Welcome to today's episode. Today we are talking about why I love planning as much as I do! Sometimes it stresses my family!!

Planning has always been part of my life and part of my growing up. It really helped me in my career as I grew up.

Today we talk a little bit about my family and where they are from! My mum always tells me I am like her Father! He was the chief planner in the family! He was an expert!

My grandfather was a classic gentleman and was very particular.

He loved planning and would get 'the agenda' out weekly. We would discuss plans for the week and it was a thing we all did.

When I look back I realise what an influence this has had on my life! Those family moments shaped me and my career. I couldn't have spent all those years in theatre without the level of planning and organisation that I learned from my early years.

I talk about planning the Show War Horse and planning behind the scenes.

Planning was in my veins. Planning and organisation was part of my makeup.

Planning was a family affair.

I talk about how we plan together as a family!

The efficiency I learned as a child has been carried over to our family and our business.
