Hey there, happy Monday and welcome to the newly branded Healthy Hot Mess Mom podcast. If you've been a listener for a while, you will have known this podcast as Hot Mess Mom Health and, as of today exciting announcement I have decided to change the name of the podcast to Healthy, hot Mess Mom, and the reason behind this is basically because I never wanted the podcast to lead with being a hot mess. You know, I never wanted it to feel like being a hot mess was okay Not that I'm not a hot mess, because full disclaimer hot mess over here but I always wanted the podcast to first and foremost be about health and wellness and being the best version of yourself that you possibly can be at this stage of life. And I know for me, just leading with that hot mess just recently started to feel a little off and for me I'm a gut instinct kind of girl, so I kind of rolled with it. Changing the words around to me just really encompasses what this podcast and myself are about. So I wanted to change the name. So for me this is a really exciting announcement. But the podcast, like I said, officially has changed its name to Healthy Hot Mess Mom. Health is number one. It's always gonna be like that on this podcast.

I truly believe in my core that us moms are running the world, we have so much on our shoulders and we are juggling so many different things at all the time, all times, and we really need to put ourselves and our health as the forefront of things that we are focused on, not to neglect others or anything else, but truly just looking at it as though if we don't take care of ourselves and we are not being mindful about how we fuel our body and how we move our body and things that we're seeing on social media and just all of the things, then we are not the best version of ourselves and we're not the best you know person that we're capable of being. And I know that if you're listening to this podcast, you're the kind of person that wants all those things. You want to be the best version of yourself. You want to feel better in your 40s than you did in your 20s and it is possible I'm here to tell you that I will bring people on that will tell you that tips and tricks, all of the things. But I always, like I said, wanted this podcast to be about health and I just really feel like leading with the word healthy is. It just encompasses everything that I'm about, so I hope that this episode would find you well. It's simply just a little announcement about that.

I look forward to doing a photo shoot in the next couple of weeks to redo my artwork. I just want to change the title for now. I'm going to redo my intro and my extra, so they are not going to be in this episode and that's why I'm going to put some new verbiage to the. You know the branding of the podcast, so I'm very excited about it. I hope, if you're listening to this, that you had an amazing Mother's Day yesterday, celebrating in whatever capacity you were able to do. If you are a busy mom juggling kids, sports, I understand that may have been hard for you yesterday, being at sports myself, but I hope you took, even if it was just five minutes for yourself and just reminded yourself how an amazing woman you are, how much of an amazing mother you are and how much you deserve to put your health first and feel good every day.
