Welcome And Opening Prayer
SPEAKER_00Good evening, good evening. God bless you. Wherever you are across the world, we're gonna jump straight into prayer. Thank God for your life. Wherever you are situated across the world, there is so much happening tonight. You know, just watching news channels, listening to the social media, things that are breaking out regarding the war. We're gonna just get close with Christ tonight. Come on, we're gonna jump straight in. Welcome to everybody on RB Christian Radio. Welcome to everybody on X, wherever you are around the world. The love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit is with each and every one of us. As you just look at those candles on screen there for those that are on X, you know, just rest in there, you know, the Bible is extremely clear. All things are possible to those who believe, wherever you are right now. Let's just jump straight into the book of Isaiah 41, verse 10, and let's deal with the fears, the worries, being scared, uncertain of the things that are happening around the world. But let's just pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, we come to you right now on this Sunday evening. Lord, on the 22nd of March, dear God, at 23 minutes past nine, Holy Spirit, we come before you and we pray. Lord, that you will help us, that we won't be fearful of by what we see and what we hear around the world. But Lord, that we will trust in you. So Lord, as that great book of Isaiah 41, verse 10 says, So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, I pray that you will help us, dear God, in the crisis that we're in. In the worries and the fears of Lord, listening and hearing about the barrel of oil, dear God, the price of the diesel, the petrol, everything that is just running, dear God, with this war situation. We pray for peace on this Sunday evening. Lord, that you'll just move by your spirit, and Lord, that you will, dear God, just touch hearts tonight, Lord, that your love and your mercy and your saving grace will be over each and every one of us. That we will not be fearful, that we won't be scared in any which way, shape, or form. That your love and your mercy will carry each and every one of us. Father, we come to you from the other side of the world. Wherever we are, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And right now, Lord, we call on the name of Jesus. Father, there is nowhere else to go in the world. Father, we cannot rely, dear God, on number 10 down in the street, the political drive that is out there. We cannot rely, dear God, on social media and news channels. Lord, we need Jesus. So Lord, we pray for those that are really fearful at this moment in time, those that are really scared and worried and got a bit of a panic going on on this Sunday evening, that you, dear God, would just stretch out and carry each and every one of us. So, Father, wherever we are, however we're listening to the sound of my voice, we just pray that you will bring peace and divine strength and divine reassurance. Lord, that we will know that Jesus Christ is our Redeemer and because He lives, we can face tomorrow. So, Lord, in the crisis that we're in, Lord, worrying about the food, worrying about the petrol, worrying about the diesel, worrying about the shipping lanes of life, Lord, we need miracles. So we come to you right now, and you tell us through that great book, that great book, Lord, the book of prophet Isaiah 41, verse 10. So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, we pray that you will strengthen each and every one of us, that you will help us in our lives. You will help us, dear God, in our thinking, our understanding. Dear God, we just pray for peace in our hearts right now. Lord, as we get ready for a new week, we get ready for a new beginning, Lord. We pray that the love of God will be so strong over our lives. Lord, you tell us through the great book, dear God, of the Gospel of John that perfect love drives out all fear. And we ask you right now, Lord, that that love of God will drive out any fear, any worry, any uncertainty. Lord, that you will just draw us to the cross of Calvary and you will strengthen each and every one of us. Father, we realize that church can't help us at this moment. We realize that the political drive can't help us at this moment. We realize that social media, work, and certain areas of life, dear God, are not going to help us to get through this crisis. It is only you. So we're calling on the greatest name in heaven and earth. We're calling on the name of Jesus. Just in the stillness right now, Lord. Just in this quiet time, Lord, as we just prepare our hearts, Lord, just to come to the cross. Holy Spirit, you are our shepherd. And you tell us through Psalm 23, the Lord is my shepherd. I lack nothing. So Lord, I pray that we will realize that we lack nothing, that you will lead us in paths of righteousness for thy name's sake. Lord, that you will lead us and guide us. So dear God, we just call on that great name, the good shepherd, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nisi, Jehovah Shalom, that you will bring peace to every house, to every heart, to every mind, to every body, to every soul. Lord, we thank you for the power of the cross of Calvary. We thank you that we are saved, that we are believers in Christ Jesus. And Lord, we lean, we lean into the book of Isaiah 41, verse 10, because there's nowhere else to go, Lord. And you tell us not to be fearful, not to be scared, not to panic in any which way. So Lord, we ask you right now, Lord, that our hearts will be realigned, Lord, that you will recalibrate our mind and our heart. Lord, that you will line us up with the word of God. And you will draw us, dear God, to the cross of Calvary. Lord, we need your presence. We need your love and your mercy and your saving grace over all of our lives. And Lord, we lean into Jesus Christ because there's nowhere else to go but to go to the cross, to go to the word of God, and just to find a place where we can rest our hearts, our minds, and our bodies. But right now, Lord, Father, we turn into the book of Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. You tell us not to be anxious about anything. Father, this scripture just keeps coming alive every day, Lord, through the nine prayers, every day, just through the cycle of life. You are telling us not to be anxious about anything, but to seek the Father's heart. So, Lord, we seek the Father's heart. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord, that we will detach ourselves from social media. Lord, that we will detach ourselves, dear God, from the systems of the world and certain things that are in our lives. That Father, we will just come to you and we won't be anxious about anything. Lord, that we will leave the worries and the fears and the doubts, the uncertainties. Lord, the battlefield of the mind, Lord, the wasteland of the mind. Father, I ask you that we won't be anxious about anything. But in everything we will seek the Father's heart. So we come to the cross, Lord. We come to the cross. And Lord, as we look at that camera right now, as we stare down the lens, dear God, we see the cross of Calvary. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord, that you will bring peace to every heart, every mind, every human being, everyone that's under the sound of my voice at this moment in time, that we will find peace, peace beyond human understanding. Lord, you tell us, Lord God, in the gospels, do not let your hearts be troubled. Do not be afraid. So Lord, I pray that our hearts won't be troubled and we won't be afraid, that we will find a place to stand, a place to rest, a place of peace, a place of hope. Lord, that we won't lock in to the war cry that's out there, that we won't lock in to what the world is saying. Father, that we won't focus on the price of a barrel of oil, the diesel and the fuel, the food crisis, Lord, the area of life. Lord, that we will just focus on Jesus, Lord, and we come to you right now. You are in the invisible God. You are the great I am, and Lord, if there's ever a time we've got to live by faith, it is right now. And Lord, it feels so difficult to live by faith because the world is making such a noise. Lord, the noise of the world, the noise of life, the noise of war, the noise, dear God, of the pots and pans in our head, the the rattling, the clanging and the banging, dear God, of life itself. And Father, the world is so noisy. Lord, we can't think straight. Lord, we're finding it difficult to focus. But we come to you right now, and you tell us through the great book of Philippians 4, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything through prayer, bring it to the cross of Calvary. And Lord, as we look at that cross, Father, sometimes we don't know how to get to you. Father, the noise of life is so strong and so powerful. In this stillness, Father, for this prayer time together, as we just gather around the cross, we gather around the word of God, and we just stretch out to you right now and just say, Holy Spirit, take us. Take us to a place of freedom. Take us to a place, Lord, where we will find that we can relax and be still and know that you are God. Lord, in the crisis that is around the world. Lord, we don't want to listen to the cry of war. We don't want to hear the sound of rockets. We don't want to hear the sound, dear God, of warfare. We want, dear God, to hear the sound of the Lion of Judah, the great I Am, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. Lord, we gotta find a place to rest our hearts. Lord, we're worried about life, worried about finances, worried about jobs, worried about the fuel crisis, the electric and the gas and everything, Lord, with the bounce of life. Holy Spirit, Lord, as we see the world just suddenly shrinking, as we see country after country, kingdom after kingdom, nation after nation rising, we pray right now that the love of God will just carry each and every one of us. Lord, on this Sunday evening on the 22nd of March at 9.32, I pray for peace over everyone that is listening to the sound of my voice. Lord, that you will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, that you will strengthen us from the crown of our head to the very sole of our feet. Lord, that we will find a firm place to stand. Lord, as we walk through life, as we crawl through life, Lord, as we run through life. Father, we pray right now that your mercy, your saving grace, that there will be favor over our lives, that we will find a place to rest. And Lord, that we won't be anxious about anything, but we will find a place to be stable. Lord, we pray for those that feel really scared about life, those that are scared about living and breathing, dying. We pray for those, dear God, that are just listening to the sound of the news channels tonight. Father, I pray that we will turn the news channels off. Lord, that we will grab a Bible and we will open up the word of God and we will just sit in the stillness of our home, our life, and the surroundings wherever we are, and we will open up the word to Psalm 91, Psalm 23, Matthew 6, the Lord's Prayer. And Lord, that we will sit in the stillness and we will seek the Father's heart. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will lead us in paths of righteousness, that we will seek the Father's heart, that with the heartbeat of the Word of God. So, Lord, I pray for everyone right now that we will find a place to rest, that we will find a place to be still. And God, I just ask you right now that you will take us to the cross because there's nowhere else to go but to the cross of Calvary, the cross of hope, the cross of new beginnings, a new day. Lord, we thank you that the new day is going to arise soon. And Lord, as we prepare for Monday, the commute run, the school run, the run of life, Father, I pray that your love and your mercy and your saving grace will just be over each and every one of us. Lord, we believe in healings. We believe in the word of God. We believe that at this hour, Lord God, at 9.33, that the love of God, that John 3.16 is over all of our lives. And Lord, just take the war cry, the sound of war. Lord, we're tired of hearing that word. We're tired of hearing, dear God, of what's happening in the shipping straits of life. Father, we're tired of hearing about leaders that are going to do this and they're going to do that. They will do, they won't do. Holy God that you are, Lord, we pray for truth. We pray right now that we will know the truth and the truth will set us free. That we will find hope in the scripture. That we will find freedom in the word of God. And your blessings and your love and your favor will just descend on everyone right now, wherever we are, wherever we are gathering across the world, whatever color, whatever tribe, whatever language, whatever culture we're from, Father, we just want peace in our lives. Father, we need rest. Lord, we're tired of crying, we're tired of running, we're tired, dear God, of screaming and shouting. We're tired, dear God, of hearts beating, Lord, so fast. Lord, we're tired, dear God, of of the run of life. Lord, we need peace. So we come to you and you tell us, Lord God, as we've read out earlier on, do not be anxious about anything. But in every situation, bring everything to Jesus. Lord, how do I bring it to Jesus? How do I do this, God? Lord, I can't bring it to religion. It doesn't work. Lord, I can't bring it to church on a Sunday. It's too noisy. Lord, I just can't seem to find a way. Lord, help me to get to the Father's heart. Lord, I'm hungry for the Father's heart. Lord, I'm hungry for biblical truth. I'm hungry, dear God, to find a place where I can rest and be still. Lord, I'm hungry, dear God, to find a place to lay my mind down, Lord, to leave the suitcases of history, the suitcases of now, the worry of yesterday, the worry of today. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will draw each and every one of us to the cross. And as we look at that cross through the power of the camera, Father, we thank you, dear God, as we get ready for Passover, as we realize it is the passing over. And Lord, we thank you that Jesus Christ is the Lamb, the sacrificial Lamb, the Lamb of God. And right now, Father, I ask you for those that are scared and worried about life, what they see and what they perceive. I pray that we won't live our lives by sensual perception, by touch, smell, and our senses, but we will live by faith. That we will just get in the rhythm of the word. Dear God, that we read these scriptures and as we read this out, and as we hear this, dear God, you tell us not to be anxious about anything. But Lord, it is so easy to be anxious, it is so easy to be feared, it is so easy, dear God, to worry. And Lord, I pray as we come to you by faith, as we come to you right now by faith, wherever we are across this world. So, Father, through the book of Philippians 4 and through the book of Isaiah 41, you tell us clearly through the Old Testament and the New Testament not to be fearful, not to be anxious. Lord, you tell us through Isaiah, the prophet of Isaiah 41, 10, that you are with us. Lord, can we be open and honest? Sometimes, Lord, we feel very alone. Lord, sometimes, Lord, that we feel, Lord God, where are you? Sometimes we want to shout out, God, where are you? Lord, where are you? Lord, you tell us that you're omnipresent, you're omnipotent, you're in all, you're about all. You are the air that we breathe. You are the God of Israel, the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. But Lord, sometimes the cry is through the crisis, God, where are you? Holy Spirit, where are you? Jesus, where are you? Lord, why are we going through the valley of the shadow of death? Lord, why have we got to go through the valley of Bacchar? Lord, why have we got to go through the trials and the tests and the tribulations? Father, what have we got to do? Holy Spirit, we call on your name right now. And Father, as we sit on the edge of the bed, as we sit in the church, as we sit on the edge of the sofa, as we just rest, Lord, as we drive, as we commute through the world, Father, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, as the rain falls, as the sun shines in the heavens above. Lord, as the stars, dear God, are across the world right now. As the ocean waves crash across the shoreline of life, Spirit of the Living God, we pray that you will remove worry about our health. That you will remove the worry about financial issues, that you will remove the worry, dear God, about life just generally. But Lord, we pray for peace. We pray for peace, dear God. Peace at home, peace at work, peace at school, peace across the world. We just want peace, Lord. We want to find a place to rest, to be still and know that you're God. Lord, we believe in miracles. But Lord, it's so tough sometimes. Lord, can we be honest? Can we be honest with you, Jesus, on this Sunday evening in March? Lord, sometimes, Jesus, we get to church and it's noisy. Lord, Pastor keeps making a noise, rattling his cage, Jesus. And Lord, all I want to do is just follow Jesus. All I want to do, Lord, is find a safe place. All I want to do, Lord, is just find a place where I can rest. Because, Lord, when I listen to social media, when I listen to the political drive, Lord, I'm I'm just being told one lie after another. And Lord, I want to find the truth. Because you tell me, Lord, through the great gospel of John, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. Lord, religion keeps us tied up, ministry keeps us tied up, the world keeps us tied up. Lord, we want to find freedom, complete freedom through the word of God. And I pray for those that are anxious and worried and scared that they will find freedom through the gospel of Jesus Christ. And Lord, I pray that we will open up the Bible. Lord, that we will get a paperback version, Lord, where we will lay our phone down, we will turn the device off, we will switch the news off, we will switch the TVs off, and we will just sit, dear God, with a cup of tea or a cup of coffee, Lord, and just sit there and read. And Father, as we turn to Psalm 23, we believe that the Lord is our shepherd, that we lack nothing, and He refreshes our soul. The Lord is my shepherd. I lack nothing. He leads us in paths of righteousness. God is with you wherever you are on the other side of the world. At 9 40 on this Sunday evening, the world is erupting right now. America is making very large statements about the war, what they're gonna do, what they've done. I pray for peace tonight, Lord. I pray, dear God, for those that are worried about what the news channels are saying about rockets reaching Berlin, Germany, Paris, and the UK. I pray, dear God, that we will find a place of rest. I pray for those that are worrying about their children that are growing up in a generation that is so dark and so scary. We pray for parents and grandparents. We pray for those that are worried about their children, their education, their life, their time on this earth. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bring peace to every nation, every culture, every colour. I pray right now that your mercy will just descend across this nation. Father, it feels like the world is spinning out of control. It feels like everything is chaotic, everything is crazy. Holy Spirit, help us not to be anxious about anything. Lord, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, you are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. You are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi. You are the way, the truth, and the life. And Lord, as I recall in the New Testament, you just said to the disciples on the shoreline of Galilee, drop your nets, come and follow me. Lord, I pray that we will just be Jesus followers. Lord, that we won't look at denominations. We won't look at the celebrity church. We won't look, dear God, at the TikTok church, the social media, Lord. We won't look, dear God, at different denominations, but Lord, that we will just drop our nets. Lord, that we drop the nets. Father, what do those nets represent when those fishermen just drop those nets? See, when those fishermen drop those nets, they represented their livelihood, their business, everything. And Jesus was just saying, surrender. Come and follow me. Have you got enough faith to follow me? I believe God is calling you right now. Wherever you are across the world, I want to tell you that John 3.16 is over your life. John 3.16, for God so loved the world. That whosoever, do you realize that you're that whosoever? The Bible says in John 3.16, for God so loved the world that whosoever shall believe. Holy Spirit, help us to believe. Help us, dear God, to go deeper in a walk with you. Lord, we're not interested in church. We don't want the rhythm of church. We're not interested, dear God, in religion and ministry and different denominations. Lord, we're not interested in that because Lord, that has vowed over and over and over. Lord, religion is collapsing. Lord, we need stability. Lord, we need a firm place to stand. And you are the rock of all ages. And Lord, that you give us a firm place to stand. And right now, Father, as the Bible says that the rains will fall, the streams will rise, but whoever builds on the sand will get washed away. But whoever builds upon the rock, the rain came, the streams rose, but we were able to stand. I pray, Lord, that we will build on the rock. Jehovah, Jehovah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom, that we will build our lives upon the rock. You are the cornerstone. You are the great I am. You are the king above all kings. You are the king of the Jews, the king of the Jews. You are Jesus Christ. You are the rock of all ages. You are the cornerstone. So Lord, I pray that we will build our lives on a firm. Foundation that we will build our lives on scripture, that we will build our lives on hope, that we will build our lives on faith, that we won't build our lives, dear God, on the political agenda, that we won't build our lives on social media, we won't build our lives on culture, we won't build our lives on money and notoriety, that we will build our lives on the rock. I thank you, Jesus, that you are the rock of all ages, that you are the king. And right now, for those, dear God, that are worried that they're building on sand, God has you. The rain's coming, the streams are rising. Don't build on the sand. Don't build on the sand of number 10 Downing Street. We're watching the political drive collapse. We're watching leaders collapse around the world. They say one thing in the morning and it turns around by the time they've drunk their tea. We are watching governments using situational ethics to change it when they want to change it, to suit the color of the tire they're wearing. Do not engage in the political drive. Do not listen to the lie out of the gates of hell. Listen to the word of God. God is calling you. He's calling you right now. There is a plan over your life. God has a future for you. Have you forgotten how to smile? Have you forgotten how to laugh? Have you forgotten what life should really be like? The pressure of being a human being, the pressure of being a parent, the pressure of just getting up in the morning, just living life. We are pressured with money, with mortgages, with businesses, education. Gotta keep a certain rhythm going, and the rhythm can't be kept up with. Holy Spirit, I pray for every one of us, Lord, that we won't follow the crowd, that we won't follow the crowd, dear God, that we will follow Jesus. Lord, that you will get us away from the crowd. I pray for healing tonight. Lord, I believe in healing. I believe in the power of the Word of God, that God's word heals us. I believe that your word sets the captives free. So Lord, I pray for anyone that feels unwell tonight, mental health. I pray for hearts tonight, lungs tonight, backs tonight, bodies tonight. I pray, dear God, for bones to be healed. I believe in miracles. I believe that you are a healing God. I believe that you are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. You are our God. And right now, Lord, it is by your stripes we're healed. It is by your word that we are healed in the name of Jesus. So, Lord, we hold on to the book of Isaiah 41, verse 10. So do not fear, for I am with you. God is with you wherever you are on the other side of the world. The Holy Spirit is in your life. You don't need to go to church. Don't go to church. Don't go to the religious box. Go to Jesus. The Bible says, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and everything else shall be added unto thee. Seek the kingdom. Seek Jesus. Be a disciple. Be a Jesus follower. Be that radical, braggadocious believer in Christ Jesus. The book of Jeremiah 29, verse 11 says, For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to give you a hope and a future. Do we realize that there is a hope and there is a future? Do we realize that there are promises? Do we realize that there are promises over your life? There is a hope, there is a purpose, and there is a future. Holy Spirit, I pray that we will find ourselves because Lord, we've got lost in our culture. We've got lost, dear God, in work. We've got lost in relationships. We've got lost in education. We've got lost in church and religion. We've got lost in this world. And Lord, so many of us have lost who we really are. And Lord, I pray that we will find ourselves in Jesus. And Lord, I pray, dear God, for those that are scared and worried, that they've lost the real rhythm of their heart, that they feel lonely and they feel scared. They feel uncertain, unsure, they feel not certain about themselves. They're scared of what they see, they're scared of what they hear. Father, I pray that we will find ourselves. And we will find ourselves in Jesus Christ. Lord, you tell us, come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, we thank you for the love of God. We thank you for Matthew 11, 28. The Bible says, Come to me. Come to me. Jesus is calling you right now. He's not calling you to church. Put the brakes on. Turn around. Don't go to church. Get yourself a Bible. Get yourself a Bible. Go in a coffee house. Go and sit somewhere in a field. Go and sit in your van. Sit in your home. Sit on your patio. Just get yourself a Bible. And turn the Bible open. And say, Jesus, speak to me. Speak to me, God, because the noise of the world is so loud. Lord, I'm tired, I'm weary. I'm scared. Lord, I don't want to keep hearing about the price of oil. I don't want to keep hearing about the shipping lanes. I don't want to keep hearing about rockets that are reaching here, there, and everywhere. Lord, I don't want to hear, dear God, all that stuff. I want to hear from you. I want to hear from you, God. I need healing. Lord, my history. I need you, dear God, to remove the history from my head. I need you to remove the present from my head. Lord, I need you, dear God, to fill me up with faith. Because Lord, I gotta live by faith. Because Lord, I've lived by life. I've lived by the way of the world. We've lived by the rhythm of the system. And Lord, suddenly now we realize that the system doesn't cut it in war. We suddenly realize, dear God, that certain areas of life suddenly just disappear when the war cry is on the table. Suddenly we realize that our mortality, we start thinking about life very differently. When we start hearing about rockets and warships, aircraft, helicopters, the battle, Holy Spirit, the battle within. Lord, each and every one of us, dear God, are in different seasons. And I pray for every one of us that might be in the winter season. I pray for those that are going through the winter season of their life. For those, dear God, that are going through the spring season of their life, those that are going through the summer months of their life, and for those, dear God, that are in the autumn season. I pray for the four seasons of life. I pray, dear God, that as we walk through the seasons of life, Father, the sun will rise and the sun will set. We pray, dear God, as we just look to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, that you will bring peace. And you tell us in the book of Romans 8:28, in all things, in all things, God works for the good of those who love him. Lord, all you ask me to do is to love you. All you ask of us is for us to love you, not to step into church, not to start anything up, but just to love you and to follow you. But Father, I find myself just pondering in the book of Colossians, chapter 1, verse 15. The Bible says Christ is the image of the invisible God, the first and the last. We've been in ministry for years, and Lord, it hasn't worked. Lord, it's not working. So God, now we're turning to the word. Lord, we're gonna leave all the manuals, we're gonna leave all the instructions of pastors and leaders and denominations. Lord, we're gonna leave all the instruction down, and Lord, we're gonna pick up the greatest book the world has ever seen. And Lord, we're gonna listen to what the word says about us, who you tell us we are, the character we are. That we're all sinners saved by grace, that no one is greater than anybody else, that we're just all equal, whatever the colour, how much money we got, how much money we haven't got, how much education we got, how much that we haven't got. Lord, you see us as all the same. So Father, I thank you that you look at us very differently to how the world looks at us. But we come to you right now in the great book of Romans 8.28, and we say, Jesus, you tell me that in all things, all things, God works for the good of those who love him. Lord, we're gonna trust you in the hardship. Lord, we're gonna trust you, dear God, in the area of life that is a struggle right now, and that is almost every area. Holy Spirit, we come to you, and God, I pray, Lord, that you will be that good shepherd, that you will be the shepherd over each and every one of us. And as we come, dear God, to the word of God, as we pray, as we stand on the rock of all ages, as we lean into Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, I believe God is calling us through the book of Matthew 11, 28. I believe God is calling you right now. I don't know your name, I don't know where you are, I don't know what your time zone is. All I know it is 9.54, Sunday evening on the 22nd of March. All I know is that Jesus Christ is real. All I know that He is our Redeemer, He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. There is no King like Jesus, there is no one like Jesus Christ. He's the greatest man that ever walked the earth. Fully God, fully man, fully deity, fully king, fully savior, fully Lamb of God. He is the great I am. If you are in trouble tonight, focus on that cross. If you are scared tonight, focus on the cross. I'm telling you now, Jesus says something, and he says this I will never leave you nor forsake you. You are not alone, you are not an orphan. The King is with you, the great I am is in your life, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Dear God and Heavenly Father, Lord, as we just press through this prayer time together, Lord, I pray for everyone's heart tonight. Lord, that you will re-calibrate our hearts, Lord, that you will align our hearts with Scripture, not with the world, not with the way of the system of the world, but Lord, that you will line our hearts up with the word of God. Lord, that we will be aligned up, Lord, that you will recalibrate us. Lord, that you will reset us, that you will bring us to a place, dear God, where our hearts are aligned with Scripture. And Lord, as we walk through this world, as we walk through the valley of uncertainty, as we go down the corridor of life, Lord, as we weave in and out of life, I pray that your love and your mercy and your saving grace will be over each and every one of us. Sisters and brothers, wherever you are across the world, let's break bread together in just a few moments. Get yourself a bit of grape juice, get yourself a bit of bread. You know, we're gonna break bread together, you know. We haven't got to wait for the bishop to pray over it. We ain't gotta pedal down to Canterbury and knock on the door and ask them to bless the wine and the bread. You know, you just get the bread and the wine right now. Sitting on your own, sitting in your car, sitting in your house, whatever you are doing, let's break bread together. We don't need a ritual, we don't need a man dressed in a dress, we just need Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is the great I am, he is worthy of all praise, he is Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nisi. As we turn gently into the book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9, God is saying this over your life. Be strong and courageous. Be strong and courageous. You are healed. Believe in your healing. Believe that God is dealing with the past, he's dealing with the present. Whatever you are thinking about right now, whatever is causing trouble in your mind, whatever you are worried about, I will encourage you to leave it at the cross. And then I can hear you saying, Yeah, but Pastor Ben, how can I do that, Rev? How can I how can I leave these worries, this wasteland of my mind, this place of my mind, dear God, it's just like it's making so much noise. Father, my thoughts and my mind are racing, my head is hurting. Lord, I got brain fog, I can't think right. Lord, it's almost two minutes to ten on Sunday evening, and I don't want to go into work tomorrow. I don't want to go to school tomorrow. I don't want to get up in the morning, Lord. I just want to lay under the duvet. I don't want to hear any more news. I don't want to capture anything more on social media. Our Fred down the road is having a lovely roast dinner, living the dream, and I'm not living the dream. Holy Spirit, I pray. I pray, dear God, that we won't look at social media and we won't look at Fred down the road and think that he's living the dream, because no one's living the dream. Holy Spirit, I pray right now that we won't fix our eyes on the world and social media, but we will do exactly what Hebrews 12 says: fix your eyes on Jesus, that we will fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and the perfecter of our faith. And you tell us through the book of Joshua 1, verse 9, be strong and courageous. The Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. God is with you, God is leading you, God loves you. Let's go a little bit further. God created you. He didn't need your mother or your father. God had a plan for you. God brought you in. God knows how many heartbeats you will have over the entire span of your life. God knows everything about your body, everything about your mind. He created you. God knew you before the foundation of the world, according to the word of God. I knew you, he says in the book of Isaiah. I knitted you together in your mother's womb. I brought you in, I'll keep you in, I'll hold you in. God's love is over your life. There is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Jesus Christ is with you. The psalmist writes, we're coming to the table in a few moments. Grab yourself a bit of bread or a bit of grape juice, whatever you've got knocking around the kitchen. You know, come on, we're gonna break bread in just a few moments. The book of Psalms 46, verse 1 says, God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. God is with you. I will tell you that again. Never ever give up. God is with you. Father, as we break bread together, we come over right now, we come over to the Passover. And Lord, we get and stand right before you now, Lord. We sit before you, we walk before you. Lord, we look at that cross and we say, Thank you, Holy Spirit. Father, thank you for the word of God. But Jesus, we pray, Lord, that there will be such an outpouring of your spirit over our lives right now. Lord, we need you in our hearts, we need you in our mind. But Lord, this bread, Lord, this is just a bit of a oh bit of kebab bread from Saturday night. Lord, this is a bit of just Pizza Crust. Lord, this is just a cracker, a Ry Victor, whatever it is. It is just a symbol of the body of Jesus Christ. Forget the word Easter. Don't even look and think about Easter. Forget Lent. It's not biblical. It's the Passover. Exodus chapter 12. Exodus chapter 12. Read what it says about the Passover. Holy Spirit, we come to you. And right now, with this pit of bread, with this cracker, with this burger bun, whatever we've got, Jesus, it is symbolic to the body of Christ. And Lord, we hold this piece of bread, just this small piece of bread. And Lord, we just reflect over our lives. And suddenly I realize, Lord, that no one can earn salvation. No one deserves salvation. No one can work it. No one can get it. You can't buy it. It's a gift. And God has chosen you. God has chosen you. You might have dropped onto RB Christian Radio. You might have dropped on the social networks and think, what's that old fella going on about? Let me tell you, you're here because of the divine appointment. It's not because of the people you know, it's because of the one who knows you. Jesus loves you. Maybe you've never been to church. Maybe you're not interested. Maybe it's only at funerals and Christmas, and certain times we get to church. Well, God is calling you, and He's not calling you to church. He's calling you to salvation. See, we don't need church, we don't need religion. Because God loves you. You can never have to step into a church and be saved. When you think about the faith on the cross at Calvary, he never went to church. He never was baptized. He never done an alpha course. He never prayed the sinner's prayer. He was hanging on to life with the last few breaths in his lungs. And he said, Jesus. Jesus, just remember me. He never went in a church. He never sung kumbaya. He never went to a church school. He never had Wi-Fi. He never listened to a podcast. He was a faith. He was a cutthroat. He was a murderer. And Jesus said to that sinner on the cross, and you know what? A church, as we know it today, rejects people like that. Because you've got to dress a certain way, you've got to comb your hair a certain way. See, Jesus don't reject no one. He says, Listen, within a twinkling of an eye, you'll be with me in paradise. Jesus is calling you. Not to church, as I always say, He's calling you, but to faith. And he's saying, Come on. Come on, trust me with your life. Trust me. I've got a plan for your life. There is a hope and there is a future. Just trust me. Drop your nets on the shoreline of Galilee. But Jesus, I ain't been to church. Lord, I haven't read the Bible. Lord, I haven't even got a Bible in the house. I'm not worried, he said. Because I am the living word. See, Jesus doesn't rely on a paperback version, He is the Living Word. He is Genesis to revelation. He doesn't need a printer to reveal himself. He doesn't need an inkjeck printer. He is the living word. The Bible says in the Gospel of John, in the beginning. In the beginning was the word, and word was with God. He was with God in the beginning. And then in the same gospel of John, chapter 1, verse 14, it says that the word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. See, the word is alive. He's not requiring a printer to make him alive. He's not relying on a bookstore to sell him. He is the great I am. He is the Lamb of God. He is that living sacrifice. He is what the whole world is talking about right now. He is the God of Israel, the father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. And we're at the table. Father, I thank you, as we are at the table. We break this bread together right now. Lord, we're all sinners saved by grace. None of us has got life right whatsoever. But Lord, we thank you. I thank you, Lord, that you love us unconditionally. That you don't require anything from us which is absolutely beyond the human mind. All you say is believe. Just believe. Holy Spirit, I pray that we will believe. Let's break bread. Father, as we break bread together right now on this Sunday evening. Sunday the 22nd of March, six minutes past ten. Holy Spirit, I pray. I come to you right now and I bridge the gap for those that are scared. Lord, I bridge the gap for those, dear God, that have never been to church. I bridge the gap, Lord. I stand and bridge that gap for anyone. God is with you. God loves you. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Will you break bread with me right now? Will you break that bread? Just grab yourself a bit of bread. Come on. Let's break bread, Father, in the name of Jesus. Lord, I've never done this before in my life. Lord, I've never broken bread. I've never been to church and I've never taken another cup. I've never taken communion. That's alright. That's okay. Maybe this is the first time. Maybe this is the first time. A new beginning in your life. A new start. A breakthrough. God is the God of breakthrough. So, Father, bless this bread. Bless this bread right now, Lord, as we break this bread across the world. Across the world, dear God, as just human beings. Human beings struggling with life. Human beings with tears running down our face. Human beings with all fear running around the skin in which we are walking in. So, Father, I've never been to church and I'm going to break bread for the first time. Lord, I've never been to church and I'm going to take at a cup for the first time. Lord, I actually don't know what I'm doing. That's okay. Because we don't need the bishop. We don't need the pastors and the leaders to tell us what to do. Because we're doing what the Bible says, and Jesus says, as often as you gather together, do this in my name. So Lord, we're breaking bread right now. For the first time, for a thousand times, for a million times. So, Holy Spirit, I pray, as we take this bread together, as men and women with issues, with feelings, with emotional turmoil, with unusual things going on in our lives. We break bread together and we stand at the cross. Lord, and those on radio right now that can't see the cross, I pray, dear God, that you'll give them a vision and a dream. That they will see the cross of Calvary and their hearts will smile. Bless this bread, Lord. Father, thank you for this bread that symbolizes the body of Christ. And as we break this together right now, we believe. We believe in Jesus' name. Father, we thank you for this cup, this cup of redemption, this cup, dear God, of ribena, this cup, dear God, of grape juice, this cup, dear God, of whatever it may be. Lord, whatever it may be, it just symbolizes the blood of Jesus. And as we take this cup, the cup of redemption, the third cup on the Passover table, Father, we thank you for the power of redemption. I thank you that we are redeemed, that we have been brought back with a price. The price has been paid. That was the blood of Jesus. Holy Spirit, I thank you that we're not religious. I thank you, Lord, that we're not, dear God, churchy people, that we're just human beings just believing in the King. We're just human beings walking this path. We're just human beings just trusting in, learning to trust in you. So, Father, I pray as we come to the cross, I thank you, Lord, that all of our sins are now to that cross. Every sin, every thought, every wayward part of my life is now to the cross of Calvary. My present sin is gone. My historical sin is gone. And Lord, what I haven't even done yet is now to the cross of Calvary. God loves us. That's a given, that's a fact. So, Father, bless this cup as we take it right now and cleanse us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet in the greatest name in heaven and earth. God is with you. We're gonna pedal out in just a few moments. The electric is gonna run out in a minute. We're 11 minutes over, we've got to chuck a 50p in. We might have to get a magnet. Don't tell British Gas. And I just want to say thank you to British Gas while we're talking about them for shoving up the electric to a thousand pounds a month. Thank you very much, British Gas. Thank you, you warmongerers. May God bless you in the name of Jesus. Wherever you are, let's not worry about the gas and the electric, the petrol, the diesel. Let's focus on Jesus. Holy Spirit. We pray right now, Lord, for the fat cats that are getting rich off of us. We pray that you'll have mercy on their soul. Lord, can you remind those, dear God, that think that they own the barrel of oil, that they don't own the oil, that God created the oil? Have mercy, dear God, on the stakeholders. Have mercy on those, dear God. Have mercy, dear God. We pray for salvation across this world. We pray for peace, dear God. We pray for world leaders. We pray for this government in the UK. Holy Spirit, oh Lord, there's a prayer. Holy Spirit, I pray for this government that you'll give them a backbone. Lord, that you will give them, dear God, a firm place to stand. Father, I pray that you'll give us a government that knows Jesus Christ. I ask you, dear God, that you'll bless everybody under the sound of my voice, wherever they are. Lord, that you'll touch lives this evening. On this Sunday evening, 22nd of March, 22, 13. 13 minutes past 10. Holy God, touch hearts, touch lives. As we are preparing for a new week, Lord, carry us through, Lord. God is with you wherever you are across the world. God is with you. Will you stay with us? Will you switch over to RB Christian Radio? Will you listen to some worship? God is with you wherever you are. Let's not worry, let's try not to worry, I should say, about the barrel of oil, about the price of gas and electric. Let's not listen to the rubbers that are robbing us. Let's listen to the King. Let's listen to Jesus Christ. Pray. God will make a way where there seems to be no way. He will not fail you and He will not fail me. He is the Savior of the world. The whole world is talking about Israel. The whole world is looking at Israel. Father, I thank you as we pedal out of this prayer time together. I pray, dear God, for everybody live on X right now, everybody on RB Christian Radio. I pray, Lord, that you will strengthen them and carry them and bless them. And Lord, as we face the dreaded Monday morning, I pray, Holy Spirit, that you will carry us wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom. The love of God is over your life. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Whatever you are doing right now, we will catch you tomorrow as we push out those nine prayers. And then we will see you next Sunday morning for everyone that joins us for church. Now we're back online live on next Sunday mornings at 10 45. And then obviously this evening, you know, around about nine o'clock. Holy Spirit, will you bless everybody? May the God that we serve carry you. Don't go too far. I'll catch you soon. God bless.
