A Riverside County Sheriff K9 Handler is under investigation for animal abuse after the deputy was caught on camera throwing the dog to the ground after his dog turned and bit him while on a call. Community members are calling for the deputy to be fired, and prosecuted for animal abuse. This is our breakdown of the incident.
