Jacob is a well-known advocate of LGBTQ+ rights and Trans inclusivity. He is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of marginalised people locally and nationally and committed to tackling inequality through meaningful, intersectional, and community-led initiatives.
We discuss why fighting for our rights remains important and the need for a stronger more supportive LGBTQ+ community.
