Sunday nights can be the loudest quiet time of the week. When the house settles but your mind won’t, when tomorrow’s pressure creeps in and fear feels more believable than peace, we choose to pray instead of spiral. We gather from across the world for a calm, Scripture-led time of Christian prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to bring stillness, guidance, and strength for the days ahead.

We start with Proverbs 3, coming back to the hard, hopeful work of trusting the Lord with all our heart and refusing to lean only on our own understanding. From there we move into Psalm 46, naming God as our refuge and strength, and practising what it means to be still when life feels fast and furious. If you’re carrying work stress, financial pressure, family tension, or that general sense of uncertainty in society and culture, you’ll hear language for surrender that stays grounded and practical.

A central part of our prayer focuses on mental health, anxiety, and panic attacks, especially the silent suffering people hide behind a normal face. We ask God to calm racing thoughts, lift fear, and replace dread with courage, drawing on Joshua 1:9, Isaiah 41:10, Romans 8:28, and John 14:27. We also share a simple communion moment with bread and grape juice from wherever you are, reminding ourselves that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

If you need Sunday evening prayer, Christian encouragement, or a faith-based way to find rest, press play and pray along. Subscribe, share with someone who needs peace tonight, and leave a review so more people can find these daily prayer times.

Good evening, good evening. God bless you wherever you are on the other side of the world. Thank you for joining us at this hour as we just gather for times of prayer, of refreshing, and the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. We're going to jump straight through to the scriptures in just a few moments, whether you're joining us on RB Christian Radio or whether you're just joining us on the social platform, as we just gather our thoughts in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. There is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And we're going to jump straight through to the book of Proverbs, chapter three. I hope you're well. Don't ever give up in prayer. Keep praying. You know, don't ever, ever give up. There is power in the beautiful name of Jesus Christ. We're just going to settle down into this and we're going to just come before the Lord and just rest in his presence at this moment. I hope you're well wherever you are on the four corners of this world. And we thank you so much for joining us for daily

prayer throughout the week. As we pray five times a day as they set out on, you know, live from our studio here. We're just in the backdrop of the church at the moment. And as you can see, we've got the candles just flickering away down the front. But come on, it is Sunday evening. It is 17 minutes past nine. Let's just jump straight into prayer. Father, in the name of Jesus, will you help us, Lord? We come to you at this hour, Lord, on this Sunday evening. And Father, we thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. But right now, Lord, I pray that we will just walk through Proverbs 3. That we will trust in the Lord with all of our heart and not lean on our own understanding. But Lord, as we are getting ready for a brand new week, Lord, wherever we are across the world tonight, Father, we call on the name of Jesus. Lord, there is nowhere else to go but to the cross of Calvary. And I pray for everyone that's with me live now, Lord, and I just pray for everyone on visuals and everybody that's listening on radio, wherever we are, scattered across the world. We pray that the love of God, the presence of God, the Holy Spirit will just carry us, Lord. But Lord, help us just to trust in you tonight. To gather our thoughts. Lord, we believe in miracles. And Lord, we pray for all those that just feel really fearful tonight, really scared, really worried about the climate of the world, everything that's going on around society and culture. But Lord, we just pray together. We walk together, Lord. We pray for peace. Lord, that's what we're looking for. We're looking for peace tonight, Lord. We're looking for rest. Father, we're looking for a place, Lord, just to come and to be still and just to rest in the arms of Jesus. So right now, Lord, wherever we are, we pray, dear God, that we will walk in your presence, that we will walk in your trust. Lord, that we will just surrender ourselves to you, Lord, that we will let go and we will just let God just take full charge of our lives. Whatever we are going through, Lord, whatever we are facing, Father, we thank you that there is power. Lord, we thank you that the Holy Spirit is with us, but there is power in that name. And as we carry that name, Lord, right across our lives and every area, Lord, of culture, of situations, Lord, whatever we are going through, Father, we pray for breakthrough. We believe in miracles. And we need your presence tonight, Lord. We need your glory tonight, Lord. We need your goodness, your favor over our lives. Lord, we want to walk in holiness. We want to walk in your presence. We want to walk in the goodness of God. And Lord, as that great proverb writer writes, Lord, will you help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and not to lean on our own understanding, but in all of our ways. Acknowledge you. Help us to acknowledge you, dear God, in work, home relationships, every corner of our life. Father, I pray that you will just reveal yourself to us tonight, Lord. That the Spirit of the Lord will just move over our hearts, our minds. Lord, help us just to trust. Help us, Lord, just to surrender our lives to you, to let go and to let go. So, Father, we thank you for that great writer of Proverbs 3. Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Father, that is so easy to say. But Lord, it can be so difficult to do that, Lord, to trust you. Because Lord, as we live in this very material world, this tangible world, as we live in a world that is very materialistic, Lord, and very fast and very furious. Help us, Lord, to trust in our God, to trust in our King, Lord, and not to lean on our own understandings, but in every way, every area of our life, every corner of our lives, to trust you. Holy Spirit, will you just come down and rest on us tonight? Lord, as we got decisions to make, Lord, as we need guidance, as we need wisdom. Lord, we need your grace, we need your mercy. Father, we need wisdom from on high. As we seek the Father's heart, we seek your presence, we seek your goodness. So Lord, I pray that we will trust in the Lord with all of our heart. Lord, that we will learn to surrender. Lord, that we will learn just to trust in you, Lord, and just to say yes, Lord. Father, just come into our hearts tonight, Lord. Make a way, Lord. Dear God, as we walk down the corridor of life. Lord, as we're on the tracks of life, whatever the hour is, whatever the reason, whatever the season and whatever we are going through, we pray for the battles, the life battles, the fears, the worries, the financial pressures, Lord, the pressures at work, the pressures at home, the pressures in culture, out of culture, just the pressure of life. Lord, that you will give us stability. Lord, we are looking for

peace. We are looking for understanding tonight, Lord. We need favor. We need the goodness of God. Lord, will you just guide us? Will you show us the way forward in the name of Jesus Christ? Holy Spirit, we are looking for your presence. So help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and to lean not on our own understanding, but in all of our ways to acknowledge you. Father, help me to surrender. Help me, Lord, to rest in your presence, resting through the word through prayer. Lord, you tell us through the great Psalm 46, verse 1, God is our refuge and strength. We need strength tonight, Lord. Strength to face another working week. Strength to face another day, another hour. Lord, you are our refuge and you are our strength. And we're calling on the God of David who fights our battles, our unseen battles. Lord, we got a rest under the feathers, under the wings of the Almighty. Lord, we got a rest in your glory in the Word of God. So Lord, I pray that Psalm 46, verse 1 will come alive in our spirit. That we will come to the realization that God is our refuge and our strength. An ever-present helping trouble, whatever we are going through at work, at home, in culture, in life, in society, at school, college, wherever we are. You're with us. You're with us in the valleys. You're with us, dear God, when we hit that pinnacle, when we hit that area of life, Lord, and when we're up the mountain, when we're midway, we're at the base of the mountain. The mountain, the rock face of life. Lord, you're with us in every every scenario, every sunset, every rainfall. Help us to pause. Just to be still and know that you're God. Help us to let go of the steering wheel of life and let you in. Lord, take full charge of our lives. Carry each and every one of us tonight, Lord. We need your presence. You are our refuge and you are our strength. An ever-present help in trouble. Father, we thank you that you're always with us. That you never leave us nor forsake us. That you're with us to the very end of this age. And right now bring calmness to our hearts, stillness to our beings. And Lord, whatever is going on in the circle of our life, what is ever going on in our mind, our mindset, we pray, Lord, for stability. We pray for the power of God. We just pray that the love of Jesus will just cascade down over each and every one of us. Lord, let it rain. Lord, let your glory just reign over us tonight and bring peace. Lord, we believe in healing. We believe that we are healed from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet, Lord. That we are blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made. That no weapon forged against us shall prosper. Lord, that you are in full charge of our lives, but that battlefield of the mind, Holy Spirit, Lord, guide us at work, guide us at home, culture, school, education. Wherever we are, Lord, lead us in paths of righteousness. But I pray, Lord, that fear will not win, that we won't let fear in, Lord, that fear, Lord, dear God, will just melt like wax tonight. And Lord, that we will be strong and courageous. And we will realize that the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Lord, as we lock across the world together, as we pray together, Lord, we invite one another to carry one another through the power of prayer. So Lord, wherever we are, Lord, we pray for one another. From many languages, many colours, many tribes, many tongues, many nations, many cities, Lord, we connect through the power of prayer. And we say, Come, Holy Spirit, reveal yourself. Let your glory rain down over each and every one of us. Let your presence just

reign down over us, Lord. Lord, we walk in your righteousness. And Lord, we claim that healing. Because we're trusting in the Lord with all of our heart, and we're not leaning on our own understanding. But in all of our ways, we're acknowledging the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Father, we thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. And you are our refuge, you are our strength, you are our fortress, an ever-present help, Lord, in the day of trouble. So Lord, whoever is going through trouble right now, whoever is going through fear right now, we pray for peace. We pray that the joy of the Lord shall be our strength. Holy Spirit, I pray the Lord that you will help us to be strong and courageous. Lord, that we will be like Joshua and Caleb as we walk through Joshua chapter 1, verse 9. Be strong and courageous. Father, help us to be strong and courageous. Help us, dear God, to be braggadocious, to walk strong and to walk in authority. Lord, we thank you, Lord, that there is courage in our hearts tonight. You are the Lion of Judah, you are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Rapha. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And I pray, Lord, that we will walk in our vision, we will walk in our calling, and we will walk in boldness and in hope, Lord. So Father, we thank you that age is irrelevant in the kingdom of God. Color is irrelevant. Money is irrelevant. Education is irrelevant. And Lord, you're calling us tonight. You're calling us to live and to walk by faith. To be strong and courageous, Father, as we look across the political platform, as we look, dear cross, dear God, across the platform of the world, Holy Spirit. I pray that we won't engage in what the political language is saying. That we won't engage in the atmosphere, Father. But Lord, that we will walk strong in the power of hope and the power of grace. And we will walk, dear God, in your glory. And we will be strong and we will be courageous. And we will not lean on our own understanding. But in all of our ways, strengthen us. Lord, from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet, Lord, we pray that the love of Jesus will be so strong. That your presence will just come down. Your presence will carry us across this earth. Lord, as we prepare for work, prepare for school, whether it's the weekend or the working week, whenever we capture the sound of my voice, whenever that time zone may be, I pray, Lord, that we will walk in our destiny. And we will realize chains of adversity are gone at the name of Jesus. That our shackles are gone, that we are free in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And at the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow on the earth, under the earth, through the earth, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. So, Father, we pray tonight that we will realize that He is the King of kings and He is the Lord of Lords. And Father, touch our hearts, Lord, wherever we are from the four corners of this world. We pray, dear God, that the four winds of heaven will blow down the corridor of our life, that you will carry each and every one of us. That we will walk in the goodness of God and the fire of God and the favor of God and the anointing of God and your presence, your grace, your love. Father, we thank you, Lord, that we are walking in destiny steps tonight. Father, we thank you, Lord, that there is a destination. And Lord, there is a plan over our lives. And Lord, we're not going to live according to the rhetoric. We're not going to live according to the pattern of the world. But Lord, we're going to live a radical, free life in Jesus Christ. And Lord, we're going to walk in courage and we're going to walk in strength. And Lord, not only are we walking in courage and walking in strength, Lord, we're walking in the presence of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Jesus Christ is with us. And wherever we are across this world, help us to pause, to breathe, and to be still and know that you are God. And to come to the realization that all things are possible to those who believe. And Lord, we believe tonight. We believe in miracles. We believe

in the power of God. We believe that the word of God is in our heart, our mind, our spirit. We believe that the love of Jesus is over us. And wherever we are, Father, I pray that we will hold on to Jeremiah 29:11. For I know God tells you this right now. God knows God has a plan for your life. There is a destination. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. There is a hope for you. We are on a journey. And through the power of prayer, let's believe that we're walking in our healing. Let's believe that the promises of God are yes and amen. And there is a promise for you, and there is a promise for me. The miracle working power of the Word of God is over your life. Lord, help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and not to lean on our own understanding, Lord, but in every area of our lives to acknowledge you, to walk in your grace, to walk in favor. But Lord, we want to walk in a divinity. We want to walk in the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Lord, we believe that there are miracles raining down on our lives tonight. We believe that there are new beginnings. Because we're learning to be strong and courageous. Because, Lord, as you told Joshua, the Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. You are not alone tonight. You are not alone. You've got the Father. You've got the Son. And the Holy Spirit is over your life. And the presence of Almighty God is in your home, is in your van. Is in the skin that you walk in. Because He loves you and He has saved you. And there is a hope. Let's not worry about getting into church. Let's worry about getting into Scripture. Let's get into prayer. Let's walk in faith. God is calling you tonight. Jesus is calling you. Matthew 11. Come to me. All of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Do you need rest tonight? Are you spiritually exhausted? Are you worn out? Are you tired? Are you just aching from head to toe with fear and doubt? Worried about tomorrow, worried about tonight, worried about school, life, work. The Bible says, do not worry. But Lord, it's easy to read. It's easy to read these scriptures, Jesus. It's easy for the preachers to say it. Lord, it's easy. But Lord, to find myself executing it, to find myself, dear God, walking in the acceleration of the power of God. To find myself, dear God, to get myself into that posture. Holy Spirit, get us into that posture, dear God, of releasing. To move in the Holy Spirit, to move in your glory, to move in your power. To let go and to let God. Help us to let go and let God. Jesus, touch our hearts. Refresh us and restore us. Father, I thank you for everyone that's with me across the world tonight. Lord, many towns, many cities, many homes, many human beings. I thank God for your life because God is calling you. He's not calling you to church. He's not calling you to religion. He's calling you to the cross of Calvary. And God loves you unconditionally. And He is calling you. He's saying, Calm to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. He sees your heart beating at a hundred miles an hour. He knows that your mind is screaming. Your brain is just clicking all day and all night. It is just moving. Lord, I pray right now, Lord, for every one of our minds. For the power of the mind, the power of the brain, the cognitive processing. Lord, that you will slow our minds down, Lord. And Father, that you will bring peace to hearts, to minds, to bodies and souls tonight, Lord. That the Spirit of the Living God will just carry us, Lord, wherever we are. Lord, we pray, Lord, for anointing. We pray for power. We pray for your mercy and your grace. Spirit of

the living God. Keep calling us, Jesus. Keep calling us to the word. Keep calling us to the cross. Lord, I pray for mental health tonight. Lord, I pray for those that are suffering quietly. Quietly on the outside, and family can't see it, friends can't see it, church can't see it, pastor can't see it, work colleagues can't see it. But Lord, I pray for those that are suffering in silent, but are screaming within. Mental health, Lord, we come against that word, Father. And Lord, we pray tonight for those, dear God, that are having a panic attack, that just keep having these panic attacks that just come out, they just explode. For the fear and the doubt and the worry, Lord, we come against the worry and the fear tonight, Lord. And we pray for all those that experience panic attacks, fears, trembling, crying, anxious thoughts. Spirit of the Living God, we pray for freedom of the mind tonight, Lord. Father, we pray, dear God, that those panic attacks that are so brutal, so scary, Lord, where it captures our breath, where we can't breathe. We're almost hyperventilating, Lord. We're gasping for air. Holy Spirit, I pray for those, dear God, that are going through valleys and trials, storms, rivers and seas. Holy Spirit, I pray for that fear of loneliness to go. That fear, dear God, of missing out on what we don't know what we're gonna miss out on. But Lord, that feeling of just missing out. The feeling that everybody else is living the dream, but not me. The feeling that everybody else is getting on and everybody else has got everything together, but not me. Holy Spirit, I thank you, Lord, that you're calling us. I believe Jesus is calling you tonight. He's the God of comfort, He's the God of security, He's the God of peace. He is the great I Am. And He's calling you. He's the God that is healing the broken hearts tonight. He is the God that is wiping the tears tonight. He is the God that is carrying you. That beautiful poem, Footsteps in the Sand. God is carrying you. God is carrying you across the quicksand of life. He's with you in your storms. He's with you in your fears. He's your tomorrow. He's in your yesterday. He's cleaning up. He's sweeping through. He will never leave you. He will never forsake you. But Lord, reveal yourself. Lord, we're about to hit burnout. We're about to hit exhaustion. Lord, we need spiritual rest. Lord, the mind is tired, the body is weary. The mind, dear God, is just accelerating. Father, it just feels like, Lord, sometimes my mind is like a washing machine. It is just on this cycle that just is spinning at full stretch. And everything is spinning around in my mind. Everything, Father, is just spinning, and I just cannot stop this cycle. Holy Spirit, please, please calm our minds down. Mental health and fear. Worry and doubt. Lord, remind all those right now that there is a purpose, that there is a future, and there is a hope. And his name is Jesus. God is with you. God is in your life. You are not alone right now. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. He's calling you. He loves you. The Father has a plan for

you. But Lord, why am I bouncing on the trampoline of boredom, of monotony, and just this humdrum life? Lord, I look around the four walls and I say, God, is this it? Jesus is calling you. There is a bigger destination for you. Age is irrelevant. Physicality is irrelevant. Education is irrelevant. God is saying, step out of the boat. Do not follow the crowd. Do not listen to the rhetoric on social media. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but have your mind renewed. There's a destination for you. There's a greater life for every one of us in the kingdom of God. Let's not miss out what God is calling you to right now. But in the chaos, Lord, and in the noise of the world, help me, dear God, to be focused. Focus my thinking tonight, Lord. Holy Spirit, lead me to the cross. Lead me to your presence. Lead me to Scripture. Speak, Lord. We are listening. Holy Spirit, I believe that there is healing across the world. I believe, dear God, mental health is being healed tonight. I believe every organ in our body, Lord, is healed at the name of Jesus. I thank you that you are our shepherd. And Lord, that you are refreshing our souls tonight. So Lord, let healing flow, please, Lord. Lord, let the blind see. Let the lame walk. Holy Spirit, raise the dead in the name of Jesus. Father, Lord, I pray that we will get into a radical belief. A radical belief in Jesus Christ. Lord, that we will not let the word of God go, but we will call the things that are not as though they are. So Lord, the mind and the brain, anxieties and fear. Lord, there is healing tonight. There is healing in your thought pattern. There is healing in your mind. There is healing. God loves you. Lord, I pray for bones that are aching tonight, backs that are weary, feet that are just tired. Holy Spirit, I pray, dear God, that the love of Jesus Christ will just pour out over us tonight. Lord, as we see the candles burning, as those candles flicker, the candles of hope, as we see the cross in the backdrop of the church. Father, we thank you that the cross, the cross, dear God, is a cross of redemption, the cross of hope, the cross of new beginnings. Spirit of the living God, we pray for such an anointing, for such power. Lord, pour out your love and your grace over our lives tonight. Father, let your love just rain down, Lord. Let it rain. Lord, as it rained on that great prophet, as he ran down Mount Carmel. Elijah, he prayed for rain. Lord, we pray, Lord, for spiritual rain. We pray, Lord, that your promises will rain down over our lives. And we will feel the love of Jesus, the fire of the Holy Spirit. That your anointing, Lord, will just capture us tonight. And Lord, that we will live in your promises. We will live in your presence. But Lord, keep calling us through Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. The Spirit of the Lord is calling you tonight to go deeper. Jesus is calling. He says, Come to me. Come to me. Drop your nets. As he said to the disciples, as he called the disciples on the shoreline of Galilee, he said, Drop your nets, come and follow me. Holy Spirit, Lord, will you help me to drop my nets, the nets of security, the nets of work, the nets of life. Father Lord, we can get entangled in our nets. We can get lost in our nets. Holy Spirit, we can get trapped in our nets. So Lord, will you help us to let go and to let God? We need your help, Jesus. Lord, we pray for every nation. We pray, dear God, wherever we are, capturing my voice right now. We pray, dear God, for our governments. We pray for the land in which we live. That the Holy Spirit will heal our land. That the fire of God and the power of God and the anointing of God will just come down over our lives. We pray, Lord, that you'll set the captives free. That we will find freedom in the name of Jesus. That the Spirit of the Lord will lift us. That we will feel your goodness, your mercy, and your grace tonight, Lord, wherever we are. Holy Spirit, will you carry us? Lord, let your love and your grace just be over our lives. Father, just touch us, Lord. Deal with mental health tonight, Lord. Deal with fear tonight. Deal with doubt tonight. Lord, we're calling on the God of Abraham. We're calling on the God of Israel.

Prayer For Mental Health And Panic

And Lord, we thank you that there are plans over our lives. So tonight, Lord, will you set the captives free in the name of Jesus? Will you set the captives free? But Lord, will you help us to be strong and courageous? Will you help us to walk in the authority of God? To walk in your love, to walk in your grace. Wherever we are right now, Spirit of the Living God. Just carry us, anoint us. But Lord, we thank you that we are healed. And Lord, you are calling us through Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Lord, we need rest tonight. Hearts need rest, minds need rest. The body needs rest. Lord, we need a rest from the craziness of life. But help us to breathe, to come to the realization that Romans 8.28 is over our lives. In all things, God works for the good of those who love Him. That you are working in all things, in all areas, in every situation, Lord. You're working through our lives, that there is a destiny, that there is a hope, and there is a future. And his name is Jesus. So as we come to you, Lord, we thank you that all things are possible to those who believe. And we believe in miracles. We believe that the power of God is in our lives. We believe, dear God, that fear is going and fear will never win in the name of Jesus. So Lord, we hold on to Isaiah 41.10. So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, we need your strength. Father, will you help us? Yes. Oh yes, oh yes, Lord. Father, in the name of Jesus, Father, we thank you that fear is gone, that there is divine power in our lives. Lord, I thank you, Lord, that our bones are healed, our backs are healed, our minds are healed. There is healing from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. That your presence is with us when we walk through the valley. Lord, when we climb the mountain of life, through whatever season we go through, whatever rhythm we're in right now, Spirit of the Living God, will you just lead us in paths of righteousness for your name's sake? Lord, stir our hearts, stir our innermost being. Lord, we thank you that the power of God is in our lives. Wherever we are across the four corners of this world. Lord, we pray that John 14, 27 will come alive in our spirit. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled. Father, help us. Not to walk in troubled hearts, troubled rhythms. Lord, we don't want to walk with the drumbeat dig out of fear of doubt being so loud. Lord, we want to walk with the Lion of Judah. With the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. We want to walk in your presence. Lord, we want to walk in your glory. Lord, we want to see favor, Lord. Lord, let the divinity, let the power and the glory just cascade down over us tonight. Sisters and brothers, wherever you are, we're going to break bread in about three minutes or so. I want to encourage you to grab a bit of bread. I want to encourage you right now to get a bit of grape juice. And we don't need to be in church. Because Jesus says, as often as you gather together and wherever we are gathering, across the four corners of the world, Jesus is with you. You're at home right now, you're traveling right now. However, you're capturing my voice, I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will just lead you in paths of righteousness. Will you break bread with me tonight? Will you take a cup with me tonight? It is Sunday evening. We're in the house of the Lord. And wherever you are, the power of God is in your life. Jesus loves you. Jesus Christ loves you. And all things are possible to those who believe. There is a plan over your life. The first plan was the plan of salvation, the plan of redemption. You are redeemed, you are loved, and God is calling you tonight. He's saying, Trust me, don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. Fear will never, ever win. Fear will never win. God is with you. God is greater than our fears. God is greater than our doubts. God is fighting our battles. But we just got to keep walking. Keep strong. Keep rising on wings as of eagles. The Spirit of the Lord is leading you to greatness. The Spirit of the Lord is bringing freedom. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. There is freedom in the name. And you carry that name. You've got the authority of the name of Jesus. There is authority in the name of Jesus right now, wherever you are. There is authority in the name of Jesus. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. God is in your heart, God is in your mind. And He is preparing each and every one of us. He is calling you. You are redeemed. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Will you join me to break bread? Will you join me to take this cup right now? Father, we thank you for this bread. It's just a wafer, it's just a bit of bread. That's all it is. Very simple, very easy, that's it. Father, we thank you for this bread. And Lord, as we break this

bread, Father, Lord, we recognize that this is your body that was broken for us tonight. And we haven't got to be in church. We haven't got to be in religion. Because we've already been grafted into the vine, and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Nothing can separate us from that love. Nothing. No sickness, no disease, no fear, no lack. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Holy Spirit, carry every one of us. Lord, we are redeemed. And tonight, Lord, we take this bread. We say thank you, Lord, that this bread represents your body in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Holy Spirit, we come to you. Father, we come to you. Jesus, we just come to you tonight. And Lord, this cup, Lord, we just got a cup here, Lord. Just a cup, dear God, a plastic cup. With just grape juice in it. And Father, we thank you. Wherever we are tonight, we just take this cup and the bread. And we say, Father, I thank you that we are cleansed from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. Cleanse us, Lord. Enrich our lives, Jesus. And Father, thank you that your goodness is over us. So Lord, as we hold this cup, the cup of redemption, the cup of hope, cleanse us in Jesus' name. Amen. Holy Spirit, in the close of this service, Jesus, in the close of this prayer time, Father, we pray, Lord, that you will enrich our lives greatly. That there will be such a stirring of your presence, such an anointing. Lord, we pray that you will call us, dear God, to walk in destiny. Father, that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. So wherever we are, no weapon forged against us shall prosper. That the power of God is over your life. That Jesus is calling you. Jesus is with you. He says through the Gospel of John 14, 27, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled. And do not be afraid. Father, I pray that we will not be afraid. And our hearts will not be troubled, that we will not walk in fear, that we will not walk in doubt, that we won't walk in uncertainty. And you call us to rise on wings as of eagles. And Philippians 4 6 is over your heart, your mind, your body, your soul. Do not be anxious about anything. Do not be anxious about anything. But let the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, to guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. So Lord help us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation. Lord, every sunrise, every sunset, we pray for stability every season that we go through. Spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Whatever season we're in right now, Lord, I pray that the fire of God will just burn in our hearts. And we will find that security. We will find comfort and we will find guidance in Jesus' name. And your grace

will just unfold in our lives. Because we believe that there is a plan for our lives. We believe that Jeremiah 29, 11 is unfolding. For I know, God says to you right now, for I know the plans that I have for you. There is a plan for you. There is a beautiful plan from the Father's heart. The Father has a plan for you. You're grafted into the vine, and nothing can separate you from the Father's heart. He loves you unconditionally. No strings attached. No strings attached. The kingdom of God is in your life.

Communion Bread And Cup Of Redemption

God loves you so much that He sent His one and only Son. That John 3 16, for God so loved the world. God loves you. You are redeemed. You are blessed and highly favored. You are wonderfully and fearfully made. God is calling you tonight. God is drawing you tonight, not to church, not to ministry, just to Him. I pray, whatever your time zone is, if you're about to climb into bed right now, that your sleep will be sweet, that you will sleep all night. And let's just remind ourselves that fear will never win. Fear can never win. Because perfect love drives out all fear. Perfect love drives out all fear. And God's love is perfect. But it's just that battlefield of the mind, Jesus. So Lord, as we come, dear God, to these four minutes, the four minutes of the close of this service, let's call on Jesus. Lord, we want to make this easy, we want to make this simple. Church and religion has made it really complicated. Pastors and deacons and elderships and ministry has made this complicated. But Lord, you just tell us to come. Just as we are. With every idiosyncrasy, with every fear, with every doubt, with every uncertainty, Lord, we come to you tonight. Lord, we just rest in your presence, Lord. And the glory of God is over our lives. Lord, it is that simple. Jesus is calling. Calling me where? Calling you to look up. The Bible says, look up to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the heavens above, where the king is. But also the king is seated at the right hand of the Father, but the King is

in your life. The King is in your life. Jesus is in your life. Nothing can separate you from the plans. Nothing can take you away from Jesus. There is nothing on this earth, nothing in the heavens and beneath the earth that can separate you, neither death nor life, nor famine nor nakedness, nor sword, nor the present nor the future, nor angels nor demons. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. And no weapon forged against you can prosper. No tongue can rise up against you. The Bible says, as we come to a close, very, very shortly, God says, I will be an enemy to your enemies. God loves you so much, God will fight every battle for you. God is in every battle for you, He's in every storm. But we just got to keep walking and just believing. So when the storms come, when the wind blows, when the waves come over the boat of life, just keep going. Just keep going. Just press in. Don't ever, ever give up. There is a way forward. And it is by faith. It is by prayer. It is by determination. It is by endurance. God will never leave you. God will never forsake you. There are angels around your life. There are angels that have been assigned to your life. And God love you. I pray that wherever you are tonight, that your sleep will be sweet. That you will find a place to rest. That you will find a place to be still. You will find a place just to gather your thoughts. Jesus is calling you. We thank you so much for joining us across this world. We've just got about one minute to go. Let's just take a moment's quietness. Let's just take a moment's quietness. Let's just gather our thoughts. Holy Spirit, just in the quietness of this night. I pray, dear God, as this service comes to an end, that your ways are just. Lord, that you are the great I am. You are the Spirit of the living God. And Father, send your glory,

send your power. Lord, carry us through this night. Help us to sleep in the name of Jesus. Help us to rest, Lord. But Father, let the fire fall. Let the glory fall. Let the anointing fall. Let your grace fall over us tonight, Lord. Please, Jesus, just in this stillness, as we pause, I pray that you will find the love of God over your life tonight. That you will just rest in Jesus. Jesus is calling you. He is calling you by name. He's calling you by his grace, by his mercy. Don't ever give up. Don't ever give in. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Have a beautiful evening. Have a beautiful week at work. And wherever you are, we encourage you to join us for our five prayers during the course of the day. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you. Don't ever give up. Jesus is calling you. God bless and good night in Jesus' name.
