My Story:
After quitting the Brisbane Broncos at 17 years old, I spiraled into a 10-year journey of self-destruction, battling anxiety, depression, emotional struggles, money problems, and poor health.
At 27, I hit a breaking point and decided enough was enough. I dove headfirst into self-discovery—learning through YouTube, podcasts, mentors, and deep inner work.
Today, I’m the host of this podcast, which has consistently ranked in Australia’s Top 100 Education Podcasts. I’m also the co-creator of multiple self-help businesses & brands and the owner of THE TECHNICIAN COACHING, where I mentor people through their own struggles, helping them rewire their minds and take control of their lives.
