While I can’t promise tear free episodes, I do hope to have conversations that bring confidence, joy, growth, and happiness. Self-improvement is an inner game and I’m on a mission to help women just like you and me to connect to your TIME, your LIFE, and your SELF. Believe me, I’ve been there and visit more often than I’d like to admit. But it doesn’t have to be that way! I believe we can fight back with simple, daily practices that replace pressure with peace. I believe in this quote from Russell M. Nelson, “The joy we can feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives.” I want to encourage all of us to develop our focus on the positive!You have distinct and special gifts and talents that you are meant to share with the people around you. I want to encourage you to learn about and develop those gifts so you can be who you are meant to be.Let’s celebrate and give light to the unique gifts and talents you have as you become Overburdened No More.
