ADHD, identity and behaviour patterns often shape how people experience work, relationships and leadership.

Michelle grew up as an army child, moving frequently before choosing to go to boarding school, where she thrived on structure and routine. Over time, she recognised how she had fallen into a ‘good girl’ pattern, staying quiet, not speaking up and not standing up for herself.

Following relationship breakdowns, Michelle began to understand herself differently and explored the possibility of ADHD. After extensively researching, she was diagnosed with combined ADHD.

She now focuses on helping others, particularly women, to recognise ADHD and challenge patterns of silence. She is currently writing her book Good Girl Deprogramming, and is launching a podcast, How to Unfuk Work*.
