I had the good fortune of speaking with Howard Kaye who is a brilliant businessman and listening to him tell his story, which if you're in business is sure to motivate you. If you're not in business, he takes us through so many different aspects of life and learning, that I guarantee you will get something of value from this conversation.

In talking with Howard, one of the most important messages that he shared, if you take nothing else away from this is,,,if we don’t believe in ourselves and what we do, others won't either.

Another topic he touched on is how IMPORTANT it is to start planning early for our FUTURE and how SAVING can be our first step. He takes us back to when his PASSION started and expresses the vitality in loving what you do. Throughout our conversation, we discuss how and why GOOD INTENTIONS MATTER.

I speak with so many people, whether it be through interviews, networking, or through my clients but there are some common threads I hear over and over.  In this conversation we talked about how to find passion and knowing not just when to ask for help, but who and how to ask for help.

Most people that watch this interview can relate at one time or another a fear that stopped them from pursuing something. We talked about how to not let our fears get in the way of going after your dreams and achieving your goals. how you can ELEVATE  YOUR WORK ETHIC by doing your research, and exploring what you’re passionate about.
