Episode 32: Officer Involved Shootings, K9 Deployments, Catching Fugitives and Surviving Cancer With Sergeant Randy Van Dusen
The guys sat down with Sergeant Randy Van Dusen, who is nothing less than a role model for all law enforcement officers and a modern day Viking. Randy talks about the officer involved shootings he has been in, to include his dog Bodie, who was shot in the line of duty while apprehending a suspect. Randy discusses his assignments he has held as a police officer and sergeant. Randy was diagnosed with testicular cancer and talks about what it was like going through chemotherapy while continuing to work. Randy is a participant of the Western States Ultra Marathon race, which is a 100 mile non-stop race to the finish.
