Sheryl is a mother, birth parent and advocate for adoption. We chat with Sheryl about her journey as a birth mom and how that influenced her career as a social worker and ultimately the leader at Adoption Options.  She shares the work she has done, the beauty of adoption as an option for people and how they work to care for everyone involved in the adoption story. Sheryl gives advice, insights into her own awareness journey and more. This week on Unpacked are chatting with guest Tricia Otto, Certified Enneagram Coach and Relational Trainor, adoptive parent and Enneagram 2! Tricia's adoption experiences have given her understanding and training in Neurodevelopment and Sensory issues, Attachment Theory, Trauma Informed Parenting and Transracial Adoptions. Tricia shares her coaching and experience of caring for women and parents and how the enneagram has changed her own relationships with her children. 
She chats with us about how to use Enneagram stance work, exploring types, having conversations with children about reflection work can teach kids to learn about themselves. Tricia's passion to see people loving each other better as they experience deepened understanding with each other is contagious.
