At Holland & Barrett, Yuval oversaw the complete transformation of their ecommerce technology and business operations, building a team of top-tier engineers and developing a state-of-the-art ecommerce platform that achieved double and triple-digit KPI improvements.
During his time at Sainsbury's Argos, he successfully coordinated over 60 teams to deliver a fundamentally new business and program and managed the launch of digitally-ordered in-store product care. Leveraging machine-learning and data-driven analytics, and enabled microservice-enabled functionality through to customer-facing digital innovation.
In addition, he managed Sainsbury's clothing platform, achieving a phenomenal increase in delivery throughput and significant year-over-year sales growth.
Yuval prides himself on realizing profitable, sustainable, and rapid strategic change using tech-leveraged principles focusing on corporations becoming customer-focused vs technology restricted.
