We're continuing in our Chasing The Wind series and this week focuses on Rule #6: Gain Wisdom. Solomon shifts us from talking about character to something that protects and guides everything else – wisdom. In Ecclesiastes 7, he tells us that wisdom “preserves the life of its possessor.” That’s a powerful reminder that wisdom isn’t just helpful—it’s protective.
The key distinction this week is simple but important: information is not wisdom. We live in a world full of knowledge, yet wisdom is the ability to live rightly with what we know. This should naturally lead to honest reflection on the gap between knowing and doing.
