The Natural Womanhood Podcast

What is pelvic floor therapy, and why do you need it? An interview with Dr. Jen Tippmann, PT, DPT

Grace Emily Stark & Cassondra Moriarty Season 1 Episode 2

Some of our most popular articles on the Natural Womanhood website have to do with painful sex. A growing area of interest is how pelvic floor physical therapy can be utilized to heal the causes of painful sex, but as we discover in this episode, it can do so much more.

In this episode (Season 1 / Episode 2), we interview Dr. Jen Tippmann, PT, DPT, owner of Tippmann Physical Therapy in Fort Wayne, IN, about her work as a pelvic floor physical therapist. Both Cassie and Grace learned a lot in their conversation with Dr. Tippmann, especially how pelvic floor physical therapy can be used to promote better reproductive health for women at every stage of their fertility. We hope you'll tune in and learn something new, too!
