I'm thrilled to introduce you to our incredible guest, Michelle Maioli Caobianco – a multi-talented Software Engineer, Hardware Enthusiast and Data Scientist. She was born in South America with Italian and Portuguese roots. This Star Wars Collector used her love for Sci Fi as fuel to find her place where she can feel at home 🏡
Michelle's story unfolds from her childhood in Brazil, where she always felt a sense of displacement. It was through her travels in Europe that she discovered a place where she truly belonged.
👉 Tip from Michelle that can help you along the way:
- It is okei to be scared while moving. Every change takes an effort, your mind and your body will resist the change
- If your heart says to you that it belongs somewhere else, listen to it and try to find that place.
- Don’t rely on your friends and family to create a space where you belong. They will be following their dreams, and you should be following yours.
- Be patient with the distant friendships, even if it takes a while to learn how to make them work
- Talk about dark moments and cherish them
