Many of us want to understand why we are here. Our minds do, anyway. Our minds are forever seeking answers or hiding from them. It has been our mind's job to do this since we started using it. We lose our minds, blow our minds, make up our minds and ease our minds when we can. The mind is, in fact, a wonderful asset when applied as a support to the heart while the heart maintains the vibration to a spiritual life. This alliance of the mind and the heart has been out of balance and encouraged to be that way for millennia and lifetimes. Is it any wonder it is reluctant to share the power? We have lead with the mind alone for so long our bodies are riddled with poor health and heartache in need for a sustainable and balanced way forward.
