there's still 20 of them hitting me up a day oh you your profile needs help and blah blah blah it's like dude fuck off it's like dude do you think I'd fucking need like I would hire you like oh you know I'm fucking drowning and I'm gonna hire you to save me come on how many well but well the so the real question is is how many of those people again because it's getting so realistic how many of those people are actually bots and not even real themselves oh I'm sure plenty and it's exactly exactly oh dude I had to quit and I would write like blogs for LinkedIn and like 20 minimum from Mediterranean people.

SPEAKER_01

Sure I can grow your podcast I can have you be bigger than Ed Milette, Andy Fabella put together Anthony Robbins.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

And I'm like thinking I'm like then how come there's no Arab like you know Joe Rogan if these guys are that fucking they are they're all psychopaths dude they really are they'll say anything.

SPEAKER_03

Could you imagine like and I'm sure there's people that pay well yeah because like you said the people are dumber than boxes of rocks at this point because AI is dumbing them out.

SPEAKER_01

I'm sure it's like a bunch of Arabs like just like that you know saying hit and play or whatever and it makes it look like oh wow you know an extra 500 people just I I used to get those people from LinkedIn too it would be like Bangladesh podcast promoter.

SPEAKER_03

Yes uh and then they message you and then they're like I mean I dude I don't respond to anyone on LinkedIn. I've got like Fortune 500 CEOs message me on LinkedIn and I've got a executive assistant that checks it like once a week because it's so nonsensical. I mean I know there is some value on LinkedIn every now and then but like again I just I've gotten to the point where it's like it's just the signal to noise is just mostly mostly noise. You know why waste time?

SPEAKER_01

Well that's that's it man and you know what believe it or not this is gold because this business and personal development because a lot of fucking stupid people do will do a career choice one with chat GPT well let me see should I'm making plenty of money being an executive is at this cunt company but should I open up my own marketing firm chat GPT open up your own marketing firm you two can be amazing it's totally true dude it's literally I I like I said I mean I feel really bad for the younger people today because they're not as wise to the ways of the world as somebody like you and I. But dude we're Generation X because and we're the toughest because we've gone through so much exactly we go through we went through so much bullshit and we're hardened bro Gen X is the last hope of this panel we're we're carrying the old with the boomers and the young people and we don't fucking protest exactly we've never protested ever dude that was the boomers and the young kids man i any major protest you go out there it's it's like old people I know young and like generation X is like because we know life is shit man work yeah I know we do generation it's funny you say that but I agree Generation X is the last beacon it's the last remaining hope. Just trust it up man we are Obi-Wan Kenobi bro and it's over and it's it's it's just people are soft in general now man and they need the peptides they think about it this way and it's not a liberal thing and it's not a conservative people cry over a fucking election man and they'll fucking protest it it's like kids just because everybody got a participation trophy.

Rigged Games, Entertainment, And Trust Erosion

SPEAKER_03

Yeah exactly there's a winner and there's a loser guys come on man but dude think about it it's fucking up everything like look at NIL and college sports now it's destroyed the entire sports you can't watch NILS everybody's transferring oh my god coach screamed at me everything is rigged bro I mean like dude the other night who was it um a major division one basketball coach literally oh it was Rick Barnes of Tennessee he literally asked I have a feeling that my my kids might be betting on games you can't trust it dude I mean imagine giving an 18 year old kid 1.4 million dollars he doesn't know shit or shine what to do with it what are else are they gonna do with it other than gamble on fucking games themselves but dude the best part was originally and I all was like these kids were so poor they couldn't even buy totally exactly so we went from that to four million so now they're literally gambling on games buying fucking four hundred thousand dollar cars with gold rims I know dude it's insane dude lamp Lambos for for a insane 18 year old kids buying Lambos dude and and talk about not the the problem is is when you don't do the work there's there's not that 100% zero value there's not zero value and that's the same thing if I if I'm like fuck it Jay I'm just gonna staple my my stomach instead of parking a Peloton in front of my refrigerator and and changing my habits exactly just because everybody wants easy without doing the work. Exactly dude that's a hundred percent right easy button and you know this too right like money is currency it's energy and you can't hold on to it or keep it or maintain it until you get to a place because it's totally commensurate with the amount of people you serve right so you might luck into it at some point in your life and you're not obviously serving a lot of people you're probably service to self and you maybe invent something and you make a lot of money but usually no you will not hold on to it because you just said it you haven't done the work to understand how you got it and you're not serving the greater good so it's going to go away. It's gonna burn up in smoke. And that's what happens to every person that comes into money easily all those kids that are playing right now NAIL you and I both know less than one percent make it as pros. So they will lose all that money statistically within the next four to five years because they won't make it in the NBA they won't make it in the NFL they won't make it in major league baseball or wherever soccer and what will they do with that money?

SPEAKER_01

It'll be gone they'll be in debt they'll be in debt of course dude it's funny that they have that that knee jerk reaction whenever they hear somebody running out of money like that but it's like people you re somebody and the average person that wins it's never the average person because everybody at the lottery right is fucking you know people that need to be fucking reinvested people in Walmart bro people of Walmart exactly you you give that motherfucker 40 million bucks and you expect him to have have a base and he's like well you know what I'm all about you know income I'm I'm all about assets that produce income no man got guy guys like fucking cuz cousin Eddie from vacation no doubt dude literally no it's it's exactly true I mean that's what my buddies and I when we talk about NAIL now we'd like to joke about it and we're like imagine the stories that we're all gonna hear in three to five years dude about what's victim stories too though oh yeah oh yeah but I mean imagine we will literally be shitting our pants laughing so hard hearing kids did with the money is the media tries to manipulate it that it's not NIL and it's Cinderella like totally Indiana totally a hundred and something years of playing shit football totally it's not Mark Cuban dumping a shit ton of money dude it's that's exactly that's by the way I'm glad you brought that up because that's what I said and I've been saying is that the teams that are winning now has nothing to do with history or legacy or tradition it's teams that know how to use the money get general managers get agents get people that are selling a business and Indiana did it the best and they did it for two years in a row the bus exactly exactly but they paint the picture it's like five years ago I know dude it's grow crazy it's like oh the university of Miami is back. It's like no they spent 45 million dollars on the roster that exactly that that's how they're back.

Self-Help Addiction Without Action

Stigma Around TRT And Performance Myths

SPEAKER_03

Dude you know what's hilarious is I said this three years ago when I first started to like understand what was going on at AL is like if I'm Jerry Jones right and I'm an Arkansas grad like I'm literally giving John Calipari 30 million dollars to go out and get 10 best players in the transfer portal in the high school and I'm gonna win three national championships or four national champions in a row. And I'm gonna tell those guys that hey you can go to the NBA but statistically you have 1% chance of making it you can play at my school for four years in a row and I'm gonna pay you three million a season and dude that's how you win a national championship. But these motherfuckers are so stupid and I mean multiple national championships they're so stupid nobody has even figured it out yet or they just don't give a shit. But why would you not do that? You would go hire a general manager you would hire two really awesome agents who like you said would literally build assets diversifiable assets that actually earn recurring revenue for these kids and you would say to them hey dude in four years of staying at Arkansas you're gonna likely win two or three national championships and when you graduate you won't make the NBA maybe some of you will 1% but the rest of you are going to have 16 million dollars here and this is the rest of your life and they haven't even done it yet they're not smart enough to do this I mean I would do this in a heartbeat it both sides aren't smart enough because if the kid the kid thinks they're gonna have the instead the lebrons to be like the the Jacksons or or everybody has exactly the truth look at the NFL I mean talk about let's go deeper right like the NFL is complete nepotism the same coaches continually get rehired and refired. Oh the NFL the NFL pays the all the money from the endorsement and the in the TV contract dude Al Davis's son that troglodyte retarded looking coach with with the nice haircut with four coaches he's paying$2500 or more a week for the next four years and you know what he doesn't give a shit because it's not his money it's the NFL contract money and they they haven't figured it out and it's all a scam that they continually hire retreads bro Jim Harbaugh or what's John Harbaugh gets fired and he gets a better deal to go to New York people were like breaking down his door why would you not want to get fired you get a better deal with the next deal it's dude it's such a scam professional sports is now college sports there's no difference and they're you're right they're all dumber than boxes of rocks they can't figure it out but I mean I mean again if you're Jerry Jones and you got more money than you can possibly spend his franchise I mean his the the Cowboys are the world the highest call you know uh highest value professional sports team they say they're estimated at like 16 billion but I mean he literally bro could just give John Calapari 35 million or 30 million whatever it is for college basketball a season for the next four years and win four national championships and they haven't figured it out yet they haven't figured it out yet it's Arkansas man but I mean make it North Carolina or Duke or any no no I I I but I just figured this out because if you figure that out then you would get change because they would eventually be like oh this is not fair well well with him being huge with Arkansas why do they still suck so bad in football because they're retarded they're retarded dude we already said it these people don't understand the system that they're working in they don't they're missing they're miss they're they're I mean again it's a misappropriation of funds I mean I'm a Kentucky basketball fan and they spent 22 million on their roster and they suck it's mid it's mid they suck how do you spend 22 million and not even be a top 20 team so again dude the whole system is broken it's corrupt they're gambling on sports bro we saw that in what was it December or November when they had that giant NBA investigation with Chauncey Billups and all those people were indicted and charged with felonies and it disappeared in a day it was NBA players with the mob it just disappeared in a day I mean it was like all these guys were indicted and it went away it was like oh we can't oh dude it it it was it was as trivial as exactly like exactly when when an NBA team sits their star players on the road game to I forgot the name of that stupid shit that they call it now there where they they they hose the you know everybody pays all this money to see the star players yeah yeah dude it's I mean dude all of college it's for maintenance all college and professional sports now you have to assume is rigged the NFL Super Bowl is rigged I mean you saw that meme the graphic where they showed Sam Darnold and Drake May the closest to the Super Bowl trophy on the first of September last year. It's all rigged everything is rigged it's an entertainment association they they legally professionally can basically be the WWE and they're allowed to do it.

SPEAKER_01

There's no investigation they're literally considered an entertainment enterprise which means they can do whatever they want they can rig the games fix the outcomes and you know they do bro that's not even debatable at this point they get the refs to call the game a specific way social media oh dude I'll never forget when the Saints against the Rams and they got the Rams and that was that horrible passing interference for even a six year old be like yeah that's a penalty and they're like yeah nothing no call well dude I'm a Bengals fan and against the Rams when they had that in the game one and they made that phantom call on third and 10 where they said the guy pushed them in the back and then they gave the game to the Rams so the game the game was in LA they had to have the Rams winning all rigged bro against the Chiefs the same shit they cheated the Bengals and the Chiefs too yes they did yeah well when when the Bengals were gonna win and then 100% this they they're giving the calls to the Chiefs at 100% that was in the that was literally in the next year in the AFC championship games they pushed the Bengals offensive linemen they pushed his fucking helmet off three times in a row and did no calls so that they could get the Chiefs to the Super Bowl trust me I don't it's all rigged but I used to say it was cool that we could watch college because college was actually still the pure love of the game and people tried and now they've really because it was all about tradition too exactly you know the kid it it but you know it's gone when everybody's like transferring you you can literally start for a team but there's no loyalty guys like whoa who's gonna pay him I'll be in the transfer exactly dude yep or now you see he's re-signed what the fuck does that mean there's no right like every university now because the player just they they they put his demands on up or whatever he's re-signed with the bro it's insane it's absolutely the most insane shit and and and again there's no intervention where is the government like why are they not stepping in from an antitrust standpoint and saying hey guys this is outrageous this is not professional you guys are collegiate it's almost like dude I mean I don't want to be like tin foil I mean I do have a tin foil hat I could put on up there but like it's almost like they do know that we're like at the tail end of whatever is coming whether it's a meteor or aliens or something I mean it's just like they don't even give a shit anymore.

Cheap Peptides, Real Risk, And Due Diligence

SPEAKER_03

Like there's nobody that cares. But dude you don't remember it was like what in January Uncle Sam's like yeah there's aliens out there yeah I know I mean they've already told us yeah but but to find and it was like nothing it was it was like the most inconstant dude 30 years ago this it it would have been pandemonium man it would it would look like the movie Deep Impact but bro just like you said exactly but you just like you said we are living in the idiocracy yeah so yeah fuck it I mean I mean I mean they could land on the White House lawn or LA or New York or Tampa or Miami or whatever and dude most people would be like oh it's just CGI uh oh yeah that's bullshit man that's bullshit but it's true man we're we're on a whole every year people amaze me on how fucking stupid exact society is getting we see through the same exact veil dude like I say the same thing to my wife every day like I cannot imagine how dumb the average person is well dude I hear I'll I'll show you how dumb people are you you're a Floridian when you're on the turnpike at the rest stop they have to tell you there's signs everywhere in the bathroom not to drink the fucking toilet water oh my god dude don't even get me called so next time you're on the on the turnpike go to the rest stop in the bathroom and you're like holy shit this motherfucker wasn't lying dude that is dude I've taken I I always take a pick and post to go what type of fucking world do we live in that they have to tell you do not drink the toilet water oh not because it's from the toil it's recycled water is is the gist of it you know but if if it was clean toilet water you know dude you're right man we live we are we are in the in the in the reckoning of like what is to come after this but yeah I mean you're right dude like AI has completely annihilated human intelligence and the average person at this point is so inflamed mentally and physically I mean think about it dude I get emails from people who are asking me questions about my brand and it's like one gigantic run-on sentence in the subject line of course they don't even go into the body of the email to send me an email they just ramble in the subject line until they run out of fucking letters dude people are are gonna be so fucking stupid when they hear what you do and they're like okay well I will bypass him uh how should I do testosterone and Surmoralin well chat GBT will know it'll it'll it'll it it will know who gives a shit if it says there's a you know a good percent you know that it's full of shit but you know it it it can't be wrong it's crazy dude but dude it'll give you like I said could you imagine that people are out there telling you and this will be true ask it what it knows about you that you don't know about yourself man that that was that that that's like Dalai Lama shit man like I said man I read that dude I mean believe me I I I I do unfortunately I do know these things it's fucking believe that you'd be like oh this is who I really am no it's not man it's no different than a fucking Chinese fortune cookie from fucking PF Change man no shit no shit this has been a pretty epic show do you want to add anything else?

Dopamine Loops, Porn, And Declining Vitality

SPEAKER_01

When's the book coming out? The book yeah so the book comes out on uh right now technically sometime between the 24th and 27th of February uh Barnes and Noble or no it'll be everywhere it'll be on Amazon but it'll be it'll be everywhere fuck Barnes Noble anyway no it'll but honestly because of the people I'm working with it probably will be in there limited print or run but um it'll be everywhere. Jay I'll I'll tell you what happened to a Barnes and Noble I I made a a story about it. There was one closing down uh Pembroke Pines there was like the lines to like to see Jesus Christ For the Pope, yeah, people are waiting for a 25% discount three, four hours. Unbelievable and the completely empty. There's nothing in the store now. They had to close down earlier. And you're probably like, oh man, these fucking people, they're they're buying books on personal development and business development. These people are sharp as no, dude. They're buying whatever fucking bitching that that they five percent.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

And it's not like they're like, here, come and stand in line. Dude, I I wouldn't even stand in a line like that for a free book, but you're giving me a fucking discount? Are you I mean, dude, half of them can't even fucking read them anyway? Well, dude, there's people that buy books just to buy them, man. And they're oh I'm gonna or or this is my favorite. We're both in personal business development. Oh, I I can quote from the guru. I know this book so well. Did you implement one fucking thing? Just one thing, zero book. Zero, dude. I a guy that I know completely lost. Guy's in his mid to late 50s, but he believes he's okay because Harlan Sanders, because you know, people believe that bullshit. Of course. Now, granted, this guy doesn't have a a chicken recipe, and then and they never tell you the story that the motherfucker lived in this car. This guy was like 24-7 at at that age. Yep, but but you know, he's oh, I still have time, so he's always like, So, what book shall I read next? I'm like, dude, just read fiction, man, because all this bullshit you're reading, it's fucking boring, and you don't implement one thing, you're right, dude. Yep, but that's not him, that's everybody, man.

SPEAKER_03

Exactly, dude. Like all the people, you know, I learned it a long time ago, but the people that go to the self-help seminars or the personal development seminars, they just literally jump from one to the next one and they get so high from being there, and then like nothing, do nothing, dude, literally do nothing.

SPEAKER_01

And the best part, all that shit that you paid ten thousand dollars, it's free online, man. Exactly, all that information, but you want to be somewhere because you want that cyber hug, you want some motherfucker to you want to feel loved because you're in a room full of people that are just like you, but you're you're you're not like anybody else because you're fucking just as stupid as the people that save the money because you're not fucking doing the work, regardless, dude. So let's see, would I rather spend ten thousand dollars for three days, listen to bullshit, and be pitched non-stop by the guru because there's more. There's the wait, there's more. There's way more, man. Fuck you and your 10,000 bucks that you just spent. There's more. You you want nirvana, you want happiness? Spend more. So you go to that, you feel great because the music, the fog machine, you feel like pumped up, man.

SPEAKER_03

You're walking over the hot coals.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you're doing it. And and then you come home, you have all these notes, you do, you do jack shit with it. Who's smarter? The person that saved the ten thousand dollars that's not doing anything, or the person that thinks he's gonna change his life, and never does anything, and never does anything else. At least the other guy had maybe the ten thousand dollars, he goes to Hawaii or something like that. Exactly.

Mindset, Service, And Taking Ownership

SPEAKER_03

He gets a vacation out of it. You're right, dude. You're right. We we see things very eye to eye, bro.

SPEAKER_01

It's pretty cool, and and also, brother, I this this this is something I've always wanted to know. What why is there just such a bad rap for test on testosterone, especially TRT? Why is it that most people feel that you're like the bash brothers that you're you're balcon you're getting ready to go with Victor Conti and Balco?

SPEAKER_03

It's really actually a simple answer. They don't love and trust themselves. And because I can see this in my father. My father is 80 years old, he desperately needs therapeutic testosterone. He thinks I'm a drug dealer. Like he sees all my internet fame and all the things I've done and all these different things, but he just is like, that's not for me. I mean, they they're just in fear. They're just in fear. You know, I've heard it all, bro. It's unethical, it's immoral, it's cheating, it's illegal. I mean, I've heard it all. And it's like, dude, it's no different than fucking getting LASIKs for your eyes. You're literally optimizing a hormone that you're losing as you get older and you won't do it because it's not right. It's illegal, it's unethical, it's immoral. They've also been brainwashed by the media, right? Like the baseball steroid scandal, Ben Johnson, you know, it goes back. I mean, dude, that's what's so insane is anabolic steroids were legal up until 1992. If you were a bodybuilder and you're lifting weights in the 60s, 70s, and 80s and early 90s, you just went to the fucking, you know, over-the-counter in a pharmacy and got whatever you want Dianabol, Windstraw, fucking testosterone, and then they unmade it illegal.

SPEAKER_01

Arnold Schwarzenegger, it's like motherfucker, 99.9% of the people can be cycling up a storm, and we we would I the closest I ever got to the Olympia was uh I used to sell supplements, so I got to go to Vegas.

SPEAKER_03

So you got there, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

But not as a participant. Most most people have this jaded. I I think, and it's great because you get to be on that pulpit, like oh, those motherfuckers uh Roger Clemens, that piece of shit. That motherfucker, you cheating. Yeah, like what I tell people is so if there was a shot or a pill that you could take that you could make forty thousand dollars more a year, would you take it? Exactly. Now, now the honest, yeah, of course, man. Oh no, no, it's it's cheating. Get the fuck out of here, dude. You know, and the best is dude. Every did anybody like complain when everybody's hitting those fucking monsters?

Where To Find Jay And Final Takeaways

SPEAKER_03

Those were the best times. It's funny you brought that up because I was literally talking to somebody about that the other day. Those are the greatest times in the history of baseball. Oh, for sure, they'll never ever recover and they'll never have that kind of media acclaim and and that kind of popularity with people. And yeah, they killed it and it died.

SPEAKER_01

But dude, and you don't think bud sealing and baseball knew those guys were like when when Barry had groups, of course they fucking knew. Of course they fucking knew, you know, but they're like, oh my gosh, for real? All these, you know, no, come on, man. Everybody and and Roger Clemens throwing 100 at at like 47 and 48. Oh, of course, man. I was shocked. I I thought it was all natural from being from Texas and eating a lot of red meat.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, by the way, Nolan Ryan, they were all on that shit, dude.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, dude, yeah, man. The thing is, is we're we're people just want to point fingers because it makes you feel better about yourself. Exactly. Yeah, because dude, and oh man, I I had an egg, and this is funny. This is shit, she'd probably shit on me now. I I did the my first 75 way before any peptides, uh, somoral in without TRT, nothing like that. And she said I cheated because I was taking supplements, so I could only imagine if I was still with her. I'm like, Well, I'm seven months in working out, doing two days on 50. She's like, Well, well, well, but you're a motherfucker because you are like with Victor Conte out there in the Bay Area, just pumping shit into your system.

SPEAKER_03

Victor Conti, there's a name from the past. Is that guy still alive?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, dude. I saw uh oh, no, I think he actually he he he recently died. There's a there's not much on Netflix that's cool, but there's uh a documentary on um Yeah, no, I know.

SPEAKER_03

I'm trying to say is he is he alive?

SPEAKER_01

No, he isn't. He isn't because that um oh yeah, die he died, dude.

SPEAKER_03

He died on November 3rd at the age of 75. Yeah, uh yeah, pancreatic cancer. Holy shit.

SPEAKER_01

His kid um was uh did most of the talking from, but yeah, dude, it it is what it is, man. That's awesome. I when when I looked at your one sheet, dude, your books, just looking at the titles, the first thing I would tell anybody, because most people, I'm not gonna say any age, most people, because we live in a society where gold's gym folded, but Planet Fitness is fucking killing it with their free pizza in bagels, people need to read this, people need to implement it, and then people need to learn about peptides because the ghost of Christmas fucking future is gonna be knocking on your door, and he's he it and your Ebonese are Scrooge, and he's not gonna give you very good news because you know, usually, oh my god, oh my god, the doctor said it's totally true, dude.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, you think about all those people and they're that you know, again, it's a little bit of the boomer generation, but there's still even younger people who still they the doctor is the lab coat god, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

There's people kids need boner pills, man. I know, dude. Exactly. Could you I don't think when Viagra ever said, Hey, you know what? People are gonna be so fucked up that we're gonna be writing scripts for guys in their 20s for it.

SPEAKER_03

You think about porn addiction, internet addiction, video game addiction, all that stuff fucks up their brain pathways and they can't get an erection.

SPEAKER_01

No, dude. And and I told people, and my mom was right, porn isn't real, man. You you call the fucking plumber and he's not gonna be there on time, man. Like, no doubt. No doubt.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I mean, I don't look, I I I I've been I I think if you have a a wife or a significant other and you're in a monogamous long-term relationship and you guys watch porn together to spice shit up or whatever, you know. Oh, that's different, dude. Yeah, exactly. Totally different, but visual stimulation is fine. But like these young kids that are literally watching porn and jerking off 10 times a day, their fucking brains are gone, they're mush, mush.

SPEAKER_01

But but dude, you are so addicted to dopamine, like that that a hot chick hitting on. Doesn't even interest you, doesn't even interest you, doesn't interest you. It would be like, you know, uh, you know.

Closing And Call To Act

SPEAKER_03

Well, I've at dude, I've actually spoken to groups of young men, and they have said to me, it's interesting, but they have said to me, Why would I want to deal with a woman's emotions and you know how young, you know, 18 to 24-year-old women are, or 24 to 30-year-old women are, when I can just jerk off and not have to deal with any of that bullshit. You know, so when they brought that up to me in that way, it was kind of like I laughed because it was like, yeah, I can see that, but obviously long term that's not sustainable, right? Because if you want to procreate, and that's the reason we're here, you got to have a relationship, and you also have to learn how to deal with a woman, yeah, and and and balance your emotions around.

SPEAKER_01

Well, dude, that's honestly what you just said is the reason why the birth rates declining exactly whatever political bullshit both are spewing, because they're you know it pandering to their base 100 it addicted to dopamine, addicted to stupid shit. If if you're gonna be obsessive, at least be obsessive like me, dude. Work out for seven months, exactly, work on your fucking side hustle, get quit working for some other motherfucker that doesn't care about you, create something you don't need chat GPT because you know the world has been around for fucking thousands of years, people have been around without chat GPT. Exactly. Don't don't rely on on things, man. Don't rely on on technology, dude. Yeah, so that like like I said, man, I would rather watch your stuff, watch your videos, read about it, fucking go to you guys for peptides, then ask a machine, or buy the cheapest. We have the cheapest pet. Who the fuck? Well, dude, that that's like if I'm like Jay, would you like to fly the cheapest airline? We cut it. It's so true, dude.

SPEAKER_03

It's literally so true. People literally come to me and they're like, I don't understand. You guys sell you know Renatru Thai GLP3 for$149 on sale, and this guy sells it for$79. How do you do that? I'm like, because their shit's fake, motherfucker. And then the same people will literally come to you and be like, you know, I use peptides, it didn't work. You're like, it didn't work. What the fuck are you talking about? But again, they're retarded, like you said. They literally will pick the lowest common denominator, the cheapest price, the wildest moron that hits them up on Facebook or Instagram, and then they realize when it doesn't work, why it doesn't work.

SPEAKER_01

But dude, think about this, Jay. This is how fucking stupid people are. So you're gonna put something in your own body, but you're gonna go for the cheapest. You're gonna go for the cheapest, and you're gonna go with some random fucking company that advertises on Facebook or Instagram. Well, beyond by all means, man. That that that's that's the way we should do our lives.

SPEAKER_03

Lone Star Peptide sent you a a WhatsApp and they said, Hey bro, we got Reddit for$59, and you buy a bunch of it, then you're retarded. I mean, there's nothing.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, dude, I've seen some hey, for only$39.99 NAD. I'm like, fuck, man. I'm like, are they are they literally stealing people's money, or are they just fucking putting what spring water into these vials and saying you're stringing?

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I guarantee you the lot of that shit is fucking like exactly what it is. It's bacterial static water, it's static water, it's it's completely fake.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, well, dude, if if there's a going rate for shit, exactly, exactly, you know, it it's like it's like okay, well, if if I'm gonna go somewhere like the steamboat veil, am I gonna be like, I need to find the cheapest hotel, right? And who cares if the heater's working right now? Fuck it. You know, I I want the shag carpet, I want them to advertise that there's free cable. I want to go somewhere like that, freeze my ass off, get fucking dust mites, might get robbed in the in the parking lot, and if I'm lucky, somebody can fucking sell me crack all at the same time. But that's but that's and that's the same way, dude, with with peptides. It literally is the exact same thing. Right there, man. You know? So I I decided fuck it, you know. It it it should be like seafood, just buy it off, you know, some guy off, you know, he's parked outside, you know, the road. He's got lobster for sale, has has peptides. I also have peptides. Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_03

Man, oh bro, do you do stand-up comedy, man? You're killing me, man. This is awesome.

SPEAKER_01

Because because they're not you, dude. I I I fucking uh there there's three ways this could have gone. This was the way it should have been, because it's no holds barred. We're we're not bullshitting. It's awesome.

SPEAKER_03

We're not fucking best podcast I did today by far.

SPEAKER_01

We could have been descripted. Oh, can you please send me all the questions in the TLP three? Yeah, exactly. Yes, and it would be boring as fuck. Nobody wouldn't learn anything.

SPEAKER_03

Nope.

SPEAKER_01

In fact, people will go just because they're like, Man, these motherfuckers are dropping truth bombs. This is real, yeah, yeah, and you know, I I I've been having to throw in like the testosterone questions and not and whatnot, because you just want to have a real conversation, yeah. You know, 100% right there that shows you're not here to show. Yeah, because there's people dude, you're the first time in five years I was doing one right before right before you. Sure. The guy, I'm like point blank. I asked him, he's CEO, you know, publicist, doesn't know what the fuck the show's about, what we're gonna talk about, and then just ask a simple question. I'm like, so what would you like to promote? He's like, I don't know. He's like, what does your audience want to know? I'm like, so you just yeah, and I'm like, so I could have been uh show on how to pick up dudes. I said it like this, because you know I'm a smart ass, so I could be like gay dudes on how to pick up dudes, and you just want to be on my show. I'm like, that's fucking crazy. And he's like, Oh my he's like, you know what? I don't think we're gonna do this. I'm like, dude, I was just being honest. I'm giving you actual feedback, yeah, yeah. He's like, Oh, uh this thing is ending, we're not gonna do it. And it's like, dude, do you honestly think you you're hurting me?

SPEAKER_02

Right, right.

SPEAKER_01

And it and it ended like that. And I was like, holy, first time in five. I at least what are we gonna talk about? That's all I said. I'm like, dude, I can fucking wing it. I whatever you want. I I I gave him the platform.

SPEAKER_03

That's awesome.

SPEAKER_01

I wasn't smart enough to recognize it, and then it went the other way, man. But yeah, so dude, this is TikTok, and I know TikTok society. We hit the one hour mark, man. People out there, they're not gonna work on themselves, they have to social media soft their exes, they have to watch four hours of fucking Netflix. They can't be their own hero, they have to watch some bullshit that Hollywood wants to fucking pump down your fucking throat. Everybody has an agenda, people 100%. So, how do we find you? How do we get your product? And how do we just fucking just give me one tip for any of these motherfuckers, and then not just the tip, on how to turn their life around?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, man. Awesome question. Um, so the best way to find me is at my website, it's jcampbell.com. Um, got over a hundred articles. Uh page one, top five rank on peptides, bioregulators, and hormones. So I pride myself in that. Been doing that for a long time. Uh, I have a domain for people who watch podcasts like today's epic episode that they can get all my books downloaded for free. It's uh jcampbell.com forward slash free dash info. That new book, the metabolic awakening book, will be available for sure probably by the end of March. I'll probably get like 45 days for sale on Amazon. And then, you know, after that, I just give it away for free. Um, as I told you earlier in this uh podcast, my mission literally is to end obesity. My mom died of COVID, but she was really, you know, metabolically obese and fucked up. And that really pained me in my last like 20 years or before she died, she died in 2023. But I really was hopeful that I could have fixed that. And I couldn't. So now my life is really dedicated to you know teaching people how to use these amazing peptide products and truly get to the best shape of their life. Like you are experiencing, like lots of people experiencing, myself included. Uh, and then one thing, you know, one tip is, and I think this is probably the most important thing. And again, it's it's somewhat cliche, but nobody, like you said, uses it, is that our thoughts create our reality. And if you understood that to really know that it's true, you would not wake up in the morning and negative attitude or a negative personality or a negative perception. You would literally wake up as the glass is always half full, and that you have an opportunity to completely and radically transform your life by just changing your thoughts. And so I think that, you know, we have this awesome podcast. We talked a lot about cool shit that's happening in society. We were two bros, just you know, Jonesing back and forth. And I think that if more people really did realize that they could just literally change your thoughts and change their reality, clearly you have to take action, you have to do things. But if you just change your mindset and just change the way you look at things, everything can transform for you.

SPEAKER_01

Focus on what you want, don't focus on what you do not want. Exactly. Have a fucking game plan. You're the writer of your life, you're the creator of your life. No doubt. Create it, you're the storymaker. Do it, and it's not gonna happen today, it's not gonna happen tomorrow. But if you do the work on a consistent basis, you will be the rock star that's already programmed inside you. You'll be able to go to bio longevity and look like a fucking rock star right after. And believe it or not, after after I read all of Jay's books, which I'm a I'm a fucking nerd. Uh awesome. I will do that, and I'll I'll become a client, man. Fuck the you know, fuck it, fuck AI. I I'm joking, I don't use AI for any of that. But you you can get me as a client, brother.

SPEAKER_03

Dude, everything you just said is awesome, man. Everything you just said is awesome. Thanks.

SPEAKER_01

Your your mom, what happened to her? It was it sucks, but you could have gone in two different directions. Instead, you went into the direction that you You want to help people that you're in service because you could have just said, fuck it, I'm already successful. I don't need to help people. And you're gonna find way more success being like that.

SPEAKER_03

You're right, brother. And everything you said, man, you're you're very uh I can tell you're an action taker, and I'm really honestly grateful that I was on your show tonight. And I would just add to what you were saying about creating the becoming the creator or architect of your own life. I always say uh focused thoughts, conscious words, massive loving action is how we manifest in this level of reality. And so that's all I got, man. Grateful to meet you tonight, brother.

SPEAKER_01

And you carte blanche, brother. Whenever you want to be on, ask away, and you're you're there, brother.

SPEAKER_03

Thank you so much, brother. Very nice.

SPEAKER_00

What if you took action and made it happen? It's gotta live in the side of your purpose. What if it did work? Right now you can make a choice to never listen to the negative voice no more. The hottest prison to escape is my own. I was trapped inside that prison door for a long time. To make it happen, you gotta take action. Just imagine what if it did work.
