This is a story about being an expat in Switzerland for 9 years, which lead to a lot of hardship - leaving the cult which Cathlene was born into, leaving a marriage due to domestic violence, letting how of what was needed to let go and turning the healing into beautiful initiatives to help others.

We talk about combatting isolation and finding belonging, the value of communication and language, and being yourself.
