 Meg is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Certified Weight Loss Coach, and holds a masters degree in mental health. Through this podcast she will help you to uncover the ties between your mental health and nutrition. And how you can connect the two to provide support as you go through the ups and downs of a busy life and transitions.
