A new complicated funnel.

But in reality, the opposite is usually true.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed, complexity shuts you down.

Even small things start to feel difficult:
• Posting on social media feels exposing
• Talking about your services feels uncomfortable
• Selling feels awkward
• And the business you once loved suddenly feels heavy.

I’ve experienced this myself more than once over the years.

I go back to basics.
