You can feel tired and still look fine on the outside, but your mind tells the truth at night. We sit with that reality and bring it straight to Jesus, holding tightly to Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” If you are carrying burnout, fear, doubt, or the low hum of anxiety, this evening prayer is a quiet place to breathe and begin again.

We pray for spiritual rest and physical rest, for calm thoughts in the battlefield of the mind, and for healing that reaches stress, sleep, and emotional stability. Along the way we anchor ourselves in scripture that speaks directly to anxious living: Philippians 4:6, Isaiah 41:10, Psalm 46:1, Jeremiah 29:11, and Joshua 1:9. We also lift our eyes to the wider world, praying for the UK, for leaders to act with truth, and for peace where conflict and uncertainty fuel worry.

A special moment comes as we break bread and take the cup at home, not as a religious performance, but as a simple reminder of redemption and love that does not let go. We close by praying for sweet sleep, protection through the night, and strength for the day ahead.

If this helped, subscribe so you do not miss the daily prayers, share it with someone who is worn out, and leave a review so more people can find rest in God’s word.

Matthew 11:28 And True Rest

SPEAKER_00

We're going to go to the beautiful gospel of Matthew, chapter 11, verse 28. The Bible says, Come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, we come to you tonight. Just in the stillness, on radio across the world tonight, Lord, Father, we just lean into Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, we're expecting miracles. We need you in our lives, Lord. And as you call us through the beautiful book of Matthew 11, 28, come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, we need rest tonight. Lord, we need your love. We need your grace. Holy Spirit, Lord, will you just touch our hearts wherever we are, Lord, from the four corners of this world, that your love and your grace, there will be healing tonight. Lord, we pray for healing. We pray, dear God, for your love and your grace just to heal our hearts, Lord. We pray for hearts that are broken, minds that are weary. We pray, dear God, for anxiety to go, and for doubt to go, Lord, that you'll just speak to each and every one of us. I believe the Lord is calling every one of us tonight. Wherever you are across the world, Matthew 11, 28, the Bible says, Come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, we need rest. Lord, we need spiritual rest. We need physical rest. Lord, there is a presence, Father, across this world, this heavy weight, Lord. And we pray, Lord, that you will lift the heaviness and the fear and the doubt and the worry. And Lord, we pray for those that are suffering tonight, Lord, with exhaustion. Those, dear God, that just feel they're hit in a place of burnout. Lord, that you'll just strengthen them, that you'll bless them from the crown of their head to the very sole of their feet, that your love and your grace will just gently cast day down over each and every one of them. Lord, let it reign over our lives. Lord, we just pray that you'll pour out your spirit, your grace and your mercy. Lord, we thank you that you'll call in those that are weary, those that are tired, those that are exhausted. That your grace, dear God, will just descend from heaven right now. And we pray, dear God, as we get ready for a working week at the end of the weekend. We just ask you, Father, that your strength and your grace will just descend, Lord, that it will just cascade down over each and every one of us, that we will see your love and your goodness. That your strength, Lord, will uphold us, Lord, as we're preparing for another week, another Monday. Lord, we need your goodness, your mercy. Holy Spirit, wherever we are tonight, let your presence, dear God, just be around every one of us. And Lord, I believe that you are calling us from the four corners of the world. Whatever situation we're going through right now, I pray, Lord, for those that just feel exhausted mentally and spiritually, Lord. Those that just feel that they've hit a wall, Lord, and there's no way forward. So tonight, Lord, we just pray. And we just pause and we just be still in the craziness of life, in the busyness of life. Lord, that you will keep calling us through the word of God. And Lord, when we're tired and we're weary and we don't know how to pray, Lord, will you drop in our spirit? Matthew, Matthew 6, the beautiful Lord's Prayer. Father, I pray, Lord, that the Lord's prayer will come alive in our spirit. Lord, that you will keep calling us through the power of prayer. Lord, I thank you that grace is over our lives and mercy is all around us, and the goodness of God is with us wherever we are situated across this world. We just pray, Father, that your love and your mercy will just continue to be poured out over the places, Lord, where we live, the nations, the towns, the villages. But Lord, that you will keep calling us through the great book, Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you. God is calling every one of us. He's calling you right now. You're not just dropping onto this social platform just by chance. God is calling you. God is calling you by name and He loves you. He sees you're weary, He sees you're tired, He sees that you're exhausted and you're just hitting areas of just burnt out. Work's too much, life's too much, relationships are too much, you're just trying to find a place of rest. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. You are blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made. And God is in your heart, God is in your mind, God is drawing you right now. I believe that God has a perfect place for you. God is calling you unto Himself. Sometimes it's so difficult to admit that we're weary and we're burdened. We don't like to tell the world. We just like to keep smiling and say, yeah, everything's okay. All is good. But Jesus knows our heart, Jesus knows our mind. He sees the pain, he sees the worry, he sees the fear. And Jesus is calling through Matthew 11, 28. Come to me. Holy Spirit, I pray that you will draw us. Father, we are so blessed to realize that we haven't got to get into church. Lord, we haven't got to go to a religious box. We haven't got to jump up and down because Pastor says and the priest, dear God, is telling us so. Father, I just thank you, Lord, that we're in the kingdom of God. And that's a great place to be, Lord. Just to realize all we've got to do is just be in the kingdom, to focus on Jesus, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And as we focus on you at this hour, Lord, we're tired and we're weary, but we bring everything to the cross at Calvary. And Lord, as we look at those candles just at the backdrop of the church, just down. Holy Spirit, I pray as we just look through the lens, through the power of social media, Lord, through the power of technology. Lord, as we just look at that cross. Lord, that you will lift every one of us in the name of Jesus. That your spirit will carry us wherever we are. Lord, that we won't feel heavily laden, that we won't feel burdened, that Lord, that we'll find freedom in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And right now, Lord, strengthen our bones, strengthen our mind, strengthen our heart, Lord. I just pray, Lord, that your glory will descend over each and every one of us.

Lifting Burnout Before A New Week

Father, that you will carry us through this night. Lord, it's been hot today. The atmosphere, Father God, we can feel it in the atmosphere, Lord, the temperature, the seasons that we're in. Lord, the sun is shining. It's warm. Father, we feel agitated, Lord, with things that are going on within the UK. And Lord, we just pray. We pray, dear God, for the establishment that, Lord, that you will bless the establishment in the name of Jesus. That you will draw all men to thee, Lord. And the worries and the burdens that we carry about the changing of the guard of what's going to happen next. We just pray, Lord, that you will give us leaders that will lead by spirit and truth. That you will give us leaders, dear God, in government departments that knows Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. So right now, Lord, as we just rest, we come to the cross of Calvary. Because there's nowhere else to go. Because the cross is drawing us. And as we look at that cross just down, just down the corridor of the church, just down the aisle of the church there, Lord. Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and the perfecter of our faith, our healer. Lord, the scriptures tell us that it is by your stripes that we're healed. And Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of the Word of God. So Lord, we thank you tonight that there is healing. Lord, that there is healing in our bodies. Physically, Lord, we're being healed. Lord, that there is breakthrough, that mental health. We thank you, Father, that there is healing in the name of Jesus through our thought pattern, through our mind, through our cognitive processing, that we are healed in the name of Jesus. Father, we pray, Lord, that hearts will rest tonight. That you will take away the tension and the worry and the fear. Lord, that hearts will be perfectly. Lord, that blood pressure will be perfect at the name of Jesus Christ. So Lord, we come to you. Lord, with different areas of our lives, feeling scared, feeling worried, uncertain about life. Lord, we just bring anxiety before you. Lord, mental health. Lord, we need emotional stability. Lord, we need the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And we just rest tonight, Lord. Wherever we are across the world, Lord, we thank you for the power, the power of the name of Jesus. And Lord, as you are calling us through Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Lord, we need rest. The nation needs a rest. We need a rest. Lord, a spiritual rest, a physical rest. Lord, a rest in our mind. Lord, the battlefield of the mind. Lord, the wasteland of the mind. Lord, the thinking, the over-engineering of our life. What we're thinking about is going to happen tomorrow. You tell us do not worry about tomorrow. For tomorrow has enough problems of its own. So Father, will you help us focus on now? Will you help us, Lord, just to focus on the right now, Lord? At this moment in time, Lord, whatever is happening in the corner of our life, whatever is happening in the circle of our life. Spirit of the living God, we just pray that you will lead us in paths of righteousness for your namesake. Will you, dear God, breathe. Breathe over our lives. Breathe into our lungs tonight, Lord. I pray that the joy of the Lord shall be our strength. That the joy of the Lord shall be our strength, Lord. And we will know that because He lives, we can face tomorrow. So Lord, whatever we are going through, worry, fear, pain, Lord, if any of us have got doctors tomorrow, consultants, Lord, scans, whatever it may be, Lord, we pray for healing. We pray for miracles. Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of prayer. We believe in the divinity. We believe in the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And right now, Lord, we bring every anxious thought, every area they're gonna feeling scared and worried about to now, about tomorrow, about this moment in time, Lord, that you will lift any anxiety, mental health. Lord, we just pray right now for emotional stability. Lord, that we won't live our lives by emotions, but Lord, that we will learn to live our lives by faith. So Lord, as you call us out the great gospel of Matthew 11, 28, come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, we need rest. Father, our spirit needs rest, our heart needs rest, our mind needs a rest. Lord, we are overthinking, we are over-engineering life itself. I pray, Lord, that you will just calm our minds tonight. Calm minds and calm hearts tonight. Lord, those hearts that are really beating fast, Lord, those hearts, dear God, that are trying to keep the blood flow at the right pressure, percentage. Holy Spirit, I pray. But Lord, that you will bring calmness to minds. Lord, that we will walk in peace, that we will walk in the goodness of God, and we will see the blessing of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. But Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of God. And Lord, I thank you for everybody that is listening to the sound of my voice across the world, on radio, across the world, on the platforms. Holy Spirit, we pray. Wherever we are, whatever language, whatever colour, whatever tribe, whatever nation we're in, Lord, we pray, Lord, that we will see miracles. And Lord, that we will walk in the goodness of God. But Lord, as you call us through the great book of Matthew 11, 28, come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. So Lord, also, Lord, we just step out, Lord, into the book of Philippians 4, verse 6. Do not be anxious about anything. Do not be anxious about anything. Lord, let's be open and honest to your night, Jesus. Sometimes, Lord, I'm anxious all the time. Sometimes, Lord, we smile and tell the world everything's okay. But there's anxiety in our heart. We got anxious thoughts, we're scared, we're worried about the climate of the world, the pressure of the world, the atmosphere of the world, the pressure of

finances, the pressure of family, of living, even scared of dying, even though we know that our redeemer lives, Lord. Holy Spirit, that wasteland of the mind, thinking about mortgages and jobs and life. Holy Spirit, I pray for peace. I just pray for peace, Lord, because you tell us through the great book of Philippians 4, do not be anxious about anything. Lord, it's easy to read that. It's so easy to say it. But Lord, will you help us to position ourselves within that? Will you help us, Lord, just to position ourselves, Lord, into that posture, into that place, Lord, of just resting in the presence of Jesus. I pray for everyone in their house right now, in their home. I pray for everyone that may be at an airport right now, catching a bus or train, just sitting on the edge of the bed. I just pray for those their guard that are maybe down the gym. I pray for those that are in vans and cars, just out walking. I pray, Lord, for wherever the human race is listening to the sound of my voice. I just pray for peace. I just pray for stillness tonight, Lord. Because you tell us do not be anxious about anything. But Lord, it's those little things of life, it's those tiny errors of our lives, Lord, that just drive us. And it can be scary, Lord. So Lord, I pray for emotional stability. I pray for mental peace tonight, Lord, the thought pattern, the mind, the brain, the over-engineering, Lord, as we start to progress into the early, late evening, Lord, wherever we are across the world. But you tell us do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer, with thanksgiving. Bring everything to Jesus. Holy Spirit, through this bread time, Lord, we didn't have and we don't have the privilege of walking with Jesus Christ as in the physical realm. Lord, we don't have and we didn't have the privilege, just like the disciples, Lord, we've got to go by faith. We've got to go by the word of God. And Lord, sometimes that's difficult, Jesus. Sometimes, Lord, that's scary that we're going by faith when the world is so fierce and so powerful. Lord, when we see the the terror across the world, when we hear about the wars, the rumors of wars. Holy Spirit, Lord, will you strengthen our faith tonight? Will you strengthen each and every one of us in the name of Jesus? So, Lord, that we will live our lives by faith. That the power of the Holy Spirit, Lord, will lead us in paths of righteousness for your name's sake. Father, we just pray for freedom. Lord, freedom. You tell us that you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. So tonight, Lord, we need that freedom. We need that peace that goes beyond all understanding. And we need the rhythm of God. You are the Lion of Judah. You are the great I am. Jehovah. The Lion of Judah, Lord, will you roar over our lives? We need to hear your presence. We need to feel your love, Lord. We know, dear God, that nothing can separate us from that love. Because we're grafted into the vine. But Lord, take us deeper. Lord, church isn't enough. Ministry isn't enough. Lord, we want to go further. We want to go into your courts of praise. Lord, we want to go into that holy of holies. Lord, we want to go deeper in our walk with you. So Lord, we want to feel your presence. Lord, we just don't want that Sunday morning church service feeling. Lord, we want to feel your presence every day, every second, every moment of our life. We want to feel the power of God. We want to walk by faith. Lord, you tell us in the book of Isaiah 41, 10. So do not fear for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, will you help us? Will you help the nation in which we live? Father, will you help us as individuals as the human race? Lord, you created us. You brought us in. You know everything about our lives, Lord. And Lord, so often fear gets a hold of us. And Lord, will you remind us that fear will not win, fear will not overtake, fear will not crush us, doubt will not get a hold of us. But Lord, that we will walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. That we will walk in the goodness of God. So Lord, as we hold on to Isaiah 41:10, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Lord, uh the prayer tonight is pretty easy and it is simple. Help us, Lord. Lord, will you help us wherever we are across the world? Lord, we need your presence. We need your mercy. You are sovereign. You are Jehovah. So Lord, I thank you that the power of God is in our lives. But Lord, the battlefield of the mind. Lord, Holy Spirit, help us not to be fearful, to be scared of tomorrow, tonight, or this hour. But Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors, they're gone. Of new beginnings and close doors of the past. Father, I pray that the door of anxiety will close, the door of fear will close. Once and for all, Lord, and we will walk in freedom. We will walk in the power and the glory and the love of Jesus. And the presence of God will be all around us. That we will feel the goodness of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit. Call us, Lord. Call us, Lord, from the four corners of this world. I pray again and again and again, Lord, for those that are suffering with mental health, with fear and anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, so many different levels and understandings of that word of anxiety and fear and panic attacks. For those terrible panic attacks that just come out of nowhere. Holy Spirit, I pray for peace. I pray for peace tonight, Lord, across the world. We pray for peace over Jerusalem and over Israel. Fathers, we see what's happening across the social platforms, across the political divide. Holy Spirit, will you move over every nation? Lord, will you give us leaders that will lead us by the gospel of truth? Holy Spirit, will you take away the fear of today, tomorrow? The fear of work, getting back on the commute run, getting back in the office, getting back, dear God, into that rhythm of work. Lord, you tell us through the great prayers of

David, Psalm 46, verse 1, God is our refuge, our strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Help, Lord. Lord, it comes back to the cross. It comes always back to Jesus. And the prayer is always the same to a degree at the moment, Lord, if we're honest. Help us, Lord. Guide us, Lord. Lead us, Jesus. Reveal yourself to us, Lord. The Bible is clear. God loves you. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. You're not here by chance. God is calling you by His grace, by His favor. I love the fact that we haven't got to get into church. I love the fact that we haven't got to get in that rhythm of religion. We haven't got to get into that box, that religious box. All we've got to do is call on the name of Jesus. All we've got to do is call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. So, Father, we thank you for the name of Jesus. Because there is power in that name, Lord. And as we stretch out across the world, guide us and lead us, Lord. Carry us by your grace. Holy Spirit, enrich our lives with your mercy. Keep calling us, Lord, through the great book of Matthew 11 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Father, we need that rest. We need spiritual rest, physical rest, hearts, their guard. That are beating fast tonight. Fear dear God that is beating the drum. Holy Spirit, you are our God. You are our King. You are Jehovah. You are our refuge. You are our strength. You are our Redeemer. And we come to you right now, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Please, God, strengthen us, carry us, anoint us, refresh us, and restore us. Lead us in paths of righteousness. You are the Good Shepherd. Jehovah. Jehovah Jirah. Jehovah Rapha. You're our healer. You're our King. You are a miracle worker. And we worship the name of Jesus. And we say, thank you that we carry that name. That name that is greater than any other name. And that the name of Jesus every knee shall bow under the earth through the earth. And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. So right now, Lord, across this world, across towns and villages, every sun set, every sunrise, every season, every area of our life, Lord, we just we just want to be honest with you tonight, Lord, and say help. Lord, we just want to say, Come, Holy Spirit. Lord, church hasn't done it for us. Ministry hasn't done it for us. The world certainly hasn't done it for us. And Lord, now we feel like we're a bit of a crossroads. We're at a bit of an unusual situation. We're at a different part of the track of life. And Lord, we need your guidance. We need wisdom. So Lord, will you give us wisdom and understanding? Lord, reveal yourself to each and every one of us. But through the great book, through the great uh book of David, as I just said, Psalm 46:1, God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Holy fire of God, for everyone, Lord God, that is in trouble, physically, mentally, whatever area of life is, Lord, we bring the troubles to the cross. And will you help us to let go and let God help us to let go and let God take full charge? Lord, you tell us through Jeremiah that there is a plan and there is a future for our lives. I believe God is calling you in many ways tonight. God is shaping us through many situations. We might be in the fiery furnace. We might be climbing the rock face of life, and life feels very scary. But Jeremiah 29, 11 is in the skin that you walk in. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to give you a hope and a future. There is a hope and there is a future for you. There is a way forward, and his name is Jesus. El Shaddai, Jehovah, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords. There is already a plan in place. The divinity has put a plan in place. Jesus is your living word. The Holy Spirit is your comforter. The God of Israel is your God. And the battle belongs to the Lord. But Lord, these battles that we have in our mind, these workplace battles, these life battles, just daily battles. Holy Spirit, Lord, just bring freedom. Just bring your glory tonight, Lord, wherever we are across the world. Lord, you tell us that there is a plan. That there is a hope and there is a future. And Lord, I thank you that there is a plan and there is a future. Lord, help us, Lord, to walk by faith. Lord, to call the things that are not as though they are. And to say yes, Lord. We thank you, Father, that there is a plan. We thank you, Lord, that there is a hope and there is a future. And Lord, as we walk in the divine, as we walk in your presence. Come, Holy Spirit, refresh hearts tonight. Let there be healing. Let your power, dear God, just unfold in our lives. Spirit of the living God, we just pray for your grace. Call us, Lord, by name. Call us, Lord. Lord, we want you in the arena of our life. Lord, we want that tangible presence of Jesus. Lord, as we were praying earlier, Lord, we haven't had the privilege of walking with the physical Jesus, the tangible Jesus, like the disciples had. And sometimes, Lord, that stretches us beyond, beyond the realm

of understanding. But Lord, we still hold on to the word of hope. We still hold on. We don't give up, Lord. We keep pressing into the word. We keep praying. And we keep praying and we keep praying. We keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, the author, the perfecter of your faith. The King is alive. His name is Jesus. He's in your life. He's in your workspace. He's in every area of your life. He's with you now at home. Wherever you are across the world, Jesus is with you. You're not here by chance. God is calling you. The power of the Holy Spirit is over your life. The Bible says, in all things God works for the good of those who love Him. The glory of God is over your life. The power of Christ is in your heart. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. And in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him. Father, we thank you as we learn to trust in you, that you work in all things. In every situation, Lord, you're working. And by the power of your grace, by the power of your mercy, Father, lift us and carry us, so that we will rise on wings as of eagles. Holy Spirit, Lord, wherever we are, we ask you that the four winds of heaven, the four winds of heaven will blow. Dear God, just as they did down the corridor of the valley of dry bones. Holy Spirit, Lord, will you breathe over the structure of our lives? Will you breathe over the valley of dryness? Over the valley of dry bones, Lord. Lord, we speak to the dry bones and we say yes. There is movement. We're starting to hear the sound of the bones coming together. Lord, I thank you, Lord, that we call the things that are not as though they are, and we are healed in the name of Jesus. Lord, we call the things that are not as though they are. We're healed, we're blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made. And right now, Lord, through your presence, through your grace, through the divinity, we're asking God to stretch out and to carry each and every one of us. That your goodness and your grace will abound. Come, Holy Spirit, you tell us in Jeremiah that there is a plan and there is a future. And there is a hope. And you are the God of hope. And there's always hope. No matter how dark, how bleak it seems, there is hope. So Lord, we call on the God of hope. And Father, we thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. And Lord, we need you tonight. Lord, we need you as individuals as the body of Christ. We need you, dear God, in our lives, in every corner of our life. And Lord, as we look at those candles just burning, as we look at that cross, Holy Spirit, we thank you for the cross. We thank you because He lives, we can face tomorrow. And right now, Lord, we call the things that are not as though they are. And we believe that we are healed. We believe that there are miracles. We believe that we are walking in the promises of God. Father, we thank you that the promises of God are yes and amen. And as we walk in the promise, Father, we thank you that we're finding strength in the valley of dryness, in the valley of fear, the valley of doubt. And Lord, you keep calling us through the word. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. So Lord, we walk through the beautiful book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9. Be strong and courageous. The Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. So Lord, as we get ready for work tomorrow, school tomorrow, life tomorrow. Lord, we thank you that the Lord is with us wherever we go, and the power of the Holy Spirit is in our lives. Lord, we believe that there is a new beginning. Lord, that there's a new sunrise in our lives. Lord, that yesterday is gone, fear is gone, and doubt is gone, and there is freedom in the name of Jesus. Lord, will you show us to be strong and courageous? Lord, will you strengthen the rhythm of our life? Holy Spirit, Lord, prepare us for a new day, a new beginning. Lord, we thank you that Jehovah Jirah is in our lives, the God of David who fights our unseen battles. Father, we thank you that our battle belongs to the Lord. That we haven't got to jump in the arena and fight our way through life. Because the battle belongs to the Lord, will you help us to let go and let God? But will you help us, Lord, to walk in his strength and his courage, to walk in favor, to walk in destiny, to walk in hope. Father, we thank you that there is a new day, a new beginning, a new hope. You tell us that your blessings are new every morning. So, Lord, I thank you that your blessings are new every morning, that miracles are abound. And Lord, I thank you that the promises of God are for every one of us. Help us to walk in that promise. Help us to stand in the promise of God right in the face of adversity. When we're feeling scared and worried, when Goliath is calling us out, when the world is trying to crush us and push us back. Give us the strength to be strong and courageous. Give us the strength, Lord, to stand on the gospel of hope. Send your power, send your glory. Lord, I pray that you'll sweep for our hearts tonight. That the Spirit of the Lord will carry every one of us. Wherever you are at this hour, we've only got about 12 minutes left, something like that. And we're gonna break bread soon, and we're gonna take at a cup, and I invite you to grab a bit of bread,

a bit of grape juice, so we're gonna just come to the Passover table and try and hand everything over. Should we try and let go of the baggage of life? Should we try to let go of the fears and the doubts and the anxiety? As we started this prayer meeting, Jesus is calling for his word. Matthew 11, 28, come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Lord, help us to leave our burdens at the footstool of the Messiah. Help us, take God, to leave all the weary thoughts, the rhythm of the world, the rhythm that we get caught in. Help us to leave that at the cross of Calvary. But Lord, as we come to the Passover table, Lord, I thank you that we just come as we are. Just as simple as that. Just as we are, Lord. Just us. Stripped back, back to the bone. Just us, Jesus. I thank you, Lord, that it is that simple. So as we, dear God, come to the Passover table, Holy Spirit, I pray that you will draw us and you will lead us. And Father, we thank you that we don't need a priest and we don't need the pastor, and we don't need religion to tell us when and how to do this. Lord, we're doing this at home right now. We're sitting on the edge of the bed and we're going to break bread and take at a cup. Lord, we're sitting on the sofa. Holy Spirit, I pray. Wherever we are, I thank you that we got freedom to break bread and to take at the cup. That we don't need religion to tell us what to do. Because the King has already ordained it. The King has already led us in paths of righteousness. So I pray, as we prepare to break bread wherever you are across this world, just grab that bread, grab that grape juice, that wine juice, whatever it may be. You know, the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. There is power in the name of Jesus. The Holy Spirit is with you. Let's just break this bread. It's simple. It's just a tiny bit of wafer. That's all it is. Nothing clever, nothing fancy. It certainly hasn't been blessed by the bishop, by the church. We just got it off our Amazon, by the way. It's just a wafer. Father, in the name of Jesus, what it represents is the body of Christ. And Lord, as we break that together, we thank you that your body was broken so that we would have life and have it to the full. Holy Spirit, Lord, just draw us. Holy Spirit, just lead us. As we come to the cross, to the Passover table, bless this bread that is symbolic to the body of Christ in Jesus' name. Amen. Dear God, I thank you that I'm a sinner saved by grace. I thank you for the cross of Calvary. I thank you for the love of God. That love that sent Jesus Christ. His one and only Son. So Lord, as we just take this cup right now, it's just a cup, Lord. It's just a plastic little cup that's got some grape juice in it. But Lord, what it symbolizes is the blood of Jesus. And Lord, I thank you that we are free to do this. Individually, together, wherever we are, across the world. So Lord, Father, as we take this cup, will you cleanse us? Will just remind us of the power of redemption. That we are redeemed. And nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Thank you, Father, that this is symbolic to the blood of Christ. Amen. Dear God, I thank you, Lord, that you are the Savior of the world. You are the King of kings and the Lord of Lords. And it is by your grace and by your mercy and by your favor, God, and by the power of Jesus Christ that we are alive. You've saved us, you've given us a hope, and you've given us a future. You're calling us through the word of God. And Lord, we pray that you'll keep calling us. Holy Spirit, I pray for every listener, everyone that is just with me now. Lord, I just ask you, Father, that you'll just take us deeper. Lord, as we sleep tonight, we pray that our sleep will be sweet. We pray, Lord, that we won't go to sleep worrying and fearful, just getting a glimmer of sleep. But Lord, that our sleep will be sweet in the name of Jesus. That we will find that place to rest. That we will find that place, dear God, just to take time out and just say, Father, will you? Will you let me know everything's okay, Lord? Will you let me know, Lord, that all is well in the name of Jesus? Will you let me know tonight, Lord, that all things are possible to those who believe? And Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of God. We believe in the Holy Spirit. And we believe tonight that there is freedom over our lives. So Lord, just take us as we are. Scared and worried, uncertain, unsure. But Father, we thank you that your love is unconditional. Your love is unconditional. And right now, Lord, we come to Jesus. We say, Yes, Lord. Oh yes, God. We thank you that tomorrow is going to be a great day. We thank you tonight, Lord, that we're going to sleep well. And tonight, Lord, we're going to sleep like we've never slept before. We're going to sleep in peace. We're not going to wake up sporadically

throughout the night. Lord, we're not going to wake up worrying and scared. We're going to sleep in the name of Jesus. So, Lord, we pray for everyone, wherever they are right now. Whatever their time zone is, whatever the rhythm of their life looks like, we just pray for everyone that is preparing to go to sleep. That you will carry us through the night. And Father, we thank you that angels have been deployed over our lives according to Psalm 91. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Strengthen us, Lord. Carry us, Lord. Father, thank you that there is anointing over our lives. That no weapon forged against us shall prosper. The Spirit of the Lord is gonna keep us safe. Protect us as we sleep. Enrich our lives with your mercy and your grace. Father, Lord, open our eyes. Open our eyes, Lord. We want to see Jesus. We want to see the presence of God. We want to walk in the goodness of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. And Lord, as we've just got a couple of minutes just to go, I pray that the love of God will just carry you. His presence and his mercy will just enrich your lives. And the Spirit of the Lord will just bless you. And you will feel his presence and his grace and his mercy. The love of God is over your life. Don't ever give up, don't ever give in. Jesus loves you. All things are possible to those who believe. And wherever you are right now, just call on that great name. Just call on the name of Jesus. Jesus is calling you. As we started out 44 minutes ago in the Gospel of Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you a rest. God is calling you tonight. In his last two minutes or so, I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will carry you and you will fill his presence and his love and his goodness. That the presence of God will just be wrapped around you. Don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. Just let his mercy and his grace just carry you right now. The Lord is with you. The Lord is with you wherever you are. Don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. Just trust him. He is with you. All things are possible to those who believe. So whatever your life looks like, just call on the name of Jesus. Just let the presence of Jesus just carry you for these last few moments. He's in your heart, your mind, your body, your soul. Father, I thank you for time around the Word of God, around Scripture together. And Lord, as this evening comes to a close, as we gently move forward in our lives, call us. Come, Holy Spirit. Come, Holy Spirit, right now, and refresh minds,

hearts, and bodies and souls, Lord. Lord, as we started out this prayer, you're calling us, Jesus, through Matthew 11, 28. Let's just take a moment's quietness. May God bless you and carry you. Stay with us just for a few minutes as we just got a bit of worship that will be coming on very, very soon. The love of God is over your life. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Jesus Christ loves you. He is Jehovah Jirah. And he is calling you. Don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. The presence of God is with you. Thank you for joining us across the other side of the world. And join us for the rest of the week as we push those prayers out on our daily press. You know, and thank you for joining us, dailyprayer.uk. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you tonight. And Jesus is calling you. Just remind yourself out of that simple factor. God bless and good night.
