She specializes in simplifying techniques and ancient wisdom teachings into small digestible bites that are easy to apply. With decades of leading teams in the technology space, she is passionate about well-being in the workplace which inspired her to create her signature Take 5 Stretch & Breath Breaks and Wine & Well-Being Workshops. Maria is Certified through Chopra Global in Coaching, Meditation and Ayurveda and is an RYT200 Yoga Teacher with speciality training in mental health, neuroscience, applied poly-vagal theory and breathwork. As a working mom who understands the juggle of career demands while caring for children and aging parents simultaneously, much of her work is geared towards helping business owners, leaders and others with high stress occupations achieve a baseline of inner peace.
