In this special episode, guest host Judy Amina from SRHR Alliance Kenya is joined by two youth advocates making waves in the SRHR space: Sarah Meijer, Youth Representative for the CSW, and Ruth Namuchi, Youth advocate from SRHR Alliance Kenya and contributor to the UPR. Together, Sarah and Ruth open up about their journeys navigating two influential global policy processes: the CSW (Commission on the Status of Women) and the UPR (Universal Periodic Review). Sharing early experiences that ignited their passion, frustrating realities of SRHR advocacy, and honest tips to overcome self-doubt, our guests offer heartfelt, practical advice for any young person considering an advocacy journey of their own.
