Is Shooting A Suspect Armed With a Taser Justified?
A California Highway Patrol Officer attempted to negotiate with a subject walking in the middle of a freeway in Los Angeles. A physical confrontation occurred, at which point the suspect attempted to assault the CHP officer with a taser. A former LA County Sheriff Deputy claims wrongful use of force on behalf of the CHP officer. Kyle and Justin explain why the former deputy is wrong.
