Within every critique lies the potential for growth or disheartenment.  A workplace where growth is nurtured, not souls crushed is on my heart this week at Create Magic At Work®...

Join me, Amy Lynn Durham, with Aaron Tabacco, in Part 1 of a 2-part episode, we delve into workplace feedback, focusing on its potential for transformation over crushing the spirit.

We explore going beyond constructive feedback and tap into utilizing transformational feedback as a catalyst for growth. Strategies for providing feedback that inspires change are offered.

We tackle the challenge of conducting difficult conversations with self-awareness, compassion and address how to stay receptive on the receiving end of feedback.

What to anticipate:
▪  Ways to approach feedback as a transformational conversation.
▪  Why practicing the skills of Spiritual Intelligence plays a crucial role in transformational feedback.
▪ How to develop presence and self-reflection as the provider and recipient.
▪ Navigating difficult conversations with self-awareness and compassion.
▪ How to receive feedback with curiosity.

Quote
"I think many negative stories of feedback experiences at the heart of it is that people are leaving the conversation in some way, feeling that their very identity, Being, strengths, skills, or knowledge, etc. has been attacked. Instead of feeling approached from a perspective of curiosity." - Aaron Tabacco
